The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a light reflection teaching demonstration device which can solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a light reflection teaching demonstration device comprises a supporting base, a demonstration panel, a light source assembly fixing part, a first dial, a second dial and a reflection assembly, wherein the demonstration panel, the light source assembly fixing part, the first dial, the second dial and the reflection assembly are arranged on the supporting base, a circular track, a guide wheel fixing hole, a first sliding groove capable of enabling the first dial to move horizontally and a second sliding groove capable of enabling the second dial to move horizontally are further arranged on the demonstration panel, the first dial and the second dial are in the shape of a semicircle with the same size and are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the reflection assembly, the length of the circular track in the horizontal direction and the height of the circular track in the vertical direction are both larger than the maximum diameters of the first dial and the second dial, the light source assembly is externally provided with a light source assembly fixing piece capable of fixing the light source assembly, the light source assembly fixing piece is arranged on the circular track and can move along the circular track, the reflection assembly comprises a guide wheel assembly, a guide rail assembly, a poking block, a first reflecting mirror and a second reflecting mirror, the guide wheel assembly comprises a first guide wheel, a second guide wheel, a third guide wheel and a fourth guide wheel, the guide wheel assembly is fixed on the demonstration panel through guide wheel fixing holes respectively, the horizontal heights of the first guide wheel, the second guide wheel, the third guide wheel and the fourth guide wheel are equal, the third guide wheel is arranged under the first guide wheel, the fourth guide wheel is arranged under the second guide wheel, the first guide wheel, the second guide wheel, the third guide wheel and the fourth guide wheel respectively comprise two pulleys arranged along the direction perpendicular to the demonstration panel, the upper end of the guide rail assembly is provided with a first fixing plate, two sides of the upper part of the first fixing plate are provided with a first guide rail and a second guide rail, the lower end of the guide rail assembly is provided with a second fixing plate, two sides of the lower part of the second fixing plate are provided with a third guide rail and a fourth guide rail, the guide rail assembly is assembled between the guide wheel assemblies in a sliding manner, a pulley at one side of the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, which is close to the demonstration panel, is in sliding fit with the second guide rail, a pulley at one side of the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, which is far away from the demonstration panel, is in sliding fit with the first guide rail, a pulley at one side of the third guide wheel and the fourth guide wheel, which is close to the demonstration panel, is in sliding fit with the fourth guide rail, a pulley at one side of the third guide wheel and the fourth guide wheel, which is far away from the, the bottom surface of the second fixing plate is fixedly provided with a second reflecting mirror, the height of the circle center of the first reflecting mirror is equal to that of the circle center of the first dial in the horizontal direction, the height of the circle center of the second reflecting mirror is equal to that of the circle center of the second dial in the horizontal direction, and the shifting block which can drive the guide rail assembly to slide between the guide wheel assemblies is fixedly connected between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate.

As another limitation, the first guide wheel comprises a first pulley, a second pulley, a connecting column, a pin shaft and a nut, the first pulley and the second pulley are fixedly connected through the connecting column, the pin shaft is fixedly connected to one side, facing the demonstration panel, of the second pulley, the pin shaft is arranged corresponding to a guide wheel fixing hole in the demonstration panel, the pin shaft is assembled with the guide wheel fixing hole, a thread is arranged at one end, far away from the second pulley, of the pin shaft, the nut is connected to the thread, and the first guide wheel, the second guide wheel, the third guide wheel and the fourth guide wheel are identical in structure.
As a further limitation, the lengths and depths of the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove are equal, and the lengths of the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove are smaller than the radius of the circular track.

Due to the adoption of the structure, compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical progress that: the angle adjusting device can adjust the incident angle of the light source component, and after the light source irradiates, the angle of the dial can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting handle of the first dial or the second dial, so that the angle of the light source irradiating the reflector can be directly read through the dial, the accuracy of the experimental effect is ensured, the learning initiative is improved, and the vivid and interesting teaching is ensured.
