Abstract

本发明涉及一种颈椎牵引器,尤其涉及一种托玛琳颈椎牵引器,包括底板及与底板卡接的支撑面板,与传统颈椎牵引器相比,通过曲度牵引,符合颈椎曲线,有效减少了对颈椎的压力,同时不会因牵引对脊椎造成损伤,支撑部的托玛琳石能够促进颈部血液循环,提高大脑供血量,磁石能够对人体起到磁疗的功效。

本发明涉及一种颈椎牵引器,尤其涉及一种托玛琳颈椎牵引器。
背景技术
颈椎牵引器是通过牵引的方式来预防及治疗多种类型颈椎病的新型医疗保健产品,使用方便、操作简单、性能良好、安全有效,对长时间工作、学习、或驾车造成的颈部疼痛等症状有明显的治疗效果。
目前市场上的颈椎牵引器多采用直线牵引,而人体脊椎呈S型,长期直线牵引无法达到人体的自然曲线,只能消除一时的酸痛感,牵引时间过长,会造成肌肉和韧带张力性损伤,降低颈椎的稳定性,直线牵引也会导致椎动脉扭曲,使该处供血减少,易出现眩晕症状。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种托玛琳颈椎牵引器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种托玛琳颈椎牵引器,其特征在于,包括底板及与底板卡接的支撑面板,所述底板包括上端连接部、下端连接部及与上端连接部和下端连接部一体成型的中间板,所述上端连接部上设有多个水平方向排列的上端卡槽,所述上端卡槽上侧外端一体成型设有多个向内折弯的上端限位部,所述下端连接部末端设有下端卡槽,所述下端卡槽上侧外端设有多个向内折弯的下端限位部,所述支撑面板包括向底板方向弹性折弯且一体成型的纵向支撑部和拱形支撑部,所述纵向支撑部活动连接端与上端卡槽卡接,所述上端限位部抵在纵向支撑部的外侧,所述拱形支撑部活动连接端与卡槽卡接,所述下端限位部抵在拱形支撑部的外侧,拱形支撑部中部设有镂空槽,所述镂空槽中间绑有理疗药袋,所述理疗药袋包括两条连接镂空槽两侧且平行设置的绑带及缝在两条绑带中间且一侧开口的药物填充袋,所述绑带上设有多个均匀分布的磁石,所述药物填充袋底部设有多个矩阵排列的托玛琳石,拱形支撑部上端一体成型设有两端凸出中间凹陷的颈枕。
所述绑带通过设置在绑带表面相对应的魔术贴或铆钉扣与镂空槽两侧连接。
所述颈枕上设有多个圆孔,所述圆孔中镶嵌有磁石。
所述底板及支撑面板由ABS材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过曲度牵引,符合颈椎曲线,有效减少了对颈椎的压力,同时不会因牵引对脊椎造成损伤,支撑部的托玛琳石能够促进颈部血液循环,提高大脑供血量,磁石能够对人体起到磁疗的功效。

如图所示,本发明包括底板1及与底板卡接的支撑面板2,所述底板包括上端连接部3、下端连接部4及与上端连接部和下端连接部一体成型的中间板5,所述上端连接部上设有多个水平方向排列的上端卡槽6,所述上端卡槽上侧外端一体成型设有多个向内折弯的上端限位部7,所述下端连接部末端设有下端卡槽8,所述下端卡槽上侧外端设有多个向内折弯的下端限位部9,所述支撑面板包括向底板方向弹性折弯且一体成型的纵向支撑部10和拱形支撑部11,所述纵向支撑部活动连接端与上端卡槽卡接,所述上端限位部抵在纵向支撑部的外侧,所述拱形支撑部活动连接端与卡槽卡接,所述下端限位部抵在拱形支撑部的外侧,拱形支撑部中部设有镂空槽12,所述镂空槽中间绑有理疗药袋13,所述理疗药袋包括两条连接镂空槽两侧且平行设置的绑带14及缝在两条绑带中间且一侧开口的药物填充袋15,所述绑带上设有多个均匀分布的磁石16,绑带为两层结构,磁石通过缝合固定在上层布和下层布中间,所述药物填充袋底部设有多个矩阵排列的托玛琳石17,药物填充袋为两层结构,托玛琳石通过缝合固定在底层布上,拱形支撑部上端一体成型设有两端凸出中间凹陷的颈枕18。
所述绑带通过设置在绑带表面相对应的魔术贴或铆钉扣与镂空槽两侧连接,操作简单且方便用户拆卸、更换。
所述颈枕上设有多个圆孔19,所述圆孔中镶嵌有磁石,对颈部起到磁疗效果。
所述底板及支撑面板由ABS材料制成,具有较好的支撑强度和弯折性能。

1.一种托玛琳颈椎牵引器,其特征在于,包括底板及与底板卡接的支撑面板,所述底板包括上端连接部、下端连接部及与上端连接部和下端连接部一体成型的中间板,所述上端连接部上设有多个水平方向排列的上端卡槽,所述上端卡槽上侧外端一体成型设有多个向内折弯的上端限位部,所述下端连接部末端设有下端卡槽,所述下端卡槽上侧外端设有多个向内折弯的下端限位部,所述支撑面板包括向底板方向弹性折弯且一体成型的纵向支撑部和拱形支撑部,所述纵向支撑部活动连接端与上端卡槽卡接,所述上端限位部抵在纵向支撑部的外侧,所述拱形支撑部活动连接端与卡槽卡接,所述下端限位部抵在拱形支撑部的外侧,拱形支撑部中部设有镂空槽,所述镂空槽中间绑有理疗药袋,所述理疗药袋包括两条连接镂空槽两侧且平行设置的绑带及缝在两条绑带中间且一侧开口的药物填充袋,所述绑带上设有多个均匀分布的磁石,所述药物填充袋底部设有多个矩阵排列的托玛琳石,拱形支撑部上端一体成型设有两端凸出中间凹陷的颈枕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托玛琳颈椎牵引器,其特征在于,所述绑带通过设置在绑带表面相对应的魔术贴或铆钉扣与镂空槽两侧连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的托玛琳颈椎牵引器,其特征在于,所述颈枕上设有多个圆孔,所述圆孔中镶嵌有磁石。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的托玛琳颈椎牵引器,其特征在于,所述底板及支撑面板由ABS材料制成。
