The invention aims to provide a cable core twisting and gluing device for a ship armored cable, which can ensure uniformity, and solves the problems that the prior cable core manufacturing method provided by the background technology is not beneficial to ensuring the uniformity of gluing, cannot ensure the gluing quality, cannot guide the cable core, is not beneficial to the transmission of the cable core, and is not beneficial to the rapid high-quality manufacturing of the cable core.
