102, the centralized network platform makes an intelligent contract template according to the fee settlement rule.

The support condition comprises at least one of the following parameters and parameter values thereof: participating in subject information, energy type, node information, settlement time period, region, price, etc.
And 104, respectively generating energy intelligent contracts and cost intelligent contracts related to each distributed node in the distributed network by the centralized network platform based on the intelligent contract template, and respectively storing the generated energy intelligent contracts and cost intelligent contracts as a block in the block chain.
The distributed node comprises: energy nodes, settlement nodes and full nodes.
And 106, respectively acquiring an energy intelligent contract or a cost intelligent contract related to the distributed node from the block chain by each distributed node.
And 108, executing an energy intelligent contract related to the energy node by each energy node, obtaining energy information, storing the energy information in the energy node, and recording the energy information as a block in the block chain and the whole node.
And 110, executing the fee intelligent contract related to the settlement node by each settlement node respectively, obtaining and storing the fee information in the settlement node, and recording the fee information as a block in the block chain and the whole node.
Based on the block chain-based distributed energy cost settlement method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the centralized network platform formulates an intelligent contract template according to the cost settlement rule, respectively generates an energy intelligent contract and a cost intelligent contract related to each distributed node in the distributed network based on the intelligent contract template, and respectively stores the generated energy intelligent contract and cost intelligent contract as a block in a block chain; each distributed node respectively acquires an energy intelligent contract and a cost intelligent contract related to the distributed node from a block chain, wherein each energy node respectively executes the energy intelligent contract related to the energy node to obtain and store energy information, and the energy information is recorded in the block chain as a block; and each settlement node executes the charge intelligent contract related to the settlement node respectively, obtains and stores charge information, and records the charge information as a block in the block chain. Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a block chain-based method for settling fees of distributed energy resources according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the charge settlement method of this embodiment includes:
202, the centralized network platform makes an intelligent contract template according to the fee settlement rule.
Alternatively, the fee settlement rules may include, for example, but are not limited to, any one or more of the following: support conditions, trigger conditions, control conditions, output results, exception handling, and the like. The support condition comprises at least one of the following parameters and parameter values thereof: participating in subject information, energy type, node information, settlement time period, region, price, etc.
And 204, respectively generating energy intelligent contracts and cost intelligent contracts related to each distributed node in the distributed network by the centralized network platform based on the intelligent contract template and the supporting conditions, and respectively storing the generated energy intelligent contracts and cost intelligent contracts as a block in the block chain.
The distributed node comprises: energy nodes, settlement nodes and full nodes.
And 206, each distributed node respectively acquires an energy intelligent contract and a cost intelligent contract related to the distributed node from the block chain.
And 208, acquiring energy change information sent by the metering equipment corresponding to the energy node by using the energy intelligent contracts on the energy nodes.
For example, for an electrical resource, an energy intelligence contract on an energy node listens for power generation, transmission and distribution, and utilization on a corresponding metering device (i.e., a power harvesting device). All energy nodes have a unified container environment (docker container) for running intelligent contracts, the charge intelligent contract triggering condition can be, for example, a change of electric quantity, and when the change of the electric quantity of power generation, power transmission and distribution or power utilization on the electric quantity acquisition equipment is detected, the energy intelligent contract is automatically triggered to execute.
And 210, triggering to run energy intelligent contracts on each energy node when the triggering conditions of the energy intelligent contracts meet self triggering conditions, obtaining energy information, storing the energy information in the energy node, and recording the energy information as a block in a block chain and a whole node.
And 212, acquiring the energy information corresponding to the settlement node from the block chain respectively by using the fee intelligent contract on each settlement node.
For example, for an electric resource, a fee settlement intelligent contract on a settlement node listens to a corresponding metering device (namely, an electric quantity acquisition device), and listens to an electric quantity change signal sent by the electric quantity acquisition device according to a contract frequency.
214, the fee intelligent contracts on the settlement nodes are triggered to run when own trigger conditions are met, fee information is obtained based on the obtained energy information and is stored in the settlement nodes, and the fee information is recorded in the block chain and the whole nodes as a block.
All settlement nodes have uniform container environments (docker containers) for operating intelligent contracts, the charge intelligent contract triggering conditions can be, for example, changes of electric quantity, and when the change of the electric quantity of power generation, power transmission and distribution or power utilization on the electric quantity acquisition equipment is detected, the charge intelligent contracts are automatically triggered to be executed.
