一种高稳定性扁桃体挤切器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器材领域。
背景技术
对于扁桃体炎反复急性发作、扁桃体过度肥大或扁桃体良性肿瘤等症,通常采用扁桃体切除即扁桃体挤切术进行治疗,扁桃体挤切术具有器械简便,仅需一把挤切刀和一块压舌板,即可手术,手术时间短等优点,但是由于在切除的时候需要操作人员的操作保证非常高的稳定性,较熟练地掌握这一手术有一定的难度。
现有的挤切通通常都是一个刀环、刀片和刀柄,刀柄通常设有两个相互互动并分别与刀环和刀片连接的柄,首先通过刀环控制扁桃体的位置,通过控制滑动着两个柄控制刀片在刀环口的移动,进而切除扁桃体。但是这种操作存在一个手同时要保证刀环的固定以及刀片的移动,刀环的稳定性差,不利用手术的进行,有时会留下后遗症。
在现有的挤切手术当中,患者都是张开口,医生直接将挤切器从口中穿过,一方面挤切器没有固定的位置,挤切不稳定,容易误伤其他位置;另一方面,患者长时间张口也非常的疲劳,医生也很难通过观察口腔内的具体情况。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的问题,公开了一种高稳定性扁桃体挤切器,包括刀环、刀片和手柄,手柄与刀环和刀片连接,所述的手柄包括与刀环固定连接的固定管,固定管为中空管,刀片连接有穿过固定管的拉杆,所述的固定管的操作端固定有第一铰接头,第一铰接头铰接有夹臂,夹臂数量为两个,每个夹臂铰接有一个连接杆,连接杆的另一端和拉杆的末端铰接。固定管穿过以固定件,固定件包括径向转动件、轴向转动件和口腔套,在患者张开口的时候,口腔套将固定件固定在患者口腔上,径向转动件中间设有固定管穿过的通道,固定管可以沿着通道移动,径向转动件通过径向转轴连接有轴向转动件,径向转动件和轴向转动件可以相对径向转轴转动,轴向转动件通过轴向转轴和口腔套连接,轴向转动件和口腔套相对轴向转轴转动,径向转轴和轴向转轴不在同一方向。
在这种结构设计下,同时在切的时候,患者张开口,将口腔套套在口边,可以固定住固定管及刀环等部件,在本发明的固定管可以沿着固定件前后移动(固定管的轴向方向),也可以做多角度转动,使得医生能够找到扁桃体挤切的准确位置,更好的完成手术,以方面手术的进行。在本发明中轴向转动件和口腔套之间有能够方便医生观察到口腔内的足够大的位置,为了次可以将轴向转轴设计的足够长。径向转动件可以带动固定管做绕着径向转轴的转动,轴向转动件可以带动固定管做轴向转动,两者转动可以使得固定管可以做多角度的转动。在一个优选的方案中,径向转轴和轴向转轴呈相互垂直方向,径向转轴和轴向转轴分别和固定管呈垂直方向,以给固定管提供最大的转动空间。在本发明中,固定管和径向转动件可以前后移动,以使得刀环、刀片能够找到准确的位置。
用单手可以固定住操作端,用手指间的相互转动就可以控制拉杆的轴向移动,操作手相对一个整体是不会产生移动的,相对于现有的设计,稳定性大大的提高,手术操作时间也大大的缩短,手术对操作人员的技能要求也有一定的降低,而不需要非常熟练的医生才可以做.进一步的,所述的夹臂为带有手指环,手指穿过手指环,能够更好的固定住夹臂,进而提高操作的稳定性。
进一步的,所述的拉杆的操作端末端为第二铰接头,第二铰接头与连接杆铰接,单独的铰接头可以保证铰接处可转动的角度更大,提高刀片的移动距离。
进一步的,刀环设有与固定管固定连接的接头,拉杆穿过接头,接头保证操作端的力到执行端可以有一定过渡。在本发明中操作端指手术人员操作的一端,执行端指挤切扁桃体的一端。
