the supporting mechanism (2) comprises a supporting plate (21), a supporting frame (22) and a supporting rod (23), the switch (1) is installed on one side of the supporting frame (22), the supporting plate (21) is installed on the other side of the supporting frame (22), and the supporting rod (23) is installed inside the supporting frame (22) and the supporting plate (21); one end of the supporting frame (22) and one end of the supporting plate (21) are respectively and rotatably connected with the feeding roller (3);
the heating mechanism (4) comprises a protective plate (41), a heating roller (42), a fixed disc (43), a heating coil (44) and steel balls (45), the supporting frame (22) and the supporting plate (21) are respectively and rotatably connected with the heating roller (42) in the inner part, and the heating coil (44) is installed in the hollow heating roller (42) in a spiral shape; the inside of the heating roller (42) is fixedly connected with the fixed disc (43), the fixed disc (43) is electrically connected with the heating coil (44) and the diameter of the fixed disc (43) is smaller than that of the heating roller (42) when the fixed disc (43) is made of metal; the side wall of the fixed disc (43) is rotatably connected with the steel ball (45), and the steel ball (45) is connected with the inside of the guard plate (41) in a rolling manner; the protective plate (41) is respectively arranged inside the support frame (22) and the support plate (21), and the protective plate (41) is made of metal and is electrically connected with the switch (1);
the cleaning mechanism (5) comprises a scraper (51), a fixing plate (52), a fixing rod (53), a spring (54) and a cleaning plate (55), and the side walls of the supporting frame (22) and the supporting plate (21) are connected with the cleaning plate (55) in a sliding manner; the inside of the supporting rod (23) is slidably connected with the fixing rod (53) through the spring (54), one end of the fixing rod (53) is fixedly connected with the fixing plate (52) with an arc-shaped side wall, and the fixing plate (52) abuts against one side wall of the cleaning plate (55); the side wall of the other end of the cleaning plate (55) is provided with the scraper (51) with the arc-shaped side wall, and the scraper (51) and the cleaning plate (55) are abutted against the heating roller (42) and the compression roller (7);
the cooling mechanism (6) comprises a connecting sleeve (61), a cooling roller (62), a water inlet pipe (63), a water tank (64), a rotating shaft (65) and a water drain pipe (66), the other ends of the supporting frame (22) and the supporting plate (21) are symmetrically and rotatably connected with the hollow cooling roller (62), one end of the cooling roller (62) is rotatably connected with the connecting sleeve (61), and the other end of the cooling roller (62) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (65); the water tank (64) is mounted on the top surface of the support frame (22), the water inlet pipes (63) are symmetrically mounted at the bottom end of the water tank (64), the water inlet pipes (63) are mounted inside the connecting sleeve (61) mounted at one end of the cooling roller (62) on the side wall of the support frame (22), the water outlet pipe (66) is mounted inside the connecting sleeve (61) mounted at one end of the cooling roller (62) inside the support plate (21), and the water outlet pipe (66) penetrates through the support plate (21);
the connecting mechanism (8) comprises a connecting pipe (81), a fixing sleeve (82), a connecting disc (83) and a connecting plate (84), the rotating shaft (65) and the four motors (9) are rotatably connected with the fixing sleeve (82), the connecting disc (83) is installed at one end of the rotating shaft (65) and one end of each motor (9), and the connecting disc (83) is rotatably connected with the inside of the fixing sleeve (82); the connecting discs (83) in the same fixing sleeve (82) are fixedly connected through the connecting plate (84), and the fixing sleeves (82) in the support frame (22) and the support plate (21) are communicated through the connecting pipe (81);
the side walls of the supporting plate (21) and the supporting frame (22) are respectively fixedly connected with the motor (9) in an equidistant mode, the rotating directions of the motor (9) positioned on the side wall of the supporting plate (21) and the motor (9) positioned on the side wall of the supporting frame (22) are opposite, and the motor (9) is rotatably connected with the heating roller (42) and the cooling roller (62); the feeding roller (3), the heating roller (42), the compression roller (7) and the cooling roller (62) are sequentially arranged inside the supporting plate (21) and on the side wall of the supporting frame (22);
the heat sealing machine is connected with a power supply, the switch (1) is turned on, the motor (9) is powered on, the motor (9) is rotated, the motor (9) drives the feeding roller (3), the heating roller (42), the compression roller (7) and the cooling roller (62) to rotate inside the supporting plate (21) and the supporting frame (22), and the feeding roller (3), the heating roller (42), the compression roller (7) and the cooling roller (62) inside the supporting plate (21) correspond to the feeding roller (3), the heating roller (42), the compression roller (7) and the cooling roller (62) inside the supporting frame (22) in opposite rotating directions; connecting the water tank (64) with a water source;
