Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a cloud printing method, a storage medium and a server, and a user does not need to carry a work card during printing, so that convenience is improved.
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a cloud printing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes:
101. acquiring a cloud printing request initiated by a target user through a mobile terminal;
the cloud printing method provided by the invention is applied to a cloud printing system comprising more than one PC (personal computer), more than one mobile terminal and one server. When a certain target user wants to print, the user can log in a cloud printing APP by using a mobile terminal, connect with a server and send a cloud printing request, wherein the cloud printing request comprises user information (such as an account number of the log-in APP) of the target user; after acquiring the cloud print request, the server determines the user account logged in by the mobile terminal, that is, the relevant information (such as name, ID number, employee number, and the like) of the target user.
102. Inquiring a target printing task initiated by the target user at the PC terminal in a pre-constructed printing task record table through the user information;
after acquiring the cloud printing request and determining the identity of a target user, a server queries a target printing task initiated by the target user at a PC (personal computer) end in a pre-constructed printing task record table according to user information, wherein the printing task record table records all printing tasks initiated by each user at the PC end. The server may pre-store a corresponding relationship between each PC and the user account in the cloud printing system, for example, if the user ID-208 corresponds to the PC No. 17, a print job initiated by the PC No. 17 is regarded as a print job initiated by the user ID-208. In addition, the user can also log in the own account in any PC, so that the corresponding relation between the PC and the own user account is constructed.
Further, the print job record table may be constructed by:
(1) setting a virtual printer for each PC terminal;
(2) setting an output port of the virtual printer to null;
(3) if the print task sent to the virtual printer is detected, a spool file containing the content to be printed is obtained under a specified directory;
(4) converting the spool file into a file to be printed in a specific format by using a format conversion tool;
(5) and recording the file to be printed in the specific format, the generation time of the corresponding printing task and user information to obtain the printing task record table.
With respect to step (1), a printer driver is installed on each PC, and a virtual printer is set. The Windows operating system allows a printer driver to be installed without a physical printer, the virtual printer is software that can simulate the function of the printer, and can set printing preferences, ports, and layouts like the physical printer, and is generally used for file format conversion, extraction of printer language files, and the like.
For step (2), after setting the virtual printer, setting an output port of the virtual printer to null. Specifically, a virtual printer named "cloud print" may be created, and then a "port" option is selected from the attributes of the virtual printer to set the local port to Null, i.e., empty. After setting the output port of the virtual printer to null, when the PC prints a file through the virtual printer, only internal processing is performed, and a real print document is not output.
In step (3), when the user sends a print job to the virtual printer at the PC end, a corresponding spool file is generated in the designated directory of the PC end. For example, the jobid. spl file generated under the designation directory C: \ Windows \ System32\ splol \ PRINTERS. The spl file is a spool file generated when the windows system prints, and contains original printing content.
For step (4), a format conversion tool is used to convert the spool file into a file to be printed in a specific format. By adopting various existing format conversion tools, original printing contents can be extracted from the spool file, and the printing contents are converted into a file to be printed in a specific format, such as a pdf format or a jpg format.
And (5) recording the file to be printed in the specific format, the generation time of the corresponding printing task and user information to obtain the printing task recording table. Each time the server acquires a print job initiated by any one PC, the server records the relevant information of the print job, such as the user ID, the job generation time, the file to be printed, and the like, in the print job record table, as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
User ID | Print job generation time | Document to be printed |
101 | 26 # 7-9: 51 month 7 2018 | XX.pdf |
208 | 26 # 7/2018-11: 27 | XX.jpge |
… | … | … |
In step 102, the corresponding print job, i.e. the target print job, can be queried from the print job record table according to the user ID of the target user. In addition, if the manner of the steps (1) to (5) is adopted, when the cloud printing system is constructed, the original traditional printer does not need to be replaced or the traditional printer does not need to be upgraded, so that the construction cost of the cloud printing system can be greatly reduced.
Still further, the cloud printing method may further include:
(1) deleting a record of the executed print job in the print job record table after a print job is executed;
(2) and if the difference value between the generation time and the current time of one printing task is greater than a preset threshold value, deleting the records of the printing tasks of which the difference values between the generation time and the current time are greater than the preset threshold value in the printing task record table.
In order to avoid storing too much useless data, the storage space of the database is released, and after a print job is executed, the record of the executed print job can be deleted in the print job record table; or deleting the records of the print jobs of which the difference value between the generation time and the current time is greater than the preset threshold value from the print job record table, wherein the print jobs belong to the jobs which are not initiated by the mobile terminal by the user after the creation, and the print jobs can be regarded as invalid print jobs to be deleted. For example, if a user has not initiated a print request for a print job within 3 days after the creation of a print job, the record of the print job is deleted from the print job record table.
103. And if the target printing task is inquired, sending a control instruction to a printer to execute the printing operation of the target printing task.
And if the target printing task initiated by the target user at the PC end is inquired, sending a control instruction to a printer to execute the printing operation of the target printing task. Specifically, the control instruction can be sent to any printer in the cloud printing system, and the file to be printed of the target printing task is printed out, so that the printing operation is completed. In addition, if the target user initiates more than one print job at the PC end, the target user can select part or all of the print jobs to print on the mobile terminal by inputting an instruction. If the target printing task initiated by the target user at the PC end cannot be inquired, the server can ignore the printing request initiated by the target user and reply preset prompt information to the mobile terminal used by the target user.
Further, in step 103, the sending the control instruction to the printer may include:
(1) receiving a printer name and an IP address sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the printer name and the IP address are obtained by the mobile terminal through scanning a two-dimensional code corresponding to a printer;
(2) and sending a control instruction to the printer corresponding to the printer name and the IP address.
