the concrete process of processing and manufacturing the hanger plate fixture 5 is as follows: firstly, a galvanized steel sheet with the thickness of 1.5mm is adopted, 2000mm long and 165mm wide are cut out and bent to form a U-shaped structure, and then holes are drilled at set positions of the two side surfaces and the top surface.
The spraying treatment in the step (2) adopts a fluorocarbon paint spraying process, and zinc-rich primer is sprayed once to form a primer layer; then spraying epoxy Yun Tieqi for one time to obtain a middle paint layer; finally, fluorocarbon paint is sprayed once to form a finish paint layer.

(2) Spraying the standard hanging plate, the non-standard hanging plate and the hanging plate clamp;
(3) Drilling mounting holes penetrating up and down on the galvanized steel square tubes, and welding the tops of the galvanized steel square tubes to a steel structure of a roof;
(4) The lower end of the hanging bolt assembly penetrates into a drilling hole at the top of the U-shaped hanging plate clamp and is fixed by screwing a nut at the lower part, then the upper part of the hanging bolt assembly penetrates into a mounting hole on the galvanized steel square tube, the integral elevation of the hanging plate clamp is adjusted, and the nut at the upper part of the hanging bolt assembly is fixed with the galvanized steel square tube after the elevation is ensured to be within an error range;
(5) Mounting of standard hanger plates and non-standard hanger plates: firstly, determining the front-to-back installation sequence of a plurality of groups of suspended ceiling components, then determining the front-to-back installation sequence of A, B, C, D, E five rows of suspended ceiling components in each group of suspended ceiling components, and finally determining the left-to-right installation sequence of each row of suspended ceiling components;
the installation sequence of the row of hanging plate assemblies from left to right is as follows: firstly, mounting a non-standard hanger plate at the left end on a hanger plate fixture at the left side part by using a connecting bolt assembly, then inserting a plug plate preset at the left end of a standard hanger plate at the leftmost side into a cavity at the right end of the non-standard hanger plate mounted at the left end, connecting the non-standard hanger plate at the leftmost side with the hanger plate fixture by using the connecting bolt assembly, and sequentially mounting the standard hanger plate of the hanger plate assembly and the non-standard hanger plate at the right end in a mode of correspondingly inserting the plug plate and screwing the connecting bolt assembly;
then, the standard hanging plates and the non-standard hanging plates of the first group of the suspended ceiling assemblies are installed according to the installation mode of the row of hanging plate assemblies;
the standard hanger plates and non-standard hanger plates of the second set of ceiling assemblies are then installed until the standard hanger plates and non-standard hanger plates of all sets of ceiling assemblies in the room are completed.
