Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃电缆料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:高密度聚乙烯HDPE 30‑40、卤化丁基橡胶5‑8、云母粉10‑23、硬脂酸钡0.5‑1.5、氯化石蜡2‑4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1‑2、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1‑4、硅藻土1‑3、焦磷酸钠1‑2、硼酸锌1‑3、尿素2‑4、硼酸铜1‑2。本发明利用含有硅藻土的复配阻燃剂增加本发明的阻燃性能的基础上,增加了本发明填料的相容性,不影响柔韧性等力学性能,同时改电缆料无毒不污染环境,日常使用无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,确切地说是一种阻燃电缆料。
背景技术
电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料俗称电缆料,其中包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种。电缆料生产企业是以电缆生产企业为用户,只要有电线电缆需求就有电缆料的市场。电线电缆产品中除钢芯铝绞线、电磁线等裸线产品外几乎都需要绝缘层口。目前我国有电线电缆生产企业近5000家,又有城乡电网改造、西部大开发及通信设施大面积升级改造对电线电缆产品的巨大需求,因而从一段时间来看,电缆料在我国具有广泛的市场发展前景。
当前电缆料为了增加阻燃性能会增加很多的填料,从而影响力学性能,急需一种不减少力学性能的阻燃电缆料来满足日益增长的对需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃电缆料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:高密度聚乙烯HDPE30-40、卤化丁基橡胶5-8、云母粉10-23、硬脂酸钡0.5-1.5、氯化石蜡2-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-4、硅藻土1-3、焦磷酸钠1-2、硼酸锌1-3、尿素2-4、硼酸铜1-2。
所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取焦磷酸钠、硼酸锌、尿素、硼酸铜混匀,于40-45℃下搅拌均匀,加入硅藻土、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,以及适量水,搅拌均匀后,烘干,得改性阻燃剂备用;
(2)将改性阻燃剂与其余原料混匀,加入双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,得到成品。
所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:混炼温度为150-160℃。‘所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:步骤(1)中取焦磷酸钠、硼酸锌、尿素、硼酸铜混匀,于40-45℃下搅拌10-20分钟。
所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:步骤(1)中烘干温度为50-65℃。本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用含有硅藻土的复配阻燃剂增加本发明的阻燃性能的基础上,增加了本发明填料的相容性,不影响柔韧性等力学性能,同时改电缆料无毒不污染环境,日常使用无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
一种阻燃电缆料,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:高密度聚乙烯HDPE 30、卤化丁基橡胶8、云母粉20、硬脂酸钡0.5、氯化石蜡2、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1、硅烷偶联剂KH5501、硅藻土1、焦磷酸钠1、硼酸锌1、尿素2、硼酸铜1。
所述的一种阻燃电缆料,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取焦磷酸钠、硼酸锌、尿素、硼酸铜混匀,于40℃下搅拌15分钟,加入硅藻土、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,以及适量水,搅拌均匀后,60℃烘干,得改性阻燃剂备用;
(2)将改性阻燃剂与其余原料混匀,加入双螺杆挤出机160℃混炼、造粒,得到成品。

1.一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
高密度聚乙烯HDPE 30-40、卤化丁基橡胶5-8、云母粉10-23、硬脂酸钡0.5-1.5、氯化石蜡2-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-4、硅藻土1-3、焦磷酸钠1-2、硼酸锌1-3、尿素2-4、硼酸铜1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取焦磷酸钠、硼酸锌、尿素、硼酸铜混匀,于40-45℃下搅拌均匀,加入硅藻土、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,以及适量水,搅拌均匀后,烘干,得改性阻燃剂备用;
(2)将改性阻燃剂与其余原料混匀,加入双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,得到成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:混炼温度为150-160℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:步骤(1)中取焦磷酸钠、硼酸锌、尿素、硼酸铜混匀,于40-45℃下搅拌10-20分钟。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:步骤(1)中烘干温度为50-65℃。
