The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, the device is moved to the side of a flange repairing agent preparation device through a universal wheel 9, an external power supply is connected, a sampling bottle 26 with required content is placed in a fixed seat 13, a PLC (programmable logic controller) 20 is controlled to work through a touch display screen 5, the PLC 20 controls an electric push rod 23 to stretch and retract, the electric push rod 23 drives a liquid injection cover 25 to press the sampling bottle 26, when the liquid injection cover 25 moves to the position of the bottleneck of the sampling bottle 26, a pressure sensor 27 senses a pressure signal and transmits the signal to the PLC 20, the PLC 20 controls the electric push rod 23 to stop working, then a sealing plug rotates 6 and takes down the electric push rod, one end of an external pipeline extends into a soil repairing agent preparation container, the other end of the external pipeline is fixedly connected with a liquid injection pipe 7, the PLC 20 controls an electromagnetic valve 21 on the liquid injection pipe 7 and an air guide pipe 16 to open, and pulls a quantitative push rod, the quantitative plug 14 is made to stretch out and draw back in the quantitative needle cylinder 10, so that the quantitative plug 14 presses the negative pressure gas in the quantitative needle cylinder 10 into the liquid collecting box 17, the pushing depth of the quantitative plug 14 is determined through the scale marks on the observation window 1, the electromagnetic valve 21 on the air guide pipe 16 is closed, the sliding sealing plate 18 is made to suspend in the liquid collecting box 17 under the action of the negative pressure, the height of the sliding sealing plate 18 in the liquid collecting box 17 is convenient to be limited, the solvent in the liquid collecting box 17 is convenient to be quantified through the quantitative needle cylinder 10, the quantitative sampling is convenient to be carried out according to the sampling requirement, then the soil repairing agent is injected into the liquid collecting box 17 through the liquid injection pump 19, the electromagnetic valve 21 on the liquid injection pipe 7 is closed, the electromagnetic valves 21 on the dispersion pipes 22 and the corresponding spring pipes 24 are opened, and the soil repairing agent sampled in the liquid collecting box 17 flows, the injected soil repairing agent is injected into the sampling bottle 26 through the through hole 29, so that the floating plate 30 floats on the surface of the soil repairing agent under the action of buoyancy, after the repairing agent in the sampling bottle 26 reaches a limit value, the floating plate 30 floats to the top end in the sampling bottle 26, the liquid taking push rod 28 is clamped into the bottle mouth of the sampling bottle 26, so that the floating plate 30 seals the sampling bottle 26, the soil repairing agent sampled in the sampling bottle 26 is conveniently sealed and stored, the repairing agent leakage or sprinkling in the taking and inspection process of the sampling bottle 26 is avoided, the content of the sampled soil repairing agent is conveniently ensured, the device is convenient to use, finally, the electric push rod 23 is controlled to shrink, the side cover 3 is opened, the sampling bottle 26 is taken out for inspection, when the sample in the sampling bottle 26 needs to be taken out, the repairing agent in the sampling bottle 26 is extruded by the floating plate 30 through pressing the liquid taking push rod 28, so that the repairing agent overflows from the through hole 29, the repairing agent can be conveniently taken out through the bottle mouth of the sampling bottle 26, the soil repairing agent convenient for sampling can be conveniently taken out from the interior of the sampling bottle 26, and the soil repairing agent can be conveniently inspected.
