Technical Field
The invention relates to seal equipment, in particular to a seal head.
Background
With the increasing development of internet technology, remote management and remote office have been widely used. But remote management also presents some difficulties such as the use of stamps. The seal is a letter of a unit, and when the user works remotely, the seal must be strictly monitored to prevent the loss of the unit caused by the abuse of the seal.
At present, a seal machine and a seal controller are mainly adopted to manage seals, and the seals are generally used by personnel working in different places through remote authorization, so that effective management of important seals is obtained. The seal of the seal machine or the seal control instrument is generally fixed in the seal sleeve to form a seal head, and then is integrally installed.
However, the current seal head has a very complex structure, and mainly ensures the safety of the seal and the firm installation of the seal; or the structure is simpler, so that the seal cannot be well fixed, and the seal is not suitable for various seals, and the early manufacturing cost and the later maintenance cost are increased.
The applicant therefore proposes a stamp head which enables a firm fixing of the stamp and which can be adapted to different types of stamps.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention is directed to providing a stamp.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a seal head, which comprises a seal and a fixing piece, wherein the seal is provided with a seal body, a seal handle and a connecting stud;
the fixing piece is provided with a clamping part, a connecting part and a barrel part, the clamping part is connected with the barrel part through the connecting part, a plurality of clamping parts are arranged, a gap is formed between the two clamping parts, a limiting protrusion is arranged at one end of the barrel part, which is communicated with the gap, and a first barrel thread and a second barrel thread are respectively arranged on the outer side and the inner wall of the barrel part; the second cylinder threads are assembled with the outer wall of the fixed disc through thread screwing;
the limiting protrusions are arranged in limiting grooves of the clamping ring, the limiting grooves are distributed inside two sides of the clamping ring, clamping threads are arranged on the outer wall of the clamping ring, one end of the inner side of the clamping ring is clamped on the connecting part, the clamping threads are assembled with the inner wall of the second screwing cylinder in a screwing mode, the end, close to the clamping part, of the second screwing cylinder is provided with the limiting ring, and the end face of the inner side of the limiting ring is tightly attached to the end face of the clamping ring; the first cylinder thread is assembled with the screwing thread part inside the first screwing cylinder through thread screwing.
Preferably, the seal is also provided with a connecting stud; the fixed disc is provided with a connecting screw hole; the connecting studs are arranged in the connecting screw holes and are assembled and fixed through screw threads.
Preferably, the first screwing cylinder is further provided with a connecting cylinder, a connecting screw hole is formed in the connecting cylinder, and a through locking hole is formed in the side wall of the connecting cylinder.
Preferably, the outer walls of the first screwing cylinder and the second screwing cylinder are provided with anti-skid patterns.

Preferably, the connecting portion 212 and the card portion 211 have high elasticity, and when in use, the card portion 211 is clamped with the outer side surface of the seal body 110 by the clamping ring, so that the connecting stud 130 is not required, and the end of the seal handle 120 is clamped with the inner side of the fixed disc 250. This approach can be adapted to stamps of different diameters.
Preferably, in order to better clamp the stamp, a clamping block 320 may be fixed on the card portion 211, and the clamping block 320 is wholly or partially clamped with the side of the stamp body 110, so that the stamp 100 is fixed in the fixing member 210.
Preferably, the screw threads of the outer wall of the first screwing cylinder 230 and the inner wall of the second screwing cylinder are opposite to the screw threads of the inner wall of the second screwing cylinder 220 and the clamping screw threads 242, so that the first screwing cylinder 230 can be pulled towards the clamping ring 240 in the axial direction when the second screwing cylinder 220 is rotated, and a stable and firm assembly is obtained between the first screwing cylinder 230 and the fixing piece 210.
Preferably, the rotation direction of the fixing plate 250 screwed with the second cylinder thread 216 is opposite to the rotation direction of the first cylinder thread 215 and the screwing thread part 233, so that the installation position of the fixing plate 250 is not affected when the fixing member 210 is assembled with the first screwing cylinder 230.
When in use, the fixing plate 250 is firstly arranged in the fixing piece 210, then the seal 100 is arranged in the fixing piece 210 (or assembled with the fixing plate 250), then the second screwing cylinder 220 is sleeved on the cylinder part 214, and then the clamping ring 240 is sleeved on the cylinder part 214; the barrel 214 is then assembled into the first screwing barrel 230, and finally the limiting protrusion 2141 is assembled with the limiting groove 241 in a clamping manner, and the second screwing barrel 220 is rotated, so that the second screwing barrel 220 pulls the first screwing barrel 230 towards the clamping ring 240 until the inner end surface of the limiting ring 221 is tightly attached to the end surface of the clamping ring 240, or the second screwing barrel cannot rotate or can only rotate after overcoming larger resistance.
Referring to fig. 12-14, applicant has made the following improvements because direct clamping of the card portion 211 to the side walls of the stamp body 110 may result in relative sliding of the stamp 100 in the axial direction, thereby affecting use:
a fixing plate 217 is arranged on the inner side of the card part 211, an elastic sheet 350 is fixed on the outer wall of the card part 211, the elastic sheet 350 is assembled and fixed with one end of a guide rod 340, a guide column 341 is arranged on the other end of the guide rod 340, the guide column 341 is arranged in a guide inner cylinder 331 of a guide cylinder 330, the guide column 341 is assembled with the guide inner cylinder 331 through screw threads in a screwing way, the guide cylinder 330 is assembled and fixed with a clamping block 320, and the clamping block 320 is clamped with the side wall of the seal body 100;
the guide cylinder can slide relative to the fixed plate 217 in the axial direction, and the guide rod 340 can move relative to the card part 211 in the axial direction;
the elastic sheet 350 is made of a high elastic material, and may be high elastic polyethylene fiber, rubber, silica gel, etc.
When the seal clamping device is used, the clamping block is firstly pressed by the elasticity of the clamping part and the connecting part, so that the clamping block 320 is clamped with the side wall of the seal body 110, and then the secondary pressure is applied to the clamping block by the elasticity of the elastic piece 350, so that the pressure between the clamping block 320 and the side wall of the seal body 110 is increased, namely, the seal is clamped in the fixing piece more firmly.
Preferably, referring to fig. 14, a circle of clamping groove 111 may be provided on the side wall of the seal body 110, the clamping block 320 is installed in the clamping groove 111, and a stress block 321 is provided on the clamping block 320, and the stress block 321 is tightly attached to the inner side of the connecting portion 212. The manner in which the clamping groove 111 is assembled with the clamping block directly changes the design of the prior art seal using pressure clamping, so that the seal can be better fixed in the fixing member 210. The design of the stress block 321 can prevent the guide cylinder from being influenced when the seal is subjected to axial pressure (stamping), thereby preventing the guide cylinder from deforming. And the end part of the Zhang Bing is clamped with the fixed disc, so that the influence of the seal on the guide cylinder can be effectively reduced.
