s4: placing the cloth processed in the S3 into a freezer for thirty minutes of freezing treatment, so as to be beneficial to keeping the effect of the leavening agent and improving the softening effect;
s5: treating the cloth subjected to the freezing treatment in the S4 for ten minutes by using high-temperature water vapor, so as to further improve the softness of the cloth;
s6: putting the cloth processed in the step S5 into a wrinkle and impurity removing device for processing to finish the product;
the method uses a wrinkle and impurity removing device, which comprises a support frame (1), a cloth conveying mechanism (2), a wetting mechanism (3), a limiting mechanism (4), a fixing mechanism (5), an impurity removing mechanism (6), a wrinkle removing mechanism (7), a driving mechanism (8), a connecting mechanism (9) and a motor (10); the cloth feeding mechanisms (2) are symmetrically arranged at the edges of the top surface of the support frame (1), and the fixing mechanism (5) is fixedly connected to the middle of the top surface of the support frame (1); the wetting mechanism (3) is arranged on one side of the fixing mechanism (5), and the impurity removing mechanism (6) is arranged in the wetting mechanism (3); the top end of the inside of the fixing mechanism (5) is connected with the wrinkle removing mechanism (7) in a sliding mode, one end of the inside of the wrinkle removing mechanism (7) is provided with the driving mechanism (8), and the other end of the inside of the wrinkle removing mechanism (7) is provided with the connecting mechanism (9); the motors (10) are distributed and installed on the top surfaces of the cloth conveying mechanism (2) and the wrinkle removing mechanism (7), and the motors (10) are respectively connected with the cloth conveying mechanism (2) and the driving mechanism (8) in a rotating mode; the top surface of the fixing mechanism (5) is clamped with the limiting mechanism (4), and the limiting mechanism (4) is rotatably connected with the wrinkle removing mechanism (7);
the cloth feeding mechanism (2) comprises four supporting blocks (21) and two cloth rolling rods (22), the supporting blocks (21) are symmetrically installed at the edge of the top surface of the supporting frame (1), and the two supporting blocks (21) are rotatably connected with the cloth rolling rods (22); the side walls of the two supporting blocks (21) are fixedly connected with the motor (10), and the motor (10) is rotatably connected with the cloth rolling rod (22);
the fixing mechanism (5) comprises a fixing box (51), two sliding chutes (52) and a plurality of conveying rods (53), the fixing box (51) is installed on the top surface of the support frame (1), and the sliding chutes (52) are arranged on the side walls of the two ends of the fixing box (51) in a staggered mode; the fixed box (51) is internally and rotatably connected with a plurality of conveying rods (53), the bottom end of one conveying rod (53) is flush with the top surface of one sliding chute (52), and the top ends of the other conveying rods (53) are flush with the bottom surface of the other sliding chute (52);
