When the light guide dam works, light of a vehicle irradiates the light guide dam, one part of the light is directly reflected by the second reflecting layer 12, the third reflecting layer 13 and the glass beads 8, and the other part of the light reaches the first reflecting layer 5 through the light guide dam 7 and the fluorescent layer 6, is reflected by the first reflecting layer 5, and provides warning for a driver at night; when the vehicle is not lighted, the fluorescent layer 6 automatically emits light, one part of the fluorescent layer is directly led out through the light guide dam body 7, the other part of the fluorescent layer is led out through the light guide part 14, and the second reflecting layer and the third reflecting layer reflect the light of the light guide part 14, so that the light extraction rate is improved; the diffuse reflection layer 16 can refract the light emitted from the inner side of the reflective film and diffuse reflect the externally incident light, thereby avoiding light pollution. 6. The retroreflective sheeting of claim 5 wherein said light directing dam and said light directing portion are integrally formed with said phosphor layer.
7. The retroreflective sheeting of claim 6 wherein the surface of said diffusing layer has a corrugated relief structure.
