Abstract
本发明涉及一种灯管式紫外LED光源,属于LED光源技术领域。该灯管式紫外LED光源中的光源本体表面呈正六边形,为光源提供支撑作用,方便整体的安装,同时将LED光源模组的热量传导至冷却水通道;冷却水通道内部中空,冷却水从中间流过时被LED光源模组发出的热加热,并将热量带出,实现光源散热。LED光源模组上焊接多个紫外LED灯珠,无缝隙地与光源本体的表面接触,LED灯珠单方向发光,六面LED光源模组相互补充,以实现全角度发光。总之,该灯管式紫外LED光源结构设计合理,散热效果好,光线均匀,适合推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯管式紫外LED光源,属于LED光源技术领域。
背景技术
随着行业的继续发展,技术的飞跃突破,应用的大力推广,LED的光效也在不断提高,价格不断走低。新的组合式管芯的出现,也让单个LED管(模块)的功率不断提高。通过同业的不断努力研发,新型光学设计的突破,新灯种的开发,产品单一的局面也有望在进一步扭转。
传统的紫外光源以灯管为主,紫外灯管在许多领域获得应用,与之相应的现存大量的设备采用紫外灯管实现相应的应用。灯管的发光方式为全角度发光,其相关配件也是围绕全角度发光的方式进行设计。然而随着紫外LED光源的发展,LED取代传统灯管已经是大势所趋。然而目前LED为平面发光光源,无法匹配已有紫外灯管的设备。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种灯管式紫外LED光源,该灯管式紫外LED光源中的光源本体表面呈正六边形,为光源提供支撑作用,方便整体的安装,同时将LED光源模组的热量传导至冷却水通道;冷却水通道内部中空,冷却水从中间流过时被LED光源模组发出的热加热,并将热量带出,实现光源散热。LED光源模组上焊接多个紫外LED灯珠,无缝隙地与光源本体的表面接触,LED灯珠单方向发光,六面LED光源模组相互补充,以实现全角度发光。总之,该灯管式紫外LED光源结构设计合理,散热效果好,光线均匀,适合推广使用。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种灯管式紫外LED光源,包括光源本体、冷却水通道和LED光源模组,所述光源本体的横截面呈正六边形,所述光源本体的中部设有通透的冷却水通道,所述光源本体侧面的六个面上设有LED光源模组,所述LED光源模组上焊接有多个紫外LED灯珠,所述紫外LED灯珠单方向发光。
优选的所述光源本体由铝质材料制备而成。

具体实施例一,请参阅图1和2,一种灯管式紫外LED光源,包括光源本体1、冷却水通道2和LED光源模组3,所述光源本体1的横截面呈正六边形,所述光源本体1的中部设有通透的冷却水通道2,所述光源本体1侧面的六个面上设有LED光源模组3,所述LED光源模组3上焊接有多个紫外LED灯珠,所述紫外LED灯珠单方向发光,所述光源本体1由铝质材料制备而成。

1.一种灯管式紫外LED光源,包括光源本体(1)、冷却水通道(2)和LED光源模组(3),其特征在于:所述光源本体(1)的横截面呈正六边形,所述光源本体(1)的中部设有通透的冷却水通道(2),所述光源本体(1)侧面的六个面上设有LED光源模组(3),所述LED光源模组(3)上焊接有多个紫外LED灯珠,所述紫外LED灯珠单方向发光。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种灯管式紫外LED光源,其特征在于,所述光源本体(1)由铝质材料制备而成。