In conclusion, the invention has high practicability, can meet the physical teaching requirement and can achieve good teaching effect.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the light reflection teaching demonstration apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a support base 1, a demonstration panel 2 disposed on the support base 1, a light source assembly 3, a light source assembly fixing member 6, a first scale plate 4, a second scale plate 5, and a reflection assembly 7, wherein the light source assembly 3, the light source assembly fixing member 6, the first scale plate 4, the second scale plate 5, and the reflection assembly 7 are disposed on the demonstration panel 2, the demonstration panel 2 is further provided with a circular rail 21, a guide wheel fixing hole 22, a first sliding groove 23 for moving the first scale plate 4 in a horizontal direction, and a second sliding groove 24 for moving the second scale plate 5 in a horizontal direction, the first scale plate 4 and the second scale plate 5 are semicircular and symmetrically disposed on both sides of the reflection assembly 7, the length of the circular track 21 in the horizontal direction and the height of the circular track in the vertical direction are both greater than the maximum diameter of the first dial 4 and the second dial 5, a light source assembly fixing member 6 capable of fixing the light source assembly 3 is arranged outside the light source assembly 3, the light source assembly fixing member 6 is arranged on the circular track 21 and can move along the circular track 21, the reflection assembly 7 comprises a guide wheel assembly 71, a guide rail assembly 72, a dial block 73, a first reflecting mirror 74 and a second reflecting mirror 75, the guide wheel assembly 71 comprises a first guide wheel 711, a second guide wheel 712, a third guide wheel 713 and a fourth guide wheel 714, the guide wheel assembly 71 is respectively fixed on the demonstration panel 2 through the guide wheel fixing holes 22, the horizontal heights of the first guide wheel 711 and the second guide wheel 712, the horizontal heights of the third guide wheel 713 and the horizontal heights of the fourth guide wheel 714 are all equal, the third guide wheel 713 is disposed right below the first guide wheel 711, the fourth guide wheel 714 is disposed right below the second guide wheel 712, the first guide wheel 711, the second guide wheel 712, the third guide wheel 713 and the fourth guide wheel 714 each include two pulleys disposed in a direction perpendicular to the demonstration panel 2, the upper end of the guide rail assembly 72 is provided with a first fixing plate 723, two sides of the upper portion of the first fixing plate 723 are provided with a first guide rail 721 and a second guide rail 722, the lower end of the guide rail assembly 72 is provided with a second fixing plate 726, two sides of the lower portion of the second fixing plate 726 are provided with a third guide rail 724 and a fourth guide rail 725, the guide rail assembly 72 is slidably assembled between the guide wheel assemblies 71, the pulleys of the first guide wheel 711 and the second guide wheel 712 near the demonstration panel 2 are slidably engaged with the second guide rail 722, and the pulleys of the first guide wheel 711 and the second guide wheel 712 far from the demonstration panel 2 are slidably engaged with the first guide rail A guide rail 721 is in sliding fit, pulleys on one sides of the third guide wheel 713 and the fourth guide wheel 714 close to the demonstration panel 2 are in sliding fit with the fourth guide rail 725, pulleys on one sides of the third guide wheel 713 and the fourth guide wheel 714 far away from the demonstration panel 2 are in sliding fit with the third guide rail 724, a first reflector 74 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the first fixing plate 723, a second reflector 75 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the second fixing plate 726, the centers of circle of the first reflector 74 and the first dial 4 are equal in height in the horizontal direction, the centers of circle of the second reflector 75 and the second dial 5 are equal in height in the horizontal direction, and the dial block 73 capable of driving the guide rail assembly 72 to slide between the guide rail assemblies 71 is fixedly connected between the first fixing plate 723 and the second fixing plate 726.
In the embodiment of the invention, the supporting base 1 and the demonstration panel 2 both play a bearing role, the light source assembly 3 generates light beams, the light source assembly fixing piece 6 for fixing the light source assembly 3 is arranged outside the light source assembly 3, and the light source assembly fixing piece 6 is arranged on the circular track 21 and can move along the circular track 21, namely, the light source assembly fixing piece 6 drives the light source assembly 3 to move on the circular track 21, and meanwhile, the angle of light rays incident to the reflector can be adjusted, the incident angle changes along with the circular motion of the light source assembly 3, so that the demonstration of different angles in teaching can be facilitated, the teaching process is more rigorous, and the reflection experiments of different incident angles can be repeatedly demonstrated; the first reflector 74 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the first fixing plate 723, the second reflector 75 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the second fixing plate 726, so that a reflection measurement experiment can be carried out when the light source assembly 3 moves below the reflection assembly 7 along the circular track 21, the measurement universality is improved, and meanwhile, the data can be conveniently read during measurement and the measurement precision is improved by enabling the heights of the centers of the first reflector 74 and the first dial 4 in the horizontal direction to be equal and the heights of the centers of the second reflector 75 and the second dial 5 in the horizontal direction to be equal; at the moment, the first dial 4 or the second dial 5 can be adjusted to horizontally move in the first sliding groove 23 or the second sliding groove 24, so that light rays with different incident angles can be emitted to the circle center of the dial right, scale marks are designed on the dial, the incident angle and the reflection angle can be read conveniently, and the purpose of accurate demonstration is achieved. After the light beam of the light source assembly 3 is incident on the reflector, the horizontal position of the reflector is changed by pushing the