Abstract

The induction motor 2 is erected at the top of the storage cylinder 1, and an induction baffle 21 is arranged at the output end of the induction motor 2, and stretches into the storage cylinder 1 for sensing whether the storage cylinder 1 is full of materials or not. The gate valve is arranged at the bottom of the storage cylinder 1 and is used for opening or closing a discharge hole 12 of the storage cylinder 1. The controller is respectively connected with the induction motor 2 and the gate valve electrically, and the controller controls the feeding equipment connected with the feeding port 11 to stop feeding according to the information that the working current of the induction motor 2 is increased due to the fact that the induction baffle piece 21 is contacted with a material, and the controller also sends a signal to the gate valve according to the set time to control the gate valve to open the discharging port 12 of the storage cylinder 1.
According to the storage device for the kitchen degradation machine, the feed inlet 11 of the storage cylinder 1 is connected with the feed equipment, the induction baffle 21 of the induction motor 2 stretches into the inner cavity of the storage cylinder 1 from the top of the storage cylinder 1, after the material fed from the feed inlet 11 is filled in the storage cylinder 1, the material can be contacted with the induction baffle 21 of the induction motor 2, at the moment, the resistance is increased when the induction baffle rotates, the current of the induction motor 2 is increased, and the controller controls the feed equipment to stop feeding according to the information of the current increase, so that the automatic control of the feed equipment to stop feeding is realized; and the controller sends signals to the gate valve according to the set time timing for controlling the gate valve to open the discharge port 12, so that the material can be fed into the degradation machine at a fixed time every day, the automation degree of the material storage device is improved, and the treatment efficiency of the kitchen degradation machine is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the filtering device 30 includes a box 31 connected to an outer sidewall of the storage cylinder 1, and a filter screen 32 covering a drainage hole and installed on the box 31, the filter screen 32 is fixed on the box 31 by screws, a drain hole 33 is provided at a bottom of the box 31, water, oil and other fluid in the material in the storage cylinder 1 is filtered out after passing through the filter screen 32 covering the drainage hole, and is discharged from the drain hole 33 to the outside of the storage cylinder 1. Preferably, the upper end of filter screen 32 is equipped with handle 321, and the box 31 is kept away from the one side of storage cylinder 1 and can be dismantled and be connected with maintenance shrouding 34, when the material jam filter screen 32 appears, loosen the screw, upwards lift handle 321, pull out filter screen 32 from box 31 in, dredge filter screen 32 through using compressed air to blow or the abluent mode of high pressure squirt. The movement of the flashboard 41 is used for opening or closing the discharge hole 12 of the storage cylinder 1, the electromagnetic valve used for controlling the action of the air cylinder 42 is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller generates a driving signal to the electromagnetic valve according to the set time timing so as to control the action of the air cylinder 42, thereby driving the flashboard 41 to open the discharge hole 12, and further realizing the feeding to the degradation machine at a fixed time every day. Of course, in other embodiments, the hidden rod knife gate valve 4 may be driven by electro-hydraulic method, which will not be described herein.
As a preferred embodiment, the hidden rod type knife gate valve 4 is connected with the storage cylinder 1 and the discharge port 12 through the flange 13, and a sealing ring is arranged between the hidden rod type knife gate valve 4 and the flange 13, so that the flashboard 41 runs in a sealing cavity of the knife gate valve to prevent liquid in the valve from seeping out of the valve. A sealing ring is also arranged between the flashboard 41 of the hidden rod type knife gate valve 4 and the valve port thereof, so that liquid can be effectively prevented from flowing out of the discharge port 12 when the flashboard 41 closes the discharge port 12, and the sealing performance of the discharge port 12 is improved.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, illustratively, the feeding port 11 is provided with a connecting seat 14 for connecting with the feeding device, and the connecting seat 14 is uniformly provided with connecting holes 141 in the circumferential direction, and the feeding device is connected with the feeding port 11 of the storage cylinder 1 through the connecting holes 141.
In summary, according to the storage device for the kitchen degradation machine, through the arrangement of the induction motor, after the induction baffle contacts materials, the feeding equipment can be automatically controlled to stop feeding, and the controller sends signals to the electromagnetic valve according to the set time timing to control the gate valve to open the discharge hole, so that the feeding of the storage device into the degradation machine can be realized at a fixed time every day, the automation degree of the storage device is improved, the treatment efficiency of the kitchen degradation machine is improved, and the storage device has a relatively high application and popularization prospect.
