Abstract
The invention discloses a vertical thread rolling machine which comprises a cylindrical shell, wherein a motor, a speed changing device, an eccentric device, a disc, three cams, three universal joints and three rolling wheels are further arranged in the shell. The motor is connected with the speed changing device, the speed changing device is connected with the disc through the eccentric device, and the disc provides swing power for the three cams. The three universal joints are arranged around the speed changing device, one end of each universal joint is arranged on the speed changing device, the rolling wheel is arranged at the other end of each universal joint, the cam can move along the inner wall of the shell, and a connecting shaft for driving the rolling wheel to move radially and back and forth is further arranged between the cam and the rolling wheel. The invention replaces partial thread rolling machine, thread rolling machine and special rolling tool, greatly reduces the volume of equipment, ensures the processing precision and efficiency, greatly reduces the processing cost, does not need other auxiliary tools, and is very convenient to debug.

The motor is connected with the speed changing device, the speed changing device is connected with the disc through the eccentric device, and the disc provides swing power for the three cams.
The three universal joints are arranged around the speed changing device, one end of each universal joint is arranged on the speed changing device, the rolling wheel is arranged at the other end of each universal joint, the cam can move along the inner wall of the shell, and a connecting shaft for driving the rolling wheel to move radially and back and forth is further arranged between the cam and the rolling wheel. When the motor drives the speed changing device to make the speed changing device drive the disc to swing back and forth through the eccentric device, the swing of the disc is transmitted to the cam, and under the action of the connecting shaft, the opening and closing actions of the three rolling wheels are completed, and the required threads are rolled out.

A button 4 for controlling the motor 7 to work is also arranged outside the shell 1.
The three universal joints 3 are arranged around the speed changing device 5, one end of each universal joint 3 is arranged on the speed changing device 5, the other end of each universal joint is provided with a detachable rolling wheel 8, and the length, the diameter and the type of threads of the parts are different and the rolling wheels 8 can be replaced for adjustment.
