Abstract
The invention discloses an oil bath type air filter with a water separation device, which comprises an oil bath type air filter and a water separation component, wherein the oil bath type air filter comprises an outer shell, an oil pan, an inner shell and a filter element; the outer shell comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, a flow guide lip and a shell flanging, the inner shell is of a convex structure with a smooth cambered surface, the outer shell is provided with a mounting bracket, a filter element is mounted in the inner shell, and the oil pan is provided with a bottom shell flanging; the outer shell, the inner shell and the oil pan are fixedly connected and sealed, and an air flow channel is formed between the outer shell and the inner shell; the Y-shaped component is fixed on the inner shell and positioned below the flow guide lip, and the rubber duckbill is fixed on the oil pan and positioned below the Y-shaped component. The invention realizes the self-drainage function of the oil bath type air filter, and solves the severe problem that the conventional oil bath type air filter is in failure of accumulated water in rainy days, so that an oil-water mixture enters an air inlet system along with air flow to cause abnormal damage of an engine.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil bath type air filter with a water separation device, and belongs to the technical field of parts of heavy-duty automobiles.
Background
The main function of the air intake system is to provide clean air for the engine, and in order to cope with severe environmental conditions, an oil bath type air filter is required to be additionally arranged on an engineering vehicle and a part of slag vehicles, and the oil bath type air filter is generally arranged on a chassis of the vehicle, and is usually the lowest point of the whole air intake system. At present, in order to prevent oil from overflowing, the oil bath type air filter is mostly of a closed structure, so that when a vehicle encounters rainy weather, rainwater is easy to enter the oil bath type air filter along with air or to accumulate in an oil pan through a connecting part of an air inlet system, and the oil bath type air filter is invalid and even causes abnormal damage to an engine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an oil bath type air filter capable of realizing rainwater separation and self-drainage functions aiming at the defects existing in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an oil bath type air filter with a water separation device, which comprises an oil bath type air filter and a water separation component, wherein the oil bath type air filter comprises an outer shell, an oil pan, an inner shell and a filter element; the outer shell comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, a flow guide lip and a shell flanging, the inner shell is of a convex structure with a smooth cambered surface, a mounting bracket is arranged outside the inner shell, a filter element is arranged inside the inner shell, and the oil pan is provided with a bottom shell flanging and is arranged at the bottom of the outer shell; the outer shell, the inner shell and the oil pan are fixedly connected and sealed through an outer shell flanging, a mounting bracket and a bottom shell flanging, and an air flow channel is formed between the outer shell and the inner shell; the Y-shaped component is of a small structure with a big upper end and a small lower end, is fixed on the inner shell and positioned below the flow guide lip, and the rubber duckbill is fixed on the oil pan and positioned below the Y-shaped component.

The oil pan is of a cavity separating structure and comprises a large cavity and an oil separating cavity, the large cavity and the oil separating cavity are separated by a partition plate, and the rubber duckbill is communicated with the oil separating cavity.
The rubber duckbill and the oil pan are of an integrated structure.
The size of the opening at the upper end of the Y-shaped component is larger than the long axis size of the air inlet of the outer shell, and the guide lip shields the assembly gap between the Y-shaped component and the outer shell.
During operation, the air flow channel (6) formed between the outer shell (1) and the inner shell (3) is used for air circulation, after the air flow mixed with water drops enters the oil bath type air filter (I), under the interference of the Y-shaped component (4), the air flow direction is changed and then enters the oil pan (2) along the air flow channel (6), and the water drops are deposited inside the Y-shaped component (4) under the action of inertia force and are discharged through the drainage duckbilled (5) under the action of gravity.
The beneficial effects are that: the invention realizes the self-drainage function of the oil bath type air filter, and solves the severe problem that the conventional oil bath type air filter is in failure of accumulated water in rainy days, so that an oil-water mixture enters an air inlet system along with air flow to cause abnormal damage of an engine.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the present invention.
The invention provides an oil bath type air filter with a water separation device, which comprises an oil bath type air filter I and a water separation component II.
Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the present invention.