The cloud printing system can set a unique two-dimensional code identifier for each printer, and the two-dimensional code identifier contains information such as printer names and IP addresses. In actual operation, the two-dimensional codes can be respectively pasted on each printer, a user selects a printer which the user wants to use by scanning the two-dimensional codes, and the server can determine the printer which the user wants to use after acquiring the printer name and the IP address which are sent by the user through the mobile terminal, so that a control instruction can be sent to the printer to finish printing operation.
The cloud printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a cloud printing request initiated by a target user through a mobile terminal, wherein the cloud printing request comprises user information of the target user; inquiring a target printing task initiated by the target user at the PC terminal in a pre-constructed printing task record table through the user information, wherein the printing task record table records all printing tasks initiated by each user at the PC terminal; and if the target printing task is inquired, sending a control instruction to a printer to execute the printing operation of the target printing task. During printing, a user firstly logs in an account of the user by using a mobile terminal, establishes connection with a background server of the cloud printing system, and then can initiate a cloud printing request; the background server can inquire the printing task of the user from a pre-constructed printing task record table and send a control instruction to the printer so as to finish the printing operation. Therefore, the user can realize printing operation only by carrying the mobile terminal without carrying a work card, and convenience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of a cloud printing method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
201. acquiring a cloud printing request initiated by a target user through a mobile terminal;
202. inquiring a target printing task initiated by the target user at the PC terminal in a pre-constructed printing task record table through the user information;
the steps 201-202 are the same as the steps 101-102, and the related description of the steps 101-102 can be referred to.
203. If the target printing task is inquired, receiving reserved printing time sent by the mobile terminal;
and if the target printing task initiated by the target user at the PC terminal is inquired, receiving the reserved printing time sent by the mobile terminal. The user can send the reserved printing time to the server through the mobile terminal, and the server can send a control instruction to the printer to execute the printing operation only when the reserved printing time is reached. In addition, if a certain user has a plurality of print jobs, different reserved print times can be set for each print job.
204. Acquiring first positioning information of the mobile terminal at a first time before the reserved printing time;
in a first time period (for example, 5 minutes) before the reserved printing time, the mobile terminal sends its own positioning information to the server. According to the positioning information, the server can obtain the current position of the user, so that the printer closest to the user can be selected for printing.
Further, before obtaining the first positioning information of the mobile terminal, the method may further include:
(1) sending printing prompt information to the mobile terminal;
(2) and if the printing confirmation information replied by the mobile terminal is received within a second time length, executing the step of acquiring the first positioning information of the mobile terminal.
And at a certain time point before the reserved printing time, the server sends printing prompt information to the mobile terminal to prompt the user to execute the printing operation and requires the user to reply printing confirmation information. If the printing confirmation information replied by the mobile terminal is received within a second time (such as 2 minutes), executing a step of acquiring first positioning information of the mobile terminal; if the printing confirmation information replied by the mobile terminal is not received within the second time length, the printing request can be ignored (namely, when the reserved printing time is reached, the printing operation cannot be executed).
205. Determining a target printer closest to the mobile terminal according to the first positioning information;
and after the server acquires the positioning information of the mobile terminal, determining a target printer closest to the mobile terminal according to the positioning information. Specifically, the server may pre-store location information of each printer in the cloud printing system, so that after the location information of the mobile terminal is acquired, a target printer closest to the mobile terminal can be determined.
Further, after step 205, the method may further include:
and sending the position information of the target printer to the mobile terminal.
In addition, after the target printer is determined, in order to facilitate the user to find the target printer, the server may also send the location information of the target printer to the mobile terminal. Specifically, the position information of the target printer may be preset text information, such as "corner of second floor stair", "corner of meeting room 208", and the like.
206. And sending a control instruction to the target printer to execute the printing operation of the target printing task after the reserved printing time is reached.
And when the reserved printing time set by the user is reached, the server sends a control instruction to the target printer so as to execute the printing operation of the target printing task.
Further, the sending the control instruction to the target printer may include:
(1) acquiring second positioning information of the mobile terminal;
(2) judging whether the distance between the mobile terminal and the target printer is smaller than a first length or not according to the second positioning information;
(3) if the distance between the mobile terminal and the target printer is smaller than a first length, sending a control instruction to the target printer;
(4) and if the distance between the mobile terminal and the target printer is greater than or equal to the first length, delaying a preset time length, and returning to the step of acquiring second positioning information of the mobile terminal.
When the reserved printing time is reached, the server acquires the current positioning information of the mobile terminal again before sending a control instruction to the target printer, then judges whether the distance between the mobile terminal and the target printer is smaller than a first length (such as 20 meters) or not according to the positioning information, and only when the distance between the mobile terminal and the target printer is detected to be smaller than the first length, the server sends the control instruction to the target printer; otherwise, the server waits for a period of time and then performs detection until the distance between the mobile terminal and the target printer is less than the first length. By such an arrangement, the user does not need to worry about the mistake of others for taking the own document after printing.
The cloud printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring a cloud printing request initiated by a target user through a mobile terminal; inquiring a target printing task initiated by the target user at the PC terminal in a pre-constructed printing task record table through the user information; if the target printing task is inquired, receiving reserved printing time sent by the mobile terminal; acquiring first positioning information of the mobile terminal at a first time before the reserved printing time; determining a target printer closest to the mobile terminal according to the first positioning information; and sending a control instruction to the target printer to execute the printing operation of the target printing task after the reserved printing time is reached. In the embodiment of the invention, the user can set the reserved printing time by himself, and after the reserved printing time is reached, the server sends a control instruction to the target printer closest to the user, and the file is printed by the target printer. Compared with the first embodiment of the invention, the practicability is further improved, and the user experience is better.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