guide rail assembly 72 to horizontally move among the first guide wheel 711, the second guide wheel 712, the third guide wheel 713 and the fourth guide wheel 714, so that the light is incident on the proper position of the reflector, and the experimental effect is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the light source module holder 6 includes a first connecting part 61 far from the circular rail 21, a second connecting part 62 near the circular rail 21, a limiting rod 63 slidable along the circular rail 21, and a fixing bolt 64, the first connecting part 61 includes a first connecting part 611, a first connecting hole 612 and a third connecting part 613 disposed on the first connecting part 611, and a third connecting hole 614 disposed on the third connecting part 613, the second connecting part 62 includes a second connecting part 621, a second connecting hole 622 and a fourth connecting part 623 disposed on the second connecting part 621, and a fourth connecting hole 624 disposed on the fourth connecting part 623, the first connecting hole 612 and the second connecting hole 622, the third connecting hole 614 and the fourth connecting hole 624 are disposed correspondingly and fixed by the fixing bolt 64, the limiting rod 63 is arranged on the second connecting piece 62.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the light source module fixing member 6 includes a first connecting member 61, a second connecting member 62, a limiting rod 63 capable of sliding along the circular track 21, and a fixing bolt 64, wherein the first connecting member 6 and the second connecting member 62 form a circle to fix the circular light source module 3, and preferably, the first connecting member 61 and the second connecting member 62 are both semicircular; the two ends of the first connecting piece 61 are respectively provided with a first connecting part 611 and a third connecting part 613, the two ends of the second connecting piece 62 are respectively provided with a second connecting part 621 and a fourth connecting part 623, and the first connecting part 611 and the second connecting part 621, and the third connecting part 613 and the fourth connecting part 623 are fixed by the fixing bolts 64, so that the light source assembly 3 is fixed firmly, and the structural reliability is improved; meanwhile, the limiting rod 63 can slide in the circular track 21, and can play a role in guiding the movement of the light source component 3.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the first dial 4 includes a first bolt 41, a first pre-tightening spring 42 and a first adjustment handle 43 fixedly connected with the first dial 4, the first bolt 41 is assembled with one end fixedly connected with the first dial 4 in the first sliding groove 23 and the other end is in threaded connection with the first adjustment handle 43, the first bolt 41 is sleeved with the first pre-tightening spring 42, one end of the first pre-tightening spring 42 is abutted against the rear side surface of the demonstration panel 2, and the other end of the first pre-tightening spring 42 is abutted against the first adjustment handle 43.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the incident light of the light source assembly 3 irradiates the first reflector 74, the scale on the dial plate of the first dial plate 4 can be used to read the numerical values of the incident angle and the reflection angle, and since the first dial plate 4 includes the first bolt 41, the first pre-tightening spring 42 and the first adjustment handle 43, which are fixedly connected to the first dial plate 4, the first dial plate 4 can be rotated by a certain angle when the angle is read, so as to facilitate reading of the numerical value of the angle, for example, the angle value is read after the incident light is aligned with "0" on the scale line.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the second dial 5 includes a second bolt 51, a second pre-tightening spring 52 and a second adjustment handle 53 fixedly connected to the second dial 5, the second bolt 51 is assembled with one end fixedly connected to the second dial 5 in the second sliding groove 24, and the other end is in threaded connection with the second adjustment handle 53, the second pre-tightening spring 52 is sleeved on the second bolt 51, one end of the second pre-tightening spring 52 abuts against the rear side surface of the demonstration panel 2, and the other end abuts against the second adjustment handle 53.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the incident light of the light source assembly 3 irradiates the second reflecting mirror 75, the numerical values of the incident angle and the reflecting angle can be read through the scales on the dial plate of the second dial plate 5, and since the second dial plate 5 includes the second bolt 51, the second pre-tightening spring 52 and the second adjusting handle 53 fixedly connected to the second dial plate 5, the second dial plate 5 can be rotated by a certain angle when the angle is read, so as to facilitate reading of the numerical value of the angle, for example, reading the value of the angle after aligning the incident light with "0" on the scale line.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the first guide wheel 711 includes a first pulley 7111, a second pulley 7115, a connecting column 7112, a pin 7113 and a nut 7114, the first pulley 7111 and the second pulley 7115 are fixedly connected through the connecting column 7112, one side of the second pulley 7115 facing the demonstration panel 2 is fixedly connected with the pin 7113, the pin 7113 is disposed corresponding to the guide wheel fixing hole 22 on the demonstration panel 2, the pin 7113 is assembled with the guide wheel fixing hole 22, one end of the pin 7113 away from the second pulley 7115 is provided with a screw thread, the screw thread is connected with the nut 7114, and the structures of the first guide wheel 711, the second guide wheel 712, the third guide wheel 713 and the fourth guide wheel 714 are the same.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first guide wheel 711, the second guide wheel 712, the third guide wheel 713 and the fourth guide wheel 714 are of the same structure, each guide wheel comprises a first pulley 7111 and a second pulley 7115, the two pulleys are fixedly connected into a whole through a connecting cylinder 7112, and thus, the four pin shafts 7113 penetrate through the four guide wheel fixing holes 22 and are locked and fixed with the nuts 7114 through threads on the rear side surface of the demonstration panel 2, so that the guide wheel assembly 71 is fixed reliably.
