Abstract
利用极性分子互斥的干燥加湿灭菌消毒及获取动能的方法及装置。非电晕原理,不要求非均匀电场,不利用离子风,不产生臭氧。允许用绝缘材料覆盖电极,电极寿命加长。利用的原理是:迅速提升的外电场或外磁场导致极性分子原位转向。半数极性分子出现反转,半数极性分子不出现反转。经过方向约束的大量极性分子相互排斥,从而分散。区别于热力学技术,分子分散的方向是集中的、有序的。利用所述原理实现干燥、加湿、灭菌消毒或者获取机械能。
