Abstract
本发明公开了一种橡筋切断装置,包括刀架、设置在刀架上的砧辊、与砧辊相配合的刀辊总成、以及用于驱动砧辊和刀辊总成动作的电机总成;刀辊总成包括用于对材料一侧橡筋切断的第一切断刀辊,用于对材料另一侧橡筋切断的第二切断刀辊,以及用于将材料中间腿部S橡筋切断的第三切断刀辊,在切断刀辊上均设置有主刀刃;所述砧辊为单轴辊体。本发明在现有单轴式装置基础上,将刀辊总成改进为分体式,降低了切断刀辊的加工难度和制造成本,延长了刀辊的使用寿命;本发明具有切断效果好、调试周期短、使用寿命长的优点,可一次对材料的两侧橡筋及中间腿部S橡筋进行切断,故生产效率很高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一次性卫生用品生产设备制造领域,尤其涉及一种橡筋切断装置。
背景技术
一般来说,诸如两片式或三片式拉拉裤等一次性卫生用品的制造过程中,首先需要将连续的弹性部件(如橡筋)通过热熔胶固定在无纺布的特定位置上,就固定位置的不同,上述弹性部件大致可分为:腰围部两侧弹性部件和中间腿部S形弹性部件,由于后续需要将吸收芯体跨两侧弹性部件配置到无纺布上,为了避免吸收芯体处的弹性部件收缩形成不必要的褶皱,因此在吸收芯体配置以前还需要在具有弹性部件的无纺布上的特定位置将其切断,以消除该区域上橡筋的弹性。
现有橡筋切断装置中切刀辊和砧辊大多为整体结构,即通过一单轴刀辊和一单轴砧辊进行切断,由于材料宽幅大,刀辊加工成本高,且改码调节不方便,使用过程中易出现加热变形,导致产品切断效果不佳。
又如中国专利申请号为201810189150X,公开了一种橡筋切断装置,虽然该专利提出了将切刀刀辊、砧辊都分为两组切断总成的设计,降低了刀辊在受力后发生挠性变形的可能,但是该装置只能对腰围部两侧弹性部件进行切断,而无法消除中间腿部S形弹性部件的弹性。此外,由于切断总成和砧辊总成均采用分体式,在400ppm/min的工况时会出现装置抖动异常严重的缺陷。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供一种橡筋切断装置,解决现有装置无法一次对材料的两侧橡筋及中间腿部S橡筋切断的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种橡筋切断装置,用于将材料的两侧橡筋及中间腿部S橡筋切断,包括刀架、设置在刀架上的砧辊、与所述砧辊相配合的刀辊总成、以及用于驱动砧辊和刀辊总成动作的电机总成。其中,刀辊总成包括用于对材料一侧橡筋切断的第一切断刀辊,用于对材料另一侧橡筋切断的第二切断刀辊,以及用于将材料中间腿部S橡筋切断的第三切断刀辊,在切断刀辊上均设置有主刀刃,该主刀刃在切断刀辊辊体周向上形成一主刀刃区域。砧辊为单轴辊体,其上设置有与第一切断刀辊相配合的第一配合段、与第二切断刀辊相配合的第二配合段、以及与第三切断刀辊相配合的第三配合段。通过将砧辊设计成单轴式,刀辊总成设计成分体式,优选的,第一切断刀辊、第二切断刀辊对称设置在砧辊的同一侧,第三切断刀辊设置在砧辊的另一侧,一方面使得整套装置的施力受力更加均衡,另一方面可提高装置整体的强度和抗共振性能。进一步的,第一切断刀辊截面圆圆心或第二切断刀辊截面圆圆心与砧辊面圆圆心的连线,与第三切断刀辊截面圆圆心与砧辊截面圆圆心的连线对称设置。
为了保证橡筋切断的情况下材料不会出现破材的缺陷,在切断刀辊上还设置有辅助刀刃,该辅助刀刃设置于主刀刃的侧部,并且至少在切断刀辊周向上的非主刀刃区域连续设置。通过设置辅助刀刃能够降低主刀刃与砧辊之间的冲击,极大降低破材机率。当然,也可以在切断刀辊周向上的主刀刃区域设置辅助刀刃,此时从切断刀辊侧向上看,辅助刀刃与主刀刃部分重合,实际上两者在轴向上错位,并不会相互干涉。优选的,辅助刀刃设置在主刀刃的两侧。
