The invention relates to the field of desulfurizing towers, in particular to a coke oven gas desulfurizing tower.
Background
The desulfurization tower is tower equipment for performing desulfurization treatment on industrial waste gas. The desulfurizing tower was originally built with granite as the most widely used, which utilized the principles of water film desulfurization and dust removal, also known as a granite water film desulfurization dust remover, or a granite water film desulfurization dust remover.
However, in the process of using the desulfurization tower, the sulfur-containing flue gas escapes upwards along the tower wall of the desulfurization tower, and the sprayed liquid is easily sprayed on the tower wall, so that thick scale is condensed on the tower wall, and the space in the tower is reduced. In view of the above, the invention provides a coke oven gas desulfurizing tower, which has the following characteristics:
(1) according to the coke oven gas desulfurization tower, the protection mechanism is fixed inside the shell, sulfur-containing flue gas cannot rise along the tower wall of the desulfurization tower through the protection mechanism, sprayed circulating liquid cannot be sprayed on the tower wall, and thick scale is prevented from being formed on the tower wall to block the desulfurization tower.
(2) According to the coke oven gas desulfurization tower, the spiral on the spiral pipe contained in the spraying mechanism is communicated through the communicating pipe, so that the stability of the spiral pipe is facilitated, the circulating speed of circulating water in the spiral pipe is facilitated, and the spraying force of the circulating water sprayed out from the spray head is increased.
(3) According to the coke oven gas desulfurization tower, the dust removal mechanism is matched with the inlet and outlet mechanism, and the filter screen included in the driving mechanism is arranged in the water tank, so that circulating liquid entering the circulating water pump through the connecting pipe does not contain solids, the internal structure of the circulating water pump cannot be damaged, and the water pipe, the spray pipe, the spiral pipe and the spray head cannot be blocked.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a coke oven gas desulfurization tower comprises a shell, two observation mechanisms, an air inlet pipe, a driving mechanism, a spraying mechanism, a demisting mechanism, a protection mechanism and a water tank, wherein the side wall of the shell is fixedly connected with the air inlet pipe for sulfur-containing flue gas to enter, the side wall of the shell is provided with two observation mechanisms for observing the internal condition of the desulfurization tower, the bottom end inside the shell is provided with the water tank for loading circulating liquid, the water tank is fixedly provided with the driving mechanism for providing power, the shell is internally provided with the spraying mechanism for spraying liquid, the spraying mechanism is fixedly connected with the driving mechanism, the inner wall of the shell is fixedly provided with the protection mechanism for protecting the wall of the tower, and the demisting mechanism for removing water mist in exhaust gas is fixedly arranged inside the shell.
The observing mechanism comprises a fixing frame, a fixing block, a rotating column, a connecting block, glass and a convex block, wherein the convex block is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the shell, the fixing block is fixedly connected with the side wall of the convex block, the rotating column is connected with the fixing block in a rotating mode, the rotating column is fixedly connected with the two ends of the connecting block, the fixing block is fixedly connected with the connecting block, the glass is fixedly installed in the fixing frame, and the fixing frame is clamped with the convex block.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
