In this embodiment, the third light-transmitting member 128 is disposed outside the measuring chamber 120, and the image sensor 129 is disposed on the other side of the third light-transmitting member 128, so that the direct light in the light emitted from the side wall of the measuring chamber 120 is mapped onto the image sensor 129 to form a dark spot, and since the direct light is reflected by dust, the direct light is lost, and the image sensor 129 can determine the cleanliness of the air flow discharged through the dust outlet 1020 according to the distribution of the dark spots, and further determine whether the cleaning process of the cooking appliance 1 meets the requirement of the cleanliness of the rice materials.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the rice washing device 102 is further provided with a rice inlet 1022, an air inlet 1024 and a rice outlet 1026; wherein, the rice material enters the rice washer 102 through the rice inlet 1022, after the rice feeding is finished, the rice inlet 1022 is closed, the high-speed air flow enters the rice washer 102 through the air inlet 1024 to clean the rice material, and after the cleaning is finished, the rice outlet 1026 is opened to convey the rice.
In this embodiment, the rice inlet 1022, the air inlet 1024 and the rice outlet 1026 are arranged on the rice washer 102, so that the cooking utensil 1 can automatically complete the purposes of rice feeding, rice washing and rice conveying, and the operation of a user is simplified. Specifically, the rice material enters the rice washer through the rice inlet 1022, after the rice feeding is completed, the rice inlet 1022 is closed, the rice material is cleaned, the high-speed air flow enters the rice washer 102 through the air inlet 1024, so that the rice washing effect of the cooking appliance 1 is optimal, meanwhile, the rice material is prevented from flowing back under the action of the high-speed air flow, after the cleaning is completed, the rice outlet 1026 is opened to convey the rice, and the cooking appliance 1 automatically completes the rice feeding, the rice washing and the rice conveying.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the rice washing assembly 10 further comprises: the rice box 103 is connected with the rice inlet 1022 through a rice inlet pipe 104, and a rice inlet valve 105 is arranged on the rice inlet pipe 104; a fan 106 connected with the air inlet 1024 through an air inlet pipe 107; one end of the rice conveying pipe 108 is connected with the rice outlet 1026, the other end of the rice conveying pipe 108 is connected with the inner pot 14 of the cooking appliance 1, and the rice conveying pipe 108 is provided with a rice outlet valve 109.
In this embodiment, the rice in the rice box 103 connected with the rice inlet 1026 through the rice inlet pipe 104 can be controlled to stop feeding rice through the rice inlet valve 105 on the rice inlet pipe 104, and the amount of the rice material to be cooked is controlled; after the rice feeding is finished, closing the rice feeding valve 105 and the rice discharging valve 109, starting the fan 106 connected with the air inlet 1024 through the air inlet pipe 107, forming high-speed air flow in the rice washer 102, and enabling rice materials to roll and collide at high speed in the rice washer 102, so that the rice washing effect of the cooking appliance 1 is optimal; after the rice washing is completed, the rice outlet valve 109 is opened, and the cleaned rice material is input into the inner pot 14 of the cooking appliance 1 through the rice input pipe 108 and the rice outlet 1026, so that the cooking appliance 1 can perform the next cooking process. According to the rice material cleaning cleanliness judging method provided by the invention, after the cooking utensil 1 is used for cleaning rice, the obtained particle concentration in the airflow discharged from the dust outlet 1020 of the cooking utensil 1 is compared with the preset value, and when the particle concentration is smaller than or equal to the preset value, the cleaning requirement is determined to be met, so that the cleaning effect of the rice cleaning link of the cooking utensil 1 is fed back in time, the requirements of a user on cleanness and sanitation of the rice material to be cooked are met, and the use experience of the user on the cooking utensil 1 is greatly improved. Further, when the particle concentration is greater than the preset value, it is determined that the cooking utensil 1 needs to continuously clean the rice material until the cleaning meets the cleanliness requirement, and the cleanliness of the rice material cleaning is ensured.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the cleanliness detection assembly 12 of the cooking appliance 1 includes: the measurement cavity 120 is connected and communicated with the dust outlet 1020, and the side wall of the measurement cavity 120 is made of a light-transmitting material; a light source 122 located at one side of the sidewall of the measurement cavity 120, opposite to the sidewall; a first light-transmitting member 124 disposed between the light source 122 and the sidewall, wherein the light emitted from the light source 122 is irradiated into the measurement cavity 120 through the irradiation light of the first light-transmitting member 124; a cleanliness judging unit (not shown) disposed outside the sidewall of the measuring chamber 120, opposite to the light source 122; wherein, the light emitted through the side wall of the measurement chamber 120 passes through a cleanliness judging unit (not shown in the figure) to perform cleanliness judgment.
