Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of sludge treatment, in particular to a sludge treatment agent and a preparation method thereof. The polyacrylamide has excellent flocculation and thickening effects, the zeolite powder, the bentonite and the talcum powder have excellent adsorption capacity, and in addition, the zeolite powder can form a good synergistic effect with the polyacrylamide, the bentonite and the talcum powder, so that the affinity of the sludge to be treated for moisture, oil, phosphate radicals, heavy metal ions and the like is destroyed, and an ideal treatment effect is achieved. The carbon fibers are uniformly dispersed in the sludge treatment process, so that a certain bearing capacity can be provided, the sludge keeps a certain fluffiness, the sludge is ensured to be more fully contacted with other components in the sludge treatment agent, the main body material is assisted to better realize flocculation, thickening and adsorption effects, and the treatment effect is improved; meanwhile, the treated sludge can be better accumulated together, so that the obtained sludge cake is more compact and is convenient to stack, transport or carry out subsequent advanced treatment.

Background
With the development of industrialization and the increase of urban population, the discharge amount of industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage is increasing, and the generated excess sludge is also increasing. The invention provides a sludge treatment agent which comprises the following components in parts by mass:
15-25 parts of polyacrylamide;
15-30 parts of zeolite powder;
10-20 parts of bentonite;
5-15 parts of talcum powder;
2-5 parts of carbon fiber;
and 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent.
The sludge treatment agent comprises, by mass, 15-25 parts of polyacrylamide, and preferably 18-22 parts of polyacrylamide.
Based on the mass portion of the polyacrylamide, the sludge treatment agent provided by the invention comprises 15-30 parts of zeolite powder, preferably 20-25 parts. In the invention, the granularity of the zeolite powder is preferably 150-300 meshes.
Based on the mass portion of the polyacrylamide, the sludge treatment agent provided by the invention comprises 10-20 parts of bentonite, and preferably 13-17 parts of bentonite. In the present invention, the bentonite is preferably sodium bentonite; the particle size of the bentonite is preferably 150-250 meshes.
Based on the mass portion of the polyacrylamide, the sludge treatment agent provided by the invention comprises 5-15 parts of talcum powder, and preferably 8-12 parts of talcum powder. In the invention, the particle size of the talcum powder is preferably 200-500 meshes.
In the invention, the polyacrylamide, the zeolite powder, the bentonite and the talcum powder are used as main materials of the sludge treatment agent, wherein the polyacrylamide has excellent flocculation and thickening effects, the zeolite powder, the bentonite and the talcum powder have excellent adsorption capacity, in addition, the zeolite powder has good stability and can form good synergistic effect with the polyacrylamide, the bentonite and the talcum powder, the affinity of the sludge to be treated to moisture, oil, phosphate radical, heavy metal ions and the like is destroyed, and an ideal treatment effect is achieved; meanwhile, within the range of the mixture ratio, the materials can be ensured to fully play corresponding roles.
Based on the mass portion of the polyacrylamide, the sludge treatment agent provided by the invention comprises 2-5 parts of carbon fiber, and preferably 3-4 parts. In the present invention, the length of the carbon fiber is preferably 30 to 50 μm. In the invention, the auxiliary agent preferably comprises a sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and citric acid, and the mass ratio of the sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate to the sodium carboxymethylcellulose to the citric acid is preferably (2-4): (0.5-2.5): 1-2, and more preferably (2.5-3.5): 1-2): 1.3-1.7. In the invention, the auxiliary agent can provide a proper environment for each component in the sludge treatment agent, and ensures that each component can fully exert respective function.

mixing polyacrylamide, zeolite powder, bentonite, talcum powder, carbon fiber and an auxiliary agent to obtain the sludge treating agent.
The mixing mode of the components in the sludge treatment agent is not particularly limited, and the components are uniformly mixed according to the mass parts.

15 parts of sodium bentonite, wherein the granularity is 150-250 meshes;
10 parts of talcum powder with the granularity of 200-500 meshes;
3 parts of carbon fibers, wherein the length of the carbon fibers is 30-50 mu m;
4 parts of an auxiliary agent, including a sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and citric acid, wherein the mass ratio of the sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate to the sodium carboxymethylcellulose to the citric acid is 3: 1.5.
Example 2
The formula of the sludge treatment agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15 parts of polyacrylamide;
25 parts of zeolite powder with the granularity of 150-300 meshes;
10 parts of sodium bentonite, wherein the granularity is 150-250 meshes;
15 parts of talcum powder with the granularity of 200-500 meshes;
5 parts of carbon fiber, the length of which is 30-50 mu m;
and 2 parts of an auxiliary agent, which comprises a sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and citric acid, wherein the mass ratio of the sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate to the sodium carboxymethylcellulose to the citric acid is 2: 1.5: 2.
Example 3
The formula of the sludge treatment agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
25 parts of polyacrylamide;
15 parts of zeolite powder with the granularity of 150-300 meshes;
20 parts of sodium bentonite, wherein the granularity is 150-250 meshes;
5 parts of talcum powder with the granularity of 200-500 meshes;
2 parts of carbon fiber, the length of which is 30-50 mu m;
and 1 part of an auxiliary agent, which comprises a sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and citric acid, wherein the mass ratio of the sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate to the sodium carboxymethylcellulose to the citric acid is 4: 2.5: 1.
Comparative example 1
A sludge treatment agent was provided according to the formulation of example 1, except that zeolite powder was not included.
Comparative example 2
A sludge treatment agent was provided in accordance with the formulation of example 1, except that carbon fibers were not incorporated.
Treating sludge to be treated by using the sludge treating agents provided by the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2, wherein the adding amount of the sludge treating agent is 10 wt% (100 mug/g); the water content in the sludge to be treated is 95 percent; the oil content in the filtered liquid is 3283mg/L, the phosphate radical content is 3032mg/L, and the heavy metal content is 5632 mg/L. The specific treatment results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the sludge treatment agents of comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 which do not contain zeolite powder and carbon fiber, the sludge treatment agent provided by the invention has excellent treatment effect, wide raw material sources and is beneficial to popularization and use in practical production.

15-25 parts of polyacrylamide;
15-30 parts of zeolite powder; the particle size of the zeolite powder is 150-300 meshes;
10-20 parts of bentonite; the bentonite is sodium bentonite, and the particle size of the bentonite is 150-250 meshes;
5-15 parts of talcum powder; the particle size of the talcum powder is 200-500 meshes;
2-5 parts of carbon fiber; the length of the carbon fiber is 30-50 mu m;
1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent, wherein the auxiliary agent is a sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and citric acid, and the mass ratio of the sodium benzylnaphthalenesulfonate formaldehyde condensate to the sodium carboxymethylcellulose to the citric acid is (2-4) to (0.5-2.5) to (1-2).
2. The sludge treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the sludge treatment agent comprises the following components in parts by mass:
18-22 parts of polyacrylamide;
20-25 parts of zeolite powder;
13-17 parts of bentonite;
8-12 parts of talcum powder;

3. The method for producing the sludge treatment agent according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
mixing polyacrylamide, zeolite powder, bentonite, talcum powder, carbon fiber and an auxiliary agent to obtain the sludge treating agent.