The oil bath type air filter I comprises an outer shell 1, an oil pan 2, an inner shell 3 and a filter element, and the water separation component II comprises a Y-shaped component 4 and a drainage duckbill 5.
The outer shell 1, the inner shell 3 and the oil pan 2 are fixedly connected and sealed through the outer shell flange 14, the mounting bracket 31 and the oil pan flange 24. An air flow channel 6 is formed between the outer housing 1 and the inner housing 3.
The Y-shaped component 4 is of a structure with a large upper end and a small lower end, is fixed on the inner shell 3 and positioned below the flow guide lip 13 and is used for collecting water drops, and the rubber duckbilled 5 is fixed on the oil pan 2 and positioned below the Y-shaped component 4 and is used for discharging accumulated water.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the outer casing of the present invention.
The outer shell 1 comprises an air inlet 11, an air outlet 12, a flow guiding lip 13 and a shell flanging 14, wherein the air inlet 11 is used for entering dirty air containing impurities, the air outlet 12 is used for flowing out clean air after filtration, the flow guiding lip 13 is used for guiding rainwater to enter the Y-shaped component 4, and the shell flanging 14 is used for fixing the oil pan 2 and sealing the outer shell 1 and the oil pan 2.
The whole shell body 1 is a rectangle cavity, and its bottom is open, and shell turn-ups 14 set up at its bottom edge, and gas outlet 12 opens at its top, and air inlet 11 is located top one side, and water conservancy diversion lip 13 is located the below of air inlet 11.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the inner housing of the present invention.
The inner shell 3 is of a convex structure with a smooth cambered surface, a mounting bracket 31 is arranged outside, and a filter element is arranged inside; the convex structure of the smooth cambered surface is beneficial to forming an air flow channel 6 with the outer shell 1 for ventilation.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the structure of an oil pan of the present invention.
The oil pan 2 is provided with a pan flanging 24 and is arranged at the bottom of the outer shell 1;
the oil pan 2 is of a cavity separating structure and comprises a large cavity 21 and an oil separating cavity 22, wherein the large cavity 21 is used for storing oil, and the oil separating cavity 22 is matched with the water separating component II for water removal; the large cavity 21 and the oil separation cavity 22 are separated by the partition plate 23, so that oil in the large cavity 21 can be prevented from flowing into the oil separation cavity 22 and losing; the rubber duckbill 5 is in communication with the oil-separating chamber 22.
The rubber duckbill 5 and the oil pan 2 are of an integral structure.
The size of the opening at the upper end of the Y-shaped component 4 is larger than the long axis size of the air inlet 11 of the outer shell 1, and the guide lip 13 can shield the assembly gap between the Y-shaped component 4 and the outer shell 1.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating the assembly of the present invention.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the air flow channel 6 formed between the outer shell 1 and the inner shell 3 is used for air circulation, after the air flow mixed with water drops enters the oil bath type air filter I, under the interference of the Y-shaped component 4, the air flow direction is changed, then the air flow enters the oil pan 2 along the air flow channel 6, and the water drops are deposited in the Y-shaped component 4 under the action of inertia force and are discharged through the drainage duckbill 5 under the action of gravity.
The innovation point of the invention is that:
1) By designing the guide lip 13 on the air inlet 11, all water drops flowing down along the inner wall of the air inlet system can be collected into the water separation component II, so that the separation of rain drops is realized;
2) By arranging the water separation component II, when the inlet air flow passes through the water separation component II, the running direction of the air flow is changed, and water drops mixed in the air are separated into the water separation component II under the action of inertia force, so that the separation of raindrops is realized;
3) The Y-shaped component 4 is designed into an integrated structure with a large upper end and a small lower end, so that oil-water mixing is avoided, and oil-water separation is realized;
4) The oil pan 2 is designed into a large cavity structure and a small cavity structure, and the height of the partition plate 23 is identical with that of the oil pan 2, so that oil loss is avoided.
The invention realizes the self-drainage function of the oil bath type air filter, and solves the severe problem that the conventional oil bath type air filter is in failure of accumulated water in rainy days, so that an oil-water mixture enters an air inlet system along with air flow to cause abnormal damage of an engine.
