Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The end of the stirring body 10 extends out of the stirring container 6 and then is connected with the terminal 12 through the carbon brush 13, and the carbon brush 13 is in contact with the end of the rotating stirring body 10 to realize continuous transmission of current, although a slip ring can be adopted to connect the stirring body 10 with the terminal 12 in the embodiment.

The speed of two stirring bodies 10 is controlled independently, can make the rotational speed of two stirring bodies 10 different to form the disturbance in stirred vessel 6, stir more evenly, improve and leach the effect. The speed of the two stirring motors 3 changes alternately, the electric field is matched for frequent alternation, and the electrochemical reaction efficiency is higher. The method meets the leaching reaction conditions of lead or zinc, so that the lead or zinc element in the ore is quickly separated, and the preparation efficiency is improved.
Crushing the zinc concentrate, adding the crushed zinc concentrate and leaching solution into a stirring container 6, leaching while performing electrochemical reduction under the stirring condition, wherein the power supply voltage of the electrochemical reduction is 10V, and the current is 10A; the leaching temperature is 80 ℃, and the leaching time is 60 min; the leaching solution of zinc comprises water and the following raw materials in parts by weight: 31.2 parts of ferric chloride, 58.7 parts of sodium chloride, 4.3 parts of yttrium-rich and 4.2 parts of hydrochloric acid; adding zinc powder accounting for 0.1 percent of the mass of the zinc concentrate, and finally detecting that the zinc content in the filter residue Y1 is 0.004 percent. Under the same condition, the existing leaching equipment needs to leach for at least 1.5 hours to achieve the leaching effect that the zinc content in the filter residue Y1 is 0.004%.