Further, the lengths and depths of the first sliding slot 23 and the second sliding slot 24 are equal, and the lengths of the first sliding slot 23 and the second sliding slot 24 are smaller than the radius of the circular track 21. With this arrangement, the first scale plate 4 and the second scale plate 5 are prevented from interfering with the circular movement of the light source assembly 3 after moving in the horizontal direction.
Further, when the limiting rod 63 of the light source module fixing member 6 slides along the circular track 21, the limiting rod 63 itself can rotate by a certain angle, the light source module 3 can be driven to rotate by the rotation of the limiting rod 63, and the incident angle of the light beam of the light source module 3 can be adjusted at this time, so that secondary angle adjustment is realized. So set up, can slide along circular orbit 21 through the gag lever post 63 of light source subassembly mounting 6 and realize incident angle's change, also can realize incident angle's change through the autogyration of gag lever post 63 in circular orbit 21, the two cooperation can make reflection teaching demonstration more lively, makes the student master relevant knowledge more nimble, strengthens the teaching effect.
Further, the depth of the first sliding groove 23 and the second sliding groove 24 is greater than the depth of the circular rail 21. Preferably, the first and second sliding grooves 23 and 24 are through holes, and the circular rail 21 is a half through hole.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the demonstration device further comprises a locking mechanism 8, wherein the locking mechanism 8 is arranged on the demonstration panel 2 and is circumferentially arranged along the outer circumference of the circular track 21, the locking mechanism 8 comprises a pressing block 81, a connecting plate 82, a torsion spring 83, a rotating shaft 84 and a limiting hook 85, the connecting plate 82 is fixedly arranged at the lower side of the pressing block 81 and is in an inverted V shape, two ends of a V-shaped opening of the connecting plate 82 are respectively connected with the rotating shaft 84, the limit hooks 85 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the connecting plate 82 and one end of each limit hook is connected with the rotating shaft 84, the L-shaped limiting hooks 85 are symmetrically arranged, the limiting rods 63 can be prevented from being disengaged by the limiting hooks 85, the torsion springs 83 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the connecting plate 82 and the coils are sleeved on the rotating shaft 84, one torsion arm of the torsion spring 83 abuts against the connecting plate 82, and the other torsion arm abuts against the limit hook 85.
In the embodiment of the invention, the locking mechanism 8 is arranged on the demonstration panel 2 and is circumferentially arranged along the outer circumference of the circular track 21, the locking mechanism 8 comprises a pressing block 81, a connecting plate 82, a torsion spring 83, a rotating shaft 84 and a limiting hook 85, the torsion spring 83 is stressed through the connecting plate 82 by pressing the pressing block 81, the limiting hook 85 is driven to be opened, when the limiting rod 63 enters the two limiting hooks 85, the pressed pressing block 81 is released, the limiting hook 85 can be closed, and the limiting rod 63 is prevented from falling off. Preferably, the diameter of the limiting rod 63 is equal to the maximum distance between the two limiting hooks 85 in the static state, so that the limiting rod 63 can be accurately limited, and the limiting rod 63 is prevented from being infirm and abnormal in the limiting hooks 85. Preferably, a plurality of locking mechanisms 8 are arranged on the circular track 21, and the specific number can be set according to implementation requirements, so that the operation in the experimental process is convenient. Through setting up the locking mechanical system 8 that can play limiting displacement to gag lever post 63, can make gag lever post 63 is fixed firm, convenient teaching measurement.
Further, the length of the limiting rod 63 is smaller than the depth of the circular track 21, and the height of the dial block 73 is smaller than the radius of the first dial 4 and the second dial 5. So set up, can make gag lever post 63 along circular orbit 21 motion unhindered, dial simultaneously that piece 73 highly is less than first calibrated scale 4 with the radius of second calibrated scale 5 makes overall structure reasonable, avoids teaching material's waste.