Further, the cleanliness judging unit (not shown in the figure) includes: a second light-transmitting member 126 disposed outside the measurement chamber 120, for condensing scattered light among light emitted through the side wall of the measurement chamber 120; and the optical detector 127 is arranged on the other side of the second light-transmitting member 126, the collected light irradiates the optical detector 127, and the optical detector 127 is used for processing an optical signal to judge the cleanliness. Among them, the optical detector 127 includes: the step of amplifying circuit and chip treater, the particle concentration in the dust outlet exhaust air current of acquireing cooking utensil specifically includes: receiving a light signal, and performing amplification processing to convert the light signal into a signal value proportional to light intensity; and converting the processed signal value into a corresponding particle concentration value.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, when the cleanliness detection assembly 12 of the cooking appliance 1 includes: the measurement cavity 120 is connected and communicated with the dust outlet 1020, and the side wall of the measurement cavity 120 is made of a light-transmitting material; a light source 122 located at one side of the sidewall of the measurement cavity 120, opposite to the sidewall; a first light-transmitting member 124 disposed between the light source 122 and the sidewall, wherein the light emitted from the light source 122 is irradiated into the measurement cavity 120 through the irradiation light of the first light-transmitting member 124; a cleanliness judging unit (not shown) disposed outside the sidewall of the measuring chamber 120, opposite to the light source 122; wherein, the light emitted through the side wall of the measurement chamber 120 passes through a cleanliness judging unit (not shown in the figure) to perform cleanliness judgment.
Further, the cleanliness judging unit (not shown in the figure) includes: a third light-transmitting member 128 disposed outside the measurement chamber 120 for mapping direct light among light emitted through the sidewall of the measurement chamber 120; and the image sensor 129 is arranged on the other side of the third light transmission member 128, the direct light is mapped onto the image sensor 129 through the third light transmission member 128 to form dark spots, and the image sensor 129 judges the cleanliness of the air flow discharged through the dust outlet 1020 according to the distribution condition of the dark spots. Wherein, cooking utensil's cleanliness factor judges the unit and includes: third light-transmitting piece and image sensor acquire the step of the particle concentration in cooking utensil's dust outlet exhaust air current, specifically include: acquiring a dark spot distribution density value on the image sensor; the density values are converted to their corresponding particle concentration values.

By obtaining the dark spot distribution density value on the image sensor 129, converting the density value into a corresponding particle density value, and finally comparing the particle density value with a preset value, whether the rice material to be cooked meets the cleanliness requirement can be determined, so that the cleaning effect of the rice washing link of the cooking appliance 1 is fed back in time, the requirements of the user on cleanness and sanitation of the rice material to be cooked are met, and the use experience of the user on the cooking appliance 1 is greatly improved.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of a computer device of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the computer device 2 includes: a memory 22, a processor 24 and a computer program stored on the memory 22 and executable on the processor 24, the processor 24 when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
receiving a rice washing function instruction, and washing rice;
acquiring the particle concentration in the airflow discharged from a dust outlet of the cooking appliance;
comparing the particle concentration with a preset value;
when the particle concentration is less than or equal to a preset value, cleaning to meet the cleanliness requirement;
and when the particle concentration is greater than the preset value, continuing cleaning.
The computer device 2 provided by the invention is a server supporting the operation of the method for judging the rice material cleaning cleanliness of the cooking utensil 1 in any technical scheme, and the processor can determine whether the rice material to be cooked meets the cleanliness requirement or not by executing the computer program stored in the memory 22 through the processor 24, so that the cleaning effect of the rice cleaning link of the cooking utensil 1 is fed back in time, the requirements of a user on the cleanness and sanitation of the rice material to be cooked are met, and the use experience of the user on the cooking utensil 1 is greatly improved.
An embodiment of the invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any of the preceding claims.
The computer-readable storage medium provided by the invention is installed in a server, the server supports the operation of the rice cleaning cleanliness judging method of the cooking utensil in any technical scheme, the computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and the computer program is operated, so that whether the rice to be cooked meets the cleanliness requirement can be determined, the cleaning effect of the rice cleaning link of the cooking utensil can be fed back in time, the requirements of a user on cleanness and sanitation of the rice to be cooked are met, and the use experience of the user on the cooking utensil is greatly improved.

