The implementation invention is as follows:
1. the drying module is used for implementing that air inlet and air outlet are separated by clothes and a partition plate, so that hot air fully contacts the clothes, and the clothes drying efficiency is improved.
2. The storage rack for placing clothes is wave-shaped, the contact area of gas and clothes is large, hot gas is fully contacted, flowing efficiency is improved, and clothes drying efficiency is improved.
3. The drying module adopts the closed frame, can guarantee that the air current is in the inner loop between clothing and the air conditioner, realizes steam make full use of, and the air conditioner can pertinently dehumidify and heat the backward flow gas, reduces the consumption of air conditioner, realizes the process of the autonomous control of dry clothing mode moreover.
4. The drying module realizes the drying treatment of clothes with different sizes and thicknesses by changing the positions of the air inlet and the air outlet; by changing the clothes placement position (the rack or the top cross bar), clothes with different sizes are treated.
5. The drying module is used for uniformly distributing air outlet holes of the storage rack, so that uniform penetration of hot air can be realized on clothes, ironing effect is achieved, and wrinkles of the clothes are improved.
The wave shape is beneficial to suspending clothes, the hot air contacts the clothes more widely and more uniformly; when the clothes are placed, sagging exists, but the distance between two adjacent waveforms is controlled according to 0-80 mm, so that the shape of the clothes can be kept relatively flat.
In order to enable the high-temperature gas (air inlet) to be discharged after contacting clothes in the drying module, the air inlet and air outlet baffle surfaces are formed by the baffle plates and the clothes, and the gas can flow only through the clothes, so that the utilization rate of hot gas can be improved, and the clothes drying efficiency is improved.
The invention also provides an air conditioning system, which comprises the drying device according to any one of the preceding claims, and further comprises a hot gas output device, wherein the hot gas output device can communicate the output hot gas to the air inlet.
According to the invention, the partition plate is arranged in the shell in the closed space, and the partition plate is provided with the communication channel, so that the wind entering from the air inlet circulates in the cavity at one side of the partition plate and then passes through the communication channel on the partition plate to the next adjacent cavity, and the hot air can fully contact clothes to dry the clothes, thereby avoiding the condition that the hot air cannot enter the shell from the air inlet and flow out from the air outlet without passing through the clothes, reducing heat loss, and effectively improving the drying effect on the clothes and the like.

The structure of the drying device is shown in figure 1, and the drying device comprises a clothes drying cabinet, a storage rack and a motor module, wherein the clothes drying cabinet is provided with 3 doors which can be opened and closed; the wave-shaped article rack is shown in fig. 2a-2d, the article rack is in a wave-shaped, square-shaped and hollow structure, air holes are reserved on the cambered surface above the article rack, the air holes are uniformly and regularly distributed, the cambered surfaces are connected with each other to form a plane or a concave cambered surface, the space for contacting effluent gas with clothes and the water reserved for guiding and collecting wet clothes are used for avoiding the water from flowing into the inner cavity of the article rack, namely, the effect can be realized only when the convex wave surface exists, and the effect can not be realized when the upper part of the article rack is a plane. The multi-type molded surface of the storage rack and the narrow inner cavity have the structural characteristics that the air flow can flow from the outside of the storage rack to the inner cavity relatively easily, and different flow directions can be implemented for different types of clothes according to the characteristics of different flow speeds, so that two different purposes are achieved. The implementation cases are as follows:
embodiment one of the present application:
the first solution is to dry light and thin clothes, which belongs to easy drying, so when circulating air flow uses the flow speed express direction, as shown in fig. 3, the light and thin clothes can be dehydrated more quickly, and hot air from an air conditioner enters a first chamber in a clothes drying cabinet from an air port, namely a high-temperature drying air chamber; the hot air meets the clothes of the shelf, the heat of the hot air is transferred to the clothes, the water content of the clothes is evaporated and moves forward along with the air flow, and the clothes go down to the inner cavity of the shelf, namely enter a second chamber (a low-temperature humid gas chamber); the motor module is arranged in the second air port and provides suction force for the commodity shelf, so that hot air is attached to clothes, and the wet air in the second room is further helped to be discharged out of the second air port, and the air flows back into the air conditioner.
Scheme II of the application:
the second scheme is used for medium-thickness clothes, the type of clothes are difficult to dry, so that the flow rate of air flow to be circulated is low, and the air needs to be in contact with the clothes for a long time, namely, according to the first scheme shown in fig. 4, the flow direction is opposite to the first scheme, the air flows from the air inlet to the first air inlet, a motor is arranged at the first air inlet, the air flow circulation is shown in the figure, the first chamber is a low-temperature humid air chamber, and the second chamber is a high-temperature dry air chamber.
Embodiment three of the present application:
the scheme is three-purpose for thick and heavy clothes, the type belongs to the most difficult clothes to dry, and small air holes of a rack cannot meet the requirement of large clothes at the moment. After the clothes are hung, water runs downwards under the action of gravity and meets upward hot air, the fastest drying effect is achieved, and air flows from the first chamber to the second chamber to pass through the top, so that the hot air can not flow out of the first chamber too early, and the contact rate of the hot air is improved.
Ironing scheme implemented by the application:
the implementation mode of ironing scheme is the optimal scheme II among the above-mentioned 3 schemes, according to scheme II the direction of business turn over wind, the velocity of flow is slow can help steam to the extension of clothing contact time, strengthens the wrinkle removal effect of steam to clothing, and the even dispersed gas pocket of supporter can blow to clothing more evenly moreover, lets the clothing receive equal steam effect in the place that has the fold to the fold obtains improving.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention. The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principles of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the scope of the invention.
