Background
A large amount of high-end equipment and product structure have adopted complicated casting structure, and its foundry goods has heterotypic inner chamber structures such as rib, space curved surface and semi-enclosed more, causes a great deal of difficulties for the clearance of foundry goods:
the existing peeping mirror has small albedo area and limited angle, and a plurality of dead angle structures are difficult to observe; the existing sight glass needs a worker to hold the sight glass by one hand and carry out cleaning operation by the other hand, the precision cannot be kept by one-hand operation, and a casting is easily damaged by mistake; the long-time operation increases the arm force burden, and wastes time and labor;
secondly, a plurality of dead angle structures exist in the semi-closed inner cavity casting, the existing tool is difficult to realize reverse angle cleaning operation, and the cleaning angle is limited.

The invention aims to provide a method for cleaning a semi-closed complex inner cavity casting, which is used for efficiently and accurately removing surface quality defects of the casting with the complex inner cavity structure, such as sand coating, sand sticking, fash, ditch exciting and the like.

Preferably, different placing methods of the rhombic wood blocks with the angles are adopted, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner cavity of the casting can be reflected at different dead angle positions.
Preferably, the front end shovel head of the pneumatic wind shovel can realize operation in a plurality of angle ranges, and the tail end of the pneumatic wind shovel is in a pneumatic driving mode.
The manufacturing method of the optimized flexible grinding tool comprises the steps of manufacturing a hollow fixing rod with the front end capable of adjusting any angle, penetrating an electric grinding flexible shaft through the fixing rod, and fixing a grinding head at the front end, so that grinding and finishing of any angle can be realized.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, in fig. 1(a), when the lower surface of the inner cavity of the casting is cleaned, the surface of the sight glass faces downwards, so that the dead angle of the inner cavity of the lower part can be clearly observed; when the upper surface of the inner cavity of the casting is cleaned in the figure 1(b), the dead angle of the inner cavity at the upper part can be clearly observed by turning the casting upwards.
The sight glass is manufactured in a mode that a rhombic wood block with an angle is used for fixing a plane mirror. The size of the plane mirror is as follows: 150mm x 70mm, the size of the diamond-shaped wood block is: 150mm x 70mm, the diamond angle is 45 °, which can be modified depending on the casting shape.
When cleaning operation is carried out, firstly, a pneumatic air shovel (shown in figure 2) removes the defects of the large-volume sand coating and the large-volume fash of the inner cavity to realize coarse cleaning of the inner surface, and then, a flexible grinding tool (shown in figure 3) grinds and finishes the defects of the residual fine sand coating, the large-volume fash and the large-volume groove to realize fine cleaning of the inner surface.
The front end shovel head of the pneumatic air shovel is made into a hook shape to realize the operation in a plurality of angle ranges, and the tail end of the pneumatic air shovel is in a pneumatic driving mode. The angle of the shovel head is selected from 30-60 degrees.
The flexible grinding tool is manufactured in a mode that a hollow fixing rod with the front end capable of being adjusted at any angle is manufactured, an electric grinding flexible shaft penetrates through the fixing rod, and a grinding head is fixed at the front end, so that grinding and finishing of any angle position can be achieved.
When the inner cavity of the casting is a space curved surface, the bottom surface of the wood block of the peep hole can be made into a curved surface, and the front-section shovel head of the wind shovel can also be made into different angles so as to be stably placed close to the inner wall, so that the peep hole can adapt to castings with different shapes and structures.
As shown in fig. 1, when the lower surface of the inner cavity of the casting is cleaned, the dead angle of the inner cavity of the lower part can be clearly observed by facing the mirror surface of the peep sight downwards; when the upper surface of the inner cavity of the casting is cleaned, the dead angle of the inner cavity at the upper part can be clearly observed by turning the casting upwards and facing the mirror surface of the peep hole without turning the casting.
The invention adopts the rhombic skid reflecting sight glass to realize multi-angle reflection of the inner cavity of the casting and assist in efficiently cleaning the inner cavity of the casting; adopting pneumatic air shovels with different lengths and different angles to remove the defects of sand sticking and fash at a plurality of dead angle parts of the complex inner cavity casting; the self-made flexible grinding tool with the front section capable of adjusting any angle is adopted, and polishing and finishing of a plurality of dead angle positions of the complex inner cavity casting are achieved.
Claims (5)
1. A method for cleaning a semi-closed complex inner cavity casting is characterized by comprising the following steps:
manufacturing a rhombic skidded albedo peep mirror by adopting a mode of fixing a plane mirror by using a rhombic wood block with an angle, wherein the rhombic wood block is adjustable in angle and can be used for manufacturing wood blocks with different angles according to the characteristics of an inner cavity of a casting;
manufacturing a hook-shaped pneumatic air shovel, wherein the front end shovel head of the pneumatic air shovel can realize operation in a plurality of angle ranges, and the tail end of the pneumatic air shovel is in a pneumatic driving mode;
manufacturing a hook-shaped flexible grinding tool, wherein the flexible grinding tool is manufactured in a mode that a hollow fixing rod with the front end capable of adjusting any angle is manufactured, an electric grinding flexible shaft penetrates through the fixing rod, and a grinding head is fixed at the front end, so that grinding and finishing of any angle part can be realized;
step four, putting the rhombic skid albedo speculum into the inner cavity of the complex casting according to the mode capable of realizing albedo;
fifthly, removing the defects of sand coating and flash with larger volumes at a plurality of dead angle parts of the complex inner cavity casting by using a pneumatic air shovel according to the albedo condition of the rhombic skid albedo speculum;
and step six, according to the albedo condition of the rhombic skid albedo speculum, polishing and finishing the residual fine sand-coated, fash and groove-exciting defects at a plurality of dead angle parts of the complex inner cavity casting to realize fine cleaning of the inner surface.