The intelligent charge contract automatically executes the process of energy (such as electric quantity) flowing between distributed nodes and the process of charge information transfer between participating bodies. When the energy changes, the intelligent charge contract synchronously executes energy flow (energy) and information flow (energy information and charge information) according to the logic of a control flow, energy transaction records (such as information of power generation user addresses, power consumption user addresses, coordinates, electric quantity, timestamps and the like) are linked and circulated between energy nodes along with a distributed peer-to-peer network synchronization mechanism of a block chain, and all energy nodes cooperate with each other to immediately record the whole process of whole network energy transaction circulation. And similarly, fee information is also transferred among settlement nodes, and the whole information transfer process among transaction main bodies (such as photovoltaic power generation users, power grid companies and power consumers) is recorded in real time.
In addition, in the embodiments of the fee settlement method, for example, after obtaining the energy information in the operation 108 or 210, the method may further include:
whether the energy information is abnormal is determined based on a preset condition. The preset conditions may include, but are not limited to: whether the energy value in the energy information meets a preset energy fluctuation permission threshold and/or abnormal behavior characteristics or not is judged;
if the energy information is determined to be abnormal, correcting the abnormal energy information;
and if the energy information is determined not to be abnormal, performing the operation of recording the energy information in the block chain as one block.
Further, after the abnormal energy information is corrected, the operation of determining whether the energy information is abnormal based on the preset condition may be performed on the corrected energy information, so as to further determine whether the corrected energy information has an abnormal condition, until the preset condition is met, for example, the correction frequency reaches the preset frequency, the operation of determining whether the energy information is abnormal based on the preset condition is not performed, so that the correction process is infinitely circulated due to equipment failure and the like.
In some optional examples, the modifying the energy information with the abnormality may include, for example: triggering metering equipment related to the abnormal energy information to acquire energy change information again; and/or the energy node related to the abnormal energy information executes the energy intelligent contract related to the energy node again to obtain the energy information and store the energy information in the energy node and the whole node.
In some optional examples, the above-mentioned determining whether the energy information is abnormal based on the preset condition may be implemented by:
each energy node determines whether the energy information obtained by the energy node is abnormal or not based on preset conditions; or,
the centralized network platform determines whether the energy information is abnormal or not based on preset conditions; or,
and the other energy nodes respectively determine whether the energy information obtained by the energy nodes related to the checking relation is abnormal or not based on the pre-stored checking relation and the preset condition.
Alternatively, in the embodiments of the fee settlement method, after recording the energy information as a block in the block chain, the method may further include:
the centralized network platform determines whether the energy information is abnormal or not;
if the energy information is determined to be abnormal, the centralized network platform generates difference adjustment type energy data, triggers and executes an energy intelligent contract related to an energy node related to the abnormal energy information, generates difference adjustment data based on the difference adjustment type energy data and records the difference adjustment data as a block in a block chain;
and the settlement node related to the abnormal energy information executes the intelligent charge contract related to the settlement node, obtains the adjustment charge information based on the adjustment data and stores the adjustment charge information in the settlement node, and records the adjustment charge information as a block in the block chain and the whole node.
In the embodiment that whether the energy information obtained by the energy node is abnormal or not is determined by each energy node based on the preset conditions, the energy abnormal condition of a single energy node is checked through the energy abnormal checking function in the energy intelligent contract. It is important to ensure the accuracy of energy data because data entering a blockchain-based distributed energy cost settlement system will be enforced efficiently. The invention provides a node layer energy information abnormity checking function depending on an energy intelligent contract, and whether the energy information is abnormal or not is judged by setting preset conditions (such as an energy fluctuation permission threshold value and abnormal behavior characteristics). The metering equipment can be triggered to re-collect abnormal energy information, and an alarm signal can be provided for a centralized network platform to carry out troubleshooting treatment on metering behaviors which cannot be automatically recovered. And for the energy information which is not identified at the moment and is abnormal in subsequent confirmation, the energy intelligent contract of the energy node executes difference adjusting logic, and the energy data is corrected and then uplink is carried out.
