Description

Detection test paper and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of in-vitro diagnosis, in particular to a test paper and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Test paper refers to a type of paper impregnated with chemicals that can be used to test for the presence of certain substances in liquids or gases by their color change.
The test paper is made into the test paper strip through certain steps and then is put into the test solution to be detected more safely and accurately, such as blood, urine, saliva and the like.
Most of the existing test paper strip manufacturing methods are to select a substrate, tear off the isolation paper on the substrate, first paste absorbent paper on the upper half of the substrate, then paste test paper with one end partially overlapped with the absorbent paper, finally paste absorbent paper with the other end partially overlapped with the absorbent paper, and finally cut into test paper strips with required width. However, when the test strip prepared by the method is used for testing, a chromatography method is utilized, on one hand, false positive is easy to generate when a negative sample is tested, and on the other hand, color blocks are easy to run upwards during testing, so that uneven color development is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a test strip and a method for making the same, which overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.
The invention solves the technical problem, adopts the technical scheme that a novel ethanol detection test paper is provided, and comprises the following components: the test paper comprises a bottom plate, a first connecting layer, absorbent paper, a test strip, a second connecting layer, an upper plate and a covering film; the first tie layer is located between absorbent paper and the bottom plate, absorbent paper includes first lateral part, second lateral part and is located intermediate portion between first lateral part and the second lateral part, the second tie layer is located between upper plate and the second lateral part, be equipped with the test strip on the intermediate portion, the test strip is hugged closely the upper plate, cover the membrane and cover and glue first lateral part, test strip and upper plate.
Preferably, the length ratio of the bottom plate to the upper plate is 2-2.5: 1.
Preferably, the length of the test strip is 0.5-1.5 cm.
Preferably, the upper plate is provided with an extension part covering the test strip, and the length ratio of the test strip to the extension part is 3-5: 1. The thickness of extension is less than the upper plate, leaves certain space to be used for plugging in the test strip, and the extension has certain compliance simultaneously, can tightly fix the test strip when the cover film covers it, can avoid the test strip position change, conveniently plugs in the test strip under this proportion on the one hand, and on the other hand avoids covering the test strip by a large scale and arouses that the extension has different pressures to the different positions of test strip and infiltration is inhomogeneous when leading to subsequent testing.
Preferably, the first connecting layer and the second connecting layer are waterproof double-sided adhesive tapes, and glass beads are densely distributed in the first connecting layer and the second connecting layer. The double-sided adhesive tape which is not waterproof absorbs the sample, so that the sample amount needs to be increased, and the result is possibly inaccurate; the glass beads are densely distributed in the first connecting layer and the second connecting layer, so that on one hand, the phenomenon of breakage of a glue surface during extrusion can be avoided due to the fact that the glass beads are free of stress high concentration, the glue surface can be kept stable in subsequent use, the strength of the first connecting layer and the strength of the second connecting layer can be improved by another hair surface, deformation is not prone to generation, and inaccuracy of a subsequent test result caused by unbalanced stress generated due to deformation during extrusion is avoided.
The invention also aims to provide a manufacturing method of the novel ethanol detection test paper, which comprises the following steps:
a) taking the bottom plate connected with the first connecting layer, tearing off the diaphragm covered on the first connecting layer, and adhering the absorbent paper on the first connecting layer;
b) taking the upper plate connected with the second connecting layer, tearing off the membrane covered on the second connecting layer, connecting the second connecting layer with the second side part, placing the test strip on the middle part, and enabling the test strip to be tightly attached to the upper plate;
c) covering and adhering the covering film on the first side part, the test strip and the upper plate to obtain the test strip;
d) and cutting the test strip into required width by using a cutter.
Preferably, in step b), two ends of the test strip parallel to the water absorption direction of the absorbent paper are provided with adhesive strips for connecting the test strip and the absorbent paper. The position of the absorbent paper is better fixed, and the position change is prevented when the covering film is covered.
Preferably, the width of the sticky strip is less than or equal to the width required in step d). Therefore, when the subsequent cutter machine cuts the test strip, the two ends containing the sticky strip are very convenient to remove.
Preferably, in step c), trimming is performed after covering and adhering the cover film on the first side, the test strip and the upper plate.
Preferably, in step a), still including pasting the device, paste the device including being used for placing the base and the roller of bottom plate board, the roller is equipped with around paper portion, the base is including supplying the first recess of roller rolling is in with the setting first recess below and hold the second recess of bottom plate board, the base has the ring protrusion that encircles first recess, protruding ring is equipped with spacing spout in the rolling direction of roller, the roller be equipped with the corresponding spacing gyro wheel of spacing spout. Can be so that paste ground more level and more smooth, even for when follow-up doing the test, can not lead to the test result inaccurate because of the problem of pasting of paper that absorbs water, this set of equipment is applicable to step c) simultaneously, can use current pushing machine to promote the roller, can guarantee the stability of pressure when pasting like this.
Preferably, the radius of the paper winding portion is greater than or equal to the depth of the first groove. The situation that the water absorption paper cannot be pasted without using up can be avoided.
Preferably, the bottom of the limiting sliding groove is provided with a magnet. Have the iron plate etc. in the spacing gyro wheel and can produce the material of suction with magnet, because the use of absorbent paper can make whole roller lightness-reducing, when producing different test paper strips like this, can appear when pasting absorbent paper and lead to follow-up test to have certain difference because of the pressure difference, can move down when the roller lightness-reducing, set up magnet and can make the stronger suction of production when moving down for need not change and act on the epaxial power of roller and just can reach pressure equilibrium.
By implementing the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages: according to the invention, the test strip is directly arranged on the absorbent paper and covered with the covering film, so that the detection of the test paper can be accelerated, and the condition of non-uniform false positive and color development during the test of a negative sample is avoided.
