Abstract
本发明公开了一种显色时间长的感温变色板材，该感温变色板材包括自下而上依次设置且相互粘合的基底层、保温层、感温层和面层。本申请在感温层和基底层之间设置了保温层，当短时间发生在板材上的局部温度变化，保温层能够在一定程度上阻断基底层和感温层之间的热量传递，使发生局部温度变化的感温层部分具有更长的感温和显色时长。特别适用于用在儿童房或者居住有儿童的房间内，能够显著增强地板的装饰性和趣味性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于地面装饰技术领域，具体涉及一种显色时间长的感温变色板材。
背景技术
地板是指房屋地面或楼面的表面层，一般是采用木料或其他材料制成的板材拼接而成。地板的分类有很多，按结构分类有实木地板、强化复合木地板、三层实木复合地板、竹木地板、防腐地板、软木地板以及目前最流行的多层实木复合地板等。
地板一旦铺设完成后不适于频繁更换，而目前市面上常见的地板板材一旦制作完成，其颜色或图案都是不能发生变化的，长期使用后会引起审美疲劳。
为增加地板的趣味性，市场上出现了一些感温变色地板，如申请号为CN201420869716.0的中国实用新型专利申请公开了一种感温变色地板，该感温变色地板包括自下而上依次紧密复合的基底层、变色层和装饰层，变色层通过粘合层粘贴连接在基底层上，变色层内填充有热敏变色粉，变色层朝向装饰层的一侧上形成有凹陷区和凸起部；装饰层的表面还设置有防火透明层。
这种感温变色地板中的热敏变色粉能够根据温度变化而变色，从而地板的颜色发生变化，提高了地板的装饰性和趣味性。
现有感温变色地板基本上只用于感应环境温度变化，由于环境温度变化的浮动较小，因此能够根据季节不同而显现不同的颜色或图案，并且在较长一段时间内持续显现；而对于局部、短时间内发生在地板上的温度变化，感温变色地板的变色、显现时间则十分短暂，很快就会消退，其装饰性和趣味性不足。
发明内容
本申请的发明目的是提供一种对于短时施加的局部温度变化具有较长显色时间的显色时间长的感温变色板材。
为实现上述发明目的，本申请的技术方案如下：
一种显色时间长的感温变色板材，包括自下而上依次设置且相互粘合的基底层、保温层、感温层和面层。
本申请在感温层和基底层之间设置了保温层，当短时间发生在板材上的局部温度变化，保温层能够在一定程度上阻断基底层和感温层之间的热量传递，使发生局部温度变化的感温层部分具有更长的感温和显色时长。特别适用于用在儿童房或者居住有儿童的房间内，能够显著增强地板的装饰性和趣味性。
在上述的显色时间长的感温变色板材中，所述的保温层为气凝胶毡层。气凝胶毡层比其他的传统保温材料具有更强的隔热保温效果，同时其厚度却只有传统保温材料的几分之一。
在上述的显色时间长的感温变色板材中，所述的气凝胶毡层的厚度为2-3mm。2-3mm的厚度已经能够使得感温变色板材的对于局部温度变化的显色时长延长至少5-6s。
在上述的显色时间长的感温变色板材中，所述的基底层为实木基材层、强化复合基材层或者实木复合基材层。
在上述的显色时间长的感温变色板材中，所述的基底层的厚度为11-14mm。
在上述的显色时间长的感温变色板材中，所述的面层为油漆层。
在上述的显色时间长的感温变色板材中，所述的油漆层为UV固化油漆层。
在上述的显色时间长的感温变色板材中，所述的基底层的底面还设有防潮层。
显然地，上述的防潮层、基底层、保温层和感温层之间都是需要粘合层实现相互粘合连接的。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：
本申请在感温层和基底层之间设置了保温层，当短时间发生在板材上的局部温度变化，保温层能够在一定程度上阻断基底层和感温层之间的热量传递，使发生局部温度变化的感温层部分具有更长的感温和显色时长。特别适用于用在儿童房或者居住有儿童的房间内，能够显著增强地板的装饰性和趣味性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示，本实施例一种显色时间长的感温变色板材，包括自下而上依次设置且相互粘合的防潮层1、基底层2、保温层3、感温层4和面层5，其中面层5为UV固化油漆层；防潮层1、基底层2、保温层3和感温层4之间需要采用粘合剂实现相互粘合连接。
本实施例中，基底层2可以采用常见的实木基材层、强化复合基材层或者实木复合基材层，相比于其他的基底层2材料，木材具有较好的保温效果。基底层2的厚度优选为11-14mm。
本实施例中，保温层3是厚度为2-3mm的气凝胶毡层。气凝胶毡层比其他的传统保温材料具有更强的隔热保温效果，同时其厚度却只有传统保温材料的几分之一，因此对于局部温度变化产生的热量传递具有更好的隔绝作用。
本实施例的感温层4采用目前市场上常规使用的感温材料填充即可。
本实施例的感温变色板材的颜色不仅能够随季节、环境温度变化而发生变化，而且与普通的感温变色板材相比，本实施例的感温变色板材对于局部温度变化(如光脚踩踏2-3s)的显色时长延长至少5-6s。

1.一种显色时间长的感温变色板材，其特征在于，包括自下而上依次设置且相互粘合的基底层、保温层、感温层和面层。
2.如权利要求1所述的显色时间长的感温变色板材，其特征在于，所述的保温层为气凝胶毡层。
3.如权利要求2所述的显色时间长的感温变色板材，其特征在于，所述的气凝胶毡层的厚度为2-3mm。
4.如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的显色时间长的感温变色板材，其特征在于，所述的基底层为实木基材层、强化复合基材层或者实木复合基材层。
5.如权利要求4所述的显色时间长的感温变色板材，其特征在于，所述的基底层的厚度为11-14mm。
6.如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的显色时间长的感温变色板材，其特征在于，所述的面层为油漆层。
7.如权利要求6所述的显色时间长的感温变色板材，其特征在于，所述的油漆层为UV固化油漆层。
8.如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的显色时间长的感温变色板材，其特征在于，所述的基底层的底面还设有防潮层。
