the unified alarm metadata includes: specialization, service type, service management unit, alarm category, influence of the event on equipment and influence of the event on service;
it should be noted that, a classification standard is set for all the tags, and this classification standard is unified alarm metadata, which includes speciality, service type, service management unit, alarm category, the effect of the event on the device, and the effect of the event on the service. Each unified alarm metadata corresponds to at least one unified tag value, such as:
professionally corresponding uniform tag values include: a transmission network, a scheduling data network, an integrated data network, a dynamic ring, an access network, a video signal and an integrated management service network;
the unified tag value corresponding to the service type comprises relay protection, stable control, automation, external expansion and the like;
the uniform label value corresponding to the service dispatching unit comprises a general dispatching, a middle dispatching and a local dispatching;
the unified tag value corresponding to the alarm category comprises equipment alarm and performance alarm. Service alarm and environment alarm;
the uniform label value corresponding to the influence of the event on the equipment comprises equipment total resistance, possible equipment total resistance, equipment local fault, possible equipment local fault, equipment performance reduction and no influence;
the uniform label value corresponding to the influence of the event on the service comprises full service resistance, possible full service resistance, affected service, affected possible service, reduced service quality and no influence.
The uniform tag value is associated with at least one alarm keyword, for example, a professional uniform tag value is a transmission network, and the alarm keyword corresponding to the transmission network includes but is not limited to transmission, transmission network, and the like.
When a reported power grid alarm message is received, firstly, an alarm key word corresponding to a uniform tag value is searched in the power grid alarm message, and the searched alarm key word sets a standard alarm tag of the alarm key word as the uniform tag value. For example, if an alarm keyword 'transmission' is searched, recording a professional uniform tag value in the standardized alarm tag values of the power grid alarm information as a transmission network; and if the other power grid alarm information searches an alarm keyword 'transmission network', the professional uniform tag value in the standardized alarm tag values of the power grid alarm information is recorded as the transmission network.
204. Acquiring a preset weight value of each uniform tag value in the power grid alarm information;
it should be noted that each uniform tag value is given a preset weight, and therefore, after the uniform tag value in the power grid alarm information is determined, the preset weight of each uniform tag value in the power grid alarm information is obtained.
For example: in the unified tag values of alarm types, 4 points are given to equipment alarms, 3 points are given to performance alarms, 2 points are given to service alarms, 1 point is given to environment alarms, and if the unified tag values are related to equipment or types such as a power supply, a board card, an environment, a database, a version, signal loss, pointer loss, frame loss and the like, 1 point is added to a preset weight;
for another example: in the unified tag value of the influence of the event on the service, the total service resistance is given 6 points, the possible total service resistance is given 5 points, the influenced service is given 4 points, the possible influenced service is given 3 points, the quality of service is reduced and given 2 points, and no influence is given 1 point.
205. Adding preset weights of all the uniform label values of the power grid alarm information to obtain an alarm value of the power grid alarm information;
it should be noted that, finally, the preset weights of each uniform tag value of the power grid alarm information are added to obtain the alarm value of the power grid alarm information.
206. Determining the alarm level of the power grid alarm information according to the alarm value of the power grid alarm information;
it should be noted that different alarm values may correspond to different alarm levels, which may be preset according to actual conditions, and after the alarm value of the power grid alarm information is obtained through calculation, the alarm level of the power grid alarm information may be obtained correspondingly, such as a root alarm, a primary alarm, a secondary alarm, and the like.
207. An alarm mechanism for determining the alarm information of the power grid according to the service management unit in the standardized alarm tag;
in addition, the alarm mechanism of the power grid alarm information, such as a master dispatching alarm, a central dispatching alarm, and a city alarm, may be determined according to the service dispatching and managing unit in the standardized alarm tag.
208. Displaying the power grid alarm information in an alarm list with the name comprising an alarm mechanism and an alarm level;
it should be noted that, referring to fig. 6, the names of the alarm lists are categorized so as to facilitate searching for various levels and mechanisms of power grid alarm information, such as alarm lists named as medium-level one-level alarm, medium-level two-level alarm, city one-level alarm, etc.
209. Counting the number of the power grid alarm information in the alarm list, and if the number of the power grid alarm information in the alarm list exceeds a preset threshold value, improving the pushing frequency of the power grid alarm information in the alarm list;
it should be noted that when the number of unprocessed power grid alarm information exceeds a preset threshold, it may be obtained that the power grid alarm information is overstocked, and the alarm list needs to be preferentially pushed and processed, so that the pushing frequency of the power grid alarm information in the alarm list is increased. In addition, the alarm list with higher alarm level has the preset threshold set lower.
210. And pushing the power grid alarm information in the alarm list.
And when the alarm overstock occurs, pushing the power grid alarm information of the corresponding level according to the pushing frequency corresponding to the corresponding alarm level.
