本发明是一种环保型包装材料,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%聚丙乙烯,10~35%蔗糖,1~10%聚乙烯醇,0~3%亚麻籽胶,0~2.5%糖酶,5~20%纳米有机脱蒙土,10~20%植物淀粉,30~60%丙酸钙,通过本方法制备的产品,极大的提高了所饲养肉鸭的生长速度,增加了虾的体型和重量,是一种绿色无污染的预混料不会对环境造成压力也不会影响人身安全。

本发明公开了一种环保型包装材料。
背景技术
随着低碳经济和绿色包装的理念逐步被人们认可,环保型包装材料已得到广泛应用,目前,在缓冲包装材料领域已有数种发泡植物纤维材料问世,已有的研究多是通过将植物纤维与各种助剂混合,使得植物纤维与助剂的混合体系成为易于留住气体且快速定型的混合物,之后通过高温条件使发泡剂分解产生气体,然而,现有的包装材料的环保性能较差,其降解性能差,并且后期焚烧、掩埋都会对环境造成污染。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种环保型包装材料,其降解性能好,并且制备工艺简单、原料成本低廉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种环保型包装材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%聚丙乙烯,10~35%蔗糖,1~10%聚乙烯醇, 0~3%亚麻籽胶,0~2.5%糖酶,5~20%纳米有机脱蒙土,10~20%植物淀粉,30~60%丙酸钙。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,其降解性能好,并且制备工艺简单、原料成本低廉。

实施例1
一种环保型包装材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%聚丙乙烯,10%蔗糖,1%聚乙烯醇,1%亚麻籽胶,1%糖酶,5%纳米有机脱蒙土,10%植物淀粉,30%丙酸钙,此时讲些性能较差。
实施例2
一种环保型包装材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%聚丙乙烯,35%蔗糖,10%聚乙烯醇,3%亚麻籽胶,2.5%糖酶,20%纳米有机脱蒙土,20%植物淀粉,60%丙酸钙,此时原料价格较高性价比低。
实施例3
一种环保型包装材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%聚丙乙烯,23%蔗糖,5%聚乙烯醇, 1.5%亚麻籽胶,1.25%糖酶,13%纳米有机脱蒙土,15%植物淀粉,45%丙酸钙,此时其降解性能好,并且制备工艺简单、原料成本低廉。

1.一种环保型包装材料,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%聚丙乙烯,10~35%蔗糖,1~10%聚乙烯醇,0~3%亚麻籽胶,0~2.5%糖酶,5~20%纳米有机脱蒙土,10~20%植物淀粉,30~60%丙酸钙。