进一步的,所述电机总成包括用于驱动第一切断刀辊运动的第一伺服电机、驱动第二切断刀辊运动的第二伺服电机、驱动第三切断刀辊运动的第三伺服电机、以及控制砧辊线速度运动的第四伺服电机。将每一个切断刀辊分别配置伺服电机,能够有利于调整各刀辊相位。
进一步的,所述第一切断刀辊与第二切断刀辊之间的水平距离是可调的,如此设置能够方便在多个规格产品之间切换,缩短改码时间,提高换码效率。进一步的,刀架上还设置有用于调节切断刀辊与砧辊之间按压力的调节机构,该调节机构可以是气缸或者调节螺栓。
更进一步的,所述砧辊上还设置有加热器,如此能够保证切断效果同时预防热熔胶的附着。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明在现有单轴式装置基础上,将刀辊总成改进为分体式,具体包括分别对材料两侧橡筋进行切断处理的第一切断刀辊、第二切断刀辊,及用于将材料中间腿部S橡筋切断的第三切断刀辊,降低了切断刀辊的加工难度和制造成本,延长了刀辊的使用寿命;同时,本装置施力受力更加均衡,且抗共振性能优异,可适用于两片式、三片式拉拉裤在高速工况下的加工。综上,本发明具有切断效果好、调试周期短、使用寿命长的优点,可一次对材料的两侧橡筋及中间腿部S橡筋进行切断,故生产效率很高。

具体实施方式
实施例,
如图1至2所示,一种两片式拉拉裤100,包括配置有两侧腰围橡筋101和中部S橡筋102的无纺布材料103,以及设置在无纺布材料103上的吸收芯体104。
在橡筋切断前,无纺布材料103沿着橡筋延伸方向连续性搬送,通过本橡筋添加装置200后,在无纺布材料103上形成有上部弹性消除区域105、中部弹性消除区域106、和下部弹性消除区域107。其中,上部弹性消除区域105和下部弹性消除区域107设置在两侧腰围橡筋101上,中部弹性消除区域106设置在中部S橡筋102上。
请一并参阅图3至6,一种橡筋切断装置200,包括刀架1、设置在刀架上的砧辊2、与所述砧辊2相配合的刀辊总成、以及用于驱动砧辊2和刀辊总成动作的电机总成。
其中,刀辊总成包括用于对材料一侧橡筋切断的第一切断刀辊3,用于对材料另一侧橡筋切断的第二切断刀辊4,以及用于将材料中间腿部S橡筋切断的第三切断刀辊5,在切断刀辊上均设置有主刀刃6。第一切断刀辊3、第二切断刀辊4对称设置在砧辊2的同一侧,第三切断刀辊5设置在砧辊2的另一侧,一方面使得整套装置的施力受力更加均衡,另一方面可提高装置整体的强度和抗共振性能。
第一切断刀辊3与第二切断刀辊4之间的水平距离是可调的,刀架1上还设置有用于调节切断刀辊与砧辊之间按压力的调节机构9。
在切断刀辊3、4、5两侧上还设置有辅助刀刃7,该辅助刀刃7设置于主刀刃6的侧部,并且至少在切断刀辊7周向或旋转方向X上的非主刀刃区域A2连续设置。主刀区域A1处的两侧设置主刀刃6,非主刀刃区域A2是指在旋转方向X上除主刀区域A1之外的其他区域。主刀刃6和辅助刀刃7一起使得旋转方向X上整体呈现连续设置的趋势,另外主刀刃6和辅助刀刃7的刃口高度是相同的,如此能够最大程度减少切断刀辊对材料的冲击。
第一切断刀辊3截面圆圆心与砧辊2截面圆圆心的连线L1,与第三切断刀辊5截面圆圆心与砧辊2截面圆圆心的连线L2对称设置。
砧辊2为单轴辊体,其上设置有与第一切断刀辊3相配合的第一配合段21、与第二切断刀辊4相配合的第二配合段22、以及与第三切断刀辊5相配合的第三配合段23。
在砧辊2上还设置有加热器10,如此能够保证切断效果同时预防热熔胶的附着。
电机总成包括用于驱动第一切断刀辊3运动的第一伺服电机81、驱动第二切断刀辊4运动的第二伺服电机82、驱动第三切断刀辊5运动的第三伺服电机83、以及控制砧辊2线速度运动的第四伺服电机84。