For example: the fluctuation permission threshold value and the abnormal behavior characteristics of the electric quantity can be set according to scenes. For photovoltaic power generation, the power acquisition cycle is day, and under normal conditions, the daily photovoltaic power generation amount is maintained in a reasonable range, and the average power change relative to the previous week is also maintained in a reasonable range. The amount of electricity outside this variation range may be regarded as an abnormal amount of electricity. When the abnormal electric quantity is considered, the corresponding metering equipment can be triggered to acquire the electric quantity again through the centralized network platform. And for the electric quantity data which is not identified at the moment, the electric quantity data which is confirmed to be abnormal subsequently in a manual or non-manual mode, because the original electric quantity data is linked up and cannot be changed, the difference adjusting type electric quantity data generated by the centralized network platform triggers the electric charge settlement intelligent contract to be executed, and the difference adjusting data is generated and linked up.
In the embodiment that whether the energy information obtained by the energy nodes related to the check relation is abnormal or not is determined by other energy nodes based on the pre-stored check relation and the preset condition, the abnormal condition of the electric quantity of a single energy node can be checked repeatedly through the energy cross check function among the multiple energy nodes. The invention provides an inter-node energy information abnormity checking function depending on an energy intelligent contract. The energy nodes store space-time coordinates of electric quantity collection, and energy abnormity of a single energy node is checked in a multiple-check mode by comparing energy relations (for example, electric quantity relations considering factors such as combination and decomposition relations of electric quantities, line loss and network loss) between energy nodes of adjacent energy network (for example, a power grid) topological spaces or comparing energy checking relations between nodes stored in the energy nodes in advance. The checks in this embodiment typically occur simultaneously on multiple energy nodes, checking each other. The node information (such as node addresses) of the energy nodes checked by the check logic sum and each other can be distributed to the corresponding energy nodes in the form of an energy intelligence contract at the centralized network platform and where the energy nodes are checked by each other. For example: the total meter electricity consumption of a district is larger than the sum of the individual meter electricity consumptions in the district. If the total meter power consumption is smaller than the sum of the sub-meter power consumptions in the cell, the check logic can be stored in the energy node of the total meter and the energy node of the sub-meter to realize the cross check of the multi-energy nodes if the power consumption is considered to be abnormal.
Based on the embodiment, the energy information of the abnormal inspection and the subsequently generated cost information are synchronized and identified in a block chain identification mode among the distributed nodes, and are converged continuously, so that final consistency is realized. Only the energy information which passes the energy information abnormal check can be identified by the distributed nodes, and can be identified by each participating subject, and can be identified and executed by the energy intelligent contract. The energy information passing the abnormal check is approved to be legal by the distributed energy cost settlement system based on the block chain, and the execution of the intelligent cost contract can be triggered, so that the accuracy of cost settlement is improved. Only the information commonly recognized by each distributed node can be recognized by each participating main body, and once the energy information and the expense information are stored in the form of a block chain, the energy information and the expense information have the characteristics of credibility, non-tampering and traceability.
The energy information and the subsequently generated cost information are synchronized, identified and converged continuously among the distributed nodes in a block chain identification mode, and the final consistent process is realized as follows: transaction records (energy information and cost information) are synchronized between different nodes through a node routing function; forming blocks and winding up (i.e., storing into a block chain) for a limited time; due to the existence of distributed nodes with asynchronous information in a distributed environment, blocks of the uplink are approved or abandoned among different distributed nodes according to a consensus method, such as POW, POS and the like, for example, a POS consensus mechanism is adopted by a photovoltaic power generation electricity charge settlement system; blocks at the uplink end of the distributed node are continually acknowledged and discarded, maintaining a dynamic consensus. Blocks that generally pass 6 blocks before converge to unity throughout the chain, referred to as mature blocks.

And 5, the energy node executes the intelligent contract to form an electric quantity transaction record (energy information) when the electric quantity change is monitored, the electric quantity transaction record (energy information) is recorded on the energy node, the participating main body triggers the intelligent contract to execute according to the energy information on the block chain to form an electric charge transaction record (charge information) and records the electric charge transaction record (charge information) on the settlement node, and the electric quantity transaction record and the electric charge transaction record can be synchronously recorded on the whole node. To ensure transaction record integrity, an operator may provide a distributed seed node in a centralized network platform that functions equivalently to a full node in a distributed network.
And 6, the information transmission path from the centralized network platform to the distributed network is the centralized network platform, the seed node and the distributed network node. And 7, when the energy abnormal condition needs manual intervention, reading the abnormal electric quantity transaction record and the abnormal electric charge transaction record in the block chain by the centralized network platform to trigger an abnormal processing flow. The result of exception handling is still transmitted back to the seed node through the centralized network platform to the distributed network.
And 8, the centralized network platform stores the information of the mature blocks into an information database in real time so as to improve the efficiency of data statistical analysis.
