In an embodiment, the print cloud box of the print reservation apparatus includes a security authentication module 92 and a monitoring module 94, and fig. 9 is a block diagram of a print cloud box according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9:
the safety certification module 92 is configured to obtain the part taking person identity information, and send the obtained part taking person identity information to the cloud server; the security authentication module includes a fingerprint identification module, uploads the acquired fingerprint of the pickup person to the cloud server 14 through the printing cloud box 72, compares the acquired fingerprint with the preset pickup person identity information stored in the cloud server 14, and under the condition that the comparison is successful, the cloud server 14 sends the corresponding file printed by the user to the connected printing device 74.
In one embodiment, the security authentication module 92 comprises a smart card identification module, and the smart card contacts the security authentication module 92 to perform identity verification of the pickup person, and queries whether the pickup person has a print job through the print cloud box 72, and in case of a print job, the printing device 74 completes the printing operation.
In one embodiment, the security authentication module 92 includes a face recognition module and a screen, and the printing task can be completed by scanning the facial information of the pickup, obtaining the pickup information and uploading the information to the cloud server 14, performing identity verification comparison with the stored preset pickup identity information, and if the comparison is successful, passing the authentication.
The monitoring module 94 is used for monitoring the printing state of the printing device; wherein, in case of successful monitoring of the printing, the monitoring module comprises at least one of: sending a flag bit to the cloud server 14, prompting the cloud server 14 to delete the corresponding print file; without sending the flag, the cloud server 14 stores the corresponding print file so that other employees of the company or group can share the print file; in the event that the monitoring print is unsuccessful, such as a printer paper jam, paper out, or a trouble light is on, the monitoring module sends a failure flag to the cloud server 14 and continues to monitor the print until the print is successful.
In this embodiment, a computer device is provided, and the computer device may be a server, and fig. 10 is a structural diagram of the inside of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing the preset part taking person identity information data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal 12 via a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a print reservation method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In the present embodiment, a printing system of a printing reservation is provided, fig. 11 is a block diagram of a configuration of a system of a printing reservation according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the system includes a cloud server 14 and a printer device 16, the printer device 16 includes a printing cloud box 72 and a printing apparatus 74, the cloud server 14 is connected to the printing cloud box 72 of the printer device 16 through a signal;
the printing cloud box 72 acquires the identity information of the pickup person and uploads the identity information to the cloud server 14 for identity verification, wherein the identity verification is performed by the cloud server 14 according to preset identity information;
in the case that the authentication is passed, the print cloud box 72 acquires, by the cloud server 14, a print file acquired from the print data uploaded to the cloud server by the terminal 12; the cloud server 14 sends reminding information to the pickup person through reminding communication information, wherein the reminding information comprises sender information and the reserved printing time;
in the case where the current printing time is within the reserved printing time range, the printing device 74 of the printer apparatus 16 prints according to the print file.
In one embodiment, the printing system of the print reservation further includes the sub server 22, and fig. 12 is a block diagram of a structure of a system of the print reservation according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12:
the sub server 22 is connected to the print cloud box 72 of the printer device 16 through a signal, and when the identity authentication is passed and the current print time is within the reserved print time range, the sub server 22 receives the print file sent by the cloud server 14, generates a format file required by the printing apparatus 74 of the printer device 16 according to the print file, and transmits the format file to the print cloud box 72.
In one embodiment, there is also provided software for implementing the technical solutions described in the above embodiments and preferred embodiments.
In one embodiment, a storage medium is also provided, wherein the software is stored in the storage medium, and the storage medium includes, but is not limited to, an optical disc, a floppy disc, a hard disc, a rewritable memory and the like.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of print reservation, the method comprising:
acquiring the identity information of a pickup person and uploading the identity information to a cloud server for identity verification, wherein the identity verification is performed by the cloud server according to preset identity information;
under the condition that the identity authentication is passed, acquiring a print file through the cloud server, wherein the print file is acquired according to print data uploaded to the cloud server by a terminal; the cloud server sends reminding information to the pickup person through the pickup person communication information, wherein the reminding information comprises sender information and the reserved printing time;
and printing according to the printing file when the current printing time is within the reserved printing time range.
2. The method of print reservation according to claim 1, wherein the pick-up communication comprises at least one of: the phone number of the pickup person, the mailbox information of the pickup person and the instant messaging information of the pickup person.
3. The method of printing reservation according to claim 1, characterized in that the print data includes printer location information, and in a case where the pickup person identity information is verified, it is verified whether a printer in which the pickup person is located is within a range of the printer location information, and in a case where the printer in which the pickup person is located is within the range of the printer location information, the print file sent by the cloud server is acquired.
4. The method of print reservation according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining and uploading the part taker identity information to a cloud server for authentication comprises:
and acquiring the identity information of the pickup person through a safety authentication module, and sending the acquired identity information of the pickup person to the cloud server for identity verification.
5. The method of print reservation according to claim 1, further comprising, after printing according to the print file information:
sending a failure flag bit to the cloud server under the condition that the printing is monitored to be unsuccessful; and the cloud server sends failure prompt information corresponding to the failure zone bit to the pickup person.
6. The printing reservation equipment is characterized by comprising a printing cloud box and a printing device;
the printing cloud box acquires the identity information of the pickup person and uploads the identity information to the cloud server for identity verification, wherein the identity verification is performed by the cloud server according to preset identity information;
under the condition that the identity authentication is passed, the printing cloud box acquires a printing file through the cloud server, and the printing file is acquired according to printing data uploaded to the cloud server by a terminal; the cloud server sends reminding information to the pickup person through the reminding communication information, wherein the reminding information comprises sender information and the reserved printing time;
and when the current printing time is within the reserved printing time range, the printing device prints according to the printing file.
7. The print reservation apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a sub server:
the sub-server is in signal connection with the printing cloud box, receives the printing file sent by the cloud server when the identity authentication is passed and the current printing time is within the reserved printing time range, generates a format file required by the printing device according to the printing file, and transmits the format file to the printing cloud box.
8. The print reservation apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the print cloud box of the print reservation apparatus includes a security authentication module and a monitoring module;
the safety authentication module is used for acquiring the identity information of the pickup person and sending the acquired identity information of the pickup person to the cloud server;
the monitoring module is used for monitoring the printing state of the printing device; and sending a failure flag bit to the cloud server under the condition that the printing is not monitored successfully.
9. A printing reservation system is characterized by comprising a terminal, a cloud server, a printing device and a printing cloud box;
the printing cloud box acquires the identity information of the pickup person and uploads the identity information to the cloud server for identity verification, wherein the identity verification is performed by the cloud server according to preset identity information;
under the condition that the identity authentication is passed, the printing cloud box acquires a printing file through the cloud server, and the printing file is acquired according to printing data uploaded to the cloud server by a terminal; the cloud server sends reminding information to the pickup person through the reminding communication information, wherein the reminding information comprises sender information and the reserved printing time;
and when the current printing time is within the reserved printing time range, the printing device prints according to the printing file.
10. The system of print reservation according to claim 9, further comprising a sub server:
the sub-server is in signal connection with the printing cloud box, receives the printing file sent by the cloud server when the identity authentication is passed and the current printing time is within the reserved printing time range, generates a format file required by the printing device according to the printing file, and transmits the format file to the printing cloud box.