本发明的原理为,刀环固定住扁桃体,用手使得夹臂之间相对移动,连接杆控制拉杆向执行端移动,进而切掉扁桃体。
在本发明中,口腔套直接和口腔接触,为了病人健康以及个体差异的考虑,可以将口腔套和轴向转轴设计为可更换的,并且口腔套可以有多种规格,根据不同的口腔大小选用。在轴向转动件上设计有凹部以放置轴向转轴,口腔套在挤压下可以横向拉长以能够将轴向转轴卡进轴向转动件上的凹部当中,并且在挤压消失后横向拉长可以恢复,以固定住口腔套。在更一步的改进方案中,因此在一个优选的实施例当中,口腔套由套芯和包裹在套芯外部的硅胶层组成。硅胶层可以是和套芯固定连接,也可以是可拆卸的。由于硅胶和口腔直接接触,因此抗菌至关重要,因此在改进的方案中,本发明采用一种氟硅胶材料,所述的氟硅胶包括以下重量份的组分:氟硅生胶100份、氟硅油2-5份、偶联剂0.2-1份,纳米银1-5份、纳米二氧化硅1-5份、镍0.1-0.5份、钴0.1-0.5。其中纳米二氧化硅的粒径为10nm-50nm。
制备方法如下:
步骤1:纳米二氧化硅、镍、纳米银、钴加入到偶联反应罐中,搅拌使混合物旋转,将偶联剂直接喷洒在混合物中,控制搅拌旋转速度,使得混合物的温度达到100摄氏度,反应20分钟,制得改性后的混合物;
步骤2:将纳米银和氟硅生胶配合,使用超声波共混使得纳米银嵌入到中氟硅生胶中去;
步骤:3:将步骤1和步骤2后的物质混合、加入氟硅油进行混炼、得到均匀胶料;
步骤4:对步骤3的胶料进行后处理。
通过上述处理,银能够更好的分散在硅胶中,并且不会和二氧化硅、镍以及钴元素聚集,硅胶的抗菌性和弹性好,能够直接和人体口腔内接触。

具体实施例1:如图1-4所示,本发明公开了一种扁桃体挤切器,包括刀环1、刀片2和手柄,手柄与刀环和刀片连接,所述的手柄包括与刀环固定连接的固定管3,固定管为中空管,刀片连接有穿过固定管的拉杆303,所述的固定管的操作端固定有第一铰接头301,第一铰接头铰接有夹臂302,夹臂数量为两个,每个夹臂铰接有一个连接杆304,连接杆304的另一端和拉杆的末端铰接;固定管穿过以固定件4,固定件包括径向转动件401、轴向转动件(402)和口腔套403,在患者张开口的时候,口腔套将固定件固定在患者口腔上,径向转动件中间设有固定管穿过的通道,固定管可以沿着通道移动,径向转动件通过径向转轴404连接有轴向转动件402,径向转动件和轴向转动件可以相对径向转轴转动,轴向转动件通过轴向转轴405和口腔套403连接,轴向转动件和口腔套相对轴向转轴405转动,径向转轴和轴向转轴不在同一方向。
作为改进,所述的夹臂为带有手指环。

1.一种扁桃体挤切器,包括刀环(1)、刀片(2)、手柄和固定件,手柄与刀环和刀片连接,其特征在于,所述的手柄包括与刀环固定连接的固定管(3),固定管为中空管,刀片连接有穿过固定管的拉杆(303),所述的固定管的操作端固定有第一铰接头(301),第一铰接头铰接有夹臂(302),夹臂数量为两个,每个夹臂铰接有一个连接杆(304),连接杆(304)的另一端和拉杆的末端铰接;固定管穿过以固定件(4),固定件包括径向转动件(401)、轴向转动件(402)和口腔套(403),在患者张开口的时候,口腔套将固定件固定在患者口腔上,径向转动件中间设有固定管穿过的通道,固定管可以沿着通道移动,径向转动件通过径向转轴(404)连接有轴向转动件(402),径向转动件和轴向转动件可以相对径向转轴转动,轴向转动件通过轴向转轴(405)和口腔套(403)连接,轴向转动件和口腔套相对轴向转轴(405)转动,径向转轴和轴向转轴不在同一方向;所述的径向转轴和轴向转轴呈相互垂直方向,径向转轴和轴向转轴分别和固定管呈垂直方向;