Claims (14)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
an inner pot;
the rice washing assembly is connected with the inner pot and used for washing rice materials to be cooked, the rice washing assembly comprises a rice washer, a dust outlet is formed in the rice washer, and the dust outlet is used for discharging dirt generated in the washing process;
the cleanliness detection assembly is connected with the dust outlet, the air flow discharged from the dust outlet passes through the cleanliness detection assembly and is discharged out of the rice washing assembly, and the cleanliness detection assembly is used for detecting the cleanliness of the air flow discharged from the dust outlet;
when the particle concentration in the airflow discharged from the dust outlet is smaller than or equal to a preset value, determining that the cleaning meets the requirement of cleanliness, and when the particle concentration is larger than the preset value, continuing the cleaning;
the cleanliness detection assembly comprises:
the measuring cavity is connected and communicated with the dust outlet, and the side wall of the measuring cavity is made of a light-transmitting material;
the light source is positioned on one side of the side wall of the measuring cavity and is opposite to the side wall;
the cleanliness judging unit is arranged on the outer side of the side wall of the measuring cavity and opposite to the light source; wherein, the light emitted by the side wall of the measuring cavity passes through the cleanliness judging unit to judge the cleanliness;
the cleanliness judging unit comprises an optical detector, and the optical detector is used for processing optical signals to judge the cleanliness.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the cleanliness detection assembly further comprises:
the first light-transmitting piece is arranged between the light source and the side wall, and light emitted by the light source is irradiated into the measuring cavity through irradiation light of the first light-transmitting piece.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the cleanliness judging unit further includes:
the second light-transmitting piece is arranged on the outer side of the measuring cavity and is used for gathering scattered light in light rays emitted through the side wall of the measuring cavity;
the optical detector is arranged on the other side of the second light-transmitting piece, and the collected light irradiates the optical detector.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the photo detector comprises:
the amplifying circuit is used for amplifying the received optical signal and converting the amplified optical signal into a light intensity proportional signal;
and the chip processor is used for judging the cleanliness of the airflow discharged from the dust outlet according to the light intensity proportion signal.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the cleanliness judging unit includes:
the third light-transmitting piece is arranged on the outer side of the measuring cavity and used for mapping direct light in the light rays emitted by the side wall of the measuring cavity;
and the image sensor is arranged on the other side of the third light-transmitting piece, the direct light is mapped onto the image sensor through the third light-transmitting piece to form dark spots, and the image sensor judges the cleanliness of the airflow discharged through the dust outlet according to the distribution condition of the dark spots.
6. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the rice washer is further provided with a rice inlet, an air inlet and a rice outlet;
the rice washing device comprises a rice inlet, a rice outlet, a rice washing machine, a high-speed air inlet, a high-speed air outlet and a water inlet, wherein the rice material enters the rice washing machine through the rice inlet, the rice inlet is closed after the rice feeding is completed, the high-speed air inlet enters the rice washing machine to wash the rice material, and the rice outlet is opened to convey rice after the washing is completed.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the rice washing assembly further comprises:
the rice box is connected with the rice inlet through a rice inlet pipe, and a rice inlet valve is arranged on the rice inlet pipe;
the fan is connected with the air inlet through an air inlet pipe;
and one end of the rice conveying pipe is connected with the rice outlet, the other end of the rice conveying pipe is connected with the inner pot of the cooking utensil, and a rice outlet valve is arranged on the rice conveying pipe.
8. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
and a dust outlet net is arranged on the dust outlet, and the aperture of meshes of the dust outlet net is less than or equal to 2 mm.
9. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
and a grinding layer is arranged at the bottom of the rice washer.
10. A method for judging cleanliness of washed rice, used for the cooking utensil according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
receiving a rice washing function instruction, and washing rice;
acquiring the particle concentration in the airflow discharged from a dust outlet of the cooking appliance;
comparing the particle concentration to a preset value;
when the particle concentration is less than or equal to the preset value, cleaning to meet the cleanliness requirement;
and when the particle concentration is greater than the preset value, continuing cleaning.
11. The method for determining the cleanliness of washed rice according to claim 10, wherein the cooking appliance is the cooking appliance of claim 4, and the step of obtaining the concentration of particles in the airflow discharged from the dust outlet of the cooking appliance specifically comprises:
receiving a light signal, and performing amplification processing to convert the light signal into a signal value proportional to light intensity;
and converting the processed signal value into a corresponding particle concentration value.
12. The method for determining the cleanliness of washed rice according to claim 10, wherein the cooking appliance is the cooking appliance of claim 5, and the step of obtaining the concentration of particles in the airflow discharged from the dust outlet of the cooking appliance specifically comprises:
acquiring a dark spot distribution density value on the image sensor;
converting the density values to their corresponding particle concentration values.
13. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor is adapted to perform the steps of the method according to any of the claims 10 to 12.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 10 to 12.