工作时,无纺布材料103从橡筋添加装置200的材料入口侧进入,在第一切断刀辊、第二切断刀辊和砧辊的共同作用下,材料两侧橡筋被切断,接着,经第三切断刀辊将中间腿部S橡筋切断,最后从材料出口侧输出。
以上结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述。显然,本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制。只要是采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进;或未经改进,将本发明的上述构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种橡筋切断装置,用于将材料的两侧橡筋及中间腿部S橡筋切断,其特征在于:包括刀架(1)、设置在刀架(1)上的砧辊(2)、与所述砧辊(2)相配合的刀辊总成、以及用于驱动砧辊(2)和刀辊总成动作的电机总成;
所述刀辊总成包括用于对材料一侧橡筋切断的第一切断刀辊(3),用于对材料另一侧橡筋切断的第二切断刀辊(4),以及用于将材料中间腿部S橡筋切断的第三切断刀辊(5),在切断刀辊(3、4、5)上均设置有主刀刃(6);
所述砧辊(2)为单轴辊体,其上设置有与第一切断刀辊(3)相配合的第一配合段(21)、与第二切断刀辊(4)相配合的第二配合段(22)、以及与第三切断刀辊(5)相配合的第三配合段(23)。
2.如权利要求1所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述切断刀辊(3、4、5)上还设置有辅助刀刃(7),该辅助刀刃(7)设置于主刀刃(6)的侧部,并且至少在切断刀辊(3、4、5)周向上的非主刀刃区域连续设置。
3.如权利要求2所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述辅助刀刃(7)设置在主刀刃(6)的两侧。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述电机总成包括用于驱动第一切断刀辊(3)运动的第一伺服电机(81)、驱动第二切断刀辊(4)运动的第二伺服电机(82)、驱动第三切断刀辊(5)运动的第三伺服电机(83)、以及控制砧辊(2)线速度运动的第四伺服电机(84)。
5.如权利要求1至3任一项所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述第一切断刀辊(3)、第二切断刀辊(4)对称设置在砧辊(2)的同一侧,第三切断刀辊(5)设置在砧辊(2)的另一侧。
6.如权利要求5所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述第一切断刀辊(3)截面圆圆心或第二切断刀辊(4)截面圆圆心与砧辊(2)截面圆圆心的连线,与第三切断刀辊(5)截面圆圆心与砧辊(2)截面圆圆心的连线对称设置。
7.如权利要求1至3任一项所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述第一切断刀辊(3)与第二切断刀辊(4)之间的水平距离是可调的。
8.如权利要求1至3任一项所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述刀架上还设置有用于调节切断刀辊(3、4、5)与砧辊(2)之间按压力的调节机构(9)。
9.如权利要求8所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述调节机构(9)是气缸或者调节螺栓。
10.如权利要求1至3任一项所述橡筋切断装置,其特征在于:所述砧辊(2)上还设置有加热器(10)。
