Claims (10)

1. An irregular curved plate forming hydraulic press apparatus, comprising:
the first fixing device comprises a first base, the first base is arranged on a plane, a connecting seat is arranged on the upper side of one end of the first base, a first support and a second support are arranged on the upper side of the other end of the first base, a first transmission shaft, a base motor and a first worm gear lead screw lifter are arranged on the first support, a second worm gear lead screw lifter is arranged on the second support, a motor shaft of the base motor is in transmission connection with one end of the first worm gear lead screw lifter through a coupler, and the other end of the first worm gear lead screw lifter is connected with the second worm gear lead screw lifter through the first transmission shaft;
the bracket device comprises a bracket base, a first connecting shaft, a second connecting shaft, a first telescopic roller and a second telescopic roller are arranged on the bracket base, one end of the first connecting shaft and one end of the second connecting shaft are rotatably connected with one end of the bracket base, the other end of the first connecting shaft is rotatably connected with the connecting seat, one end of the first telescopic roller is rotatably connected with the middle part of the bracket base, one end of the second telescopic roller is rotatably connected with the other end of the bracket base, and the other end of the second telescopic roller is connected with the second worm screw lifter;
the pressing device comprises an upper beam assembly, an upper roll assembly, a lower roll assembly and a movable main lower base assembly; the movable main lower base assembly comprises a movable base, one end of the movable base is rotatably connected with the other end of the second connecting shaft, a third mounting seat is arranged at the other end of the movable base and is rotatably connected with the other end of the first telescopic rolling shaft, and an upper rolling motor and a lower rolling motor are mounted on the upper side of the third mounting seat through mounting plates; the upper beam component comprises an upper beam, a first upright post screw rod component, a second upright post screw rod component, a third worm wheel screw rod lifter, a fourth worm wheel screw rod lifter, a second transmission shaft and an upper beam motor, the upper beam is arranged above the movable base, the upper end of the first upright post screw rod component is connected with one end of the upper beam through the third worm wheel screw rod lifter, the lower end of the first upright post screw rod component is connected with one end of the movable base, the upper end of the second upright post screw rod component is connected with the other end of the upper beam through the fourth worm wheel screw rod lifter, the lower end of the second upright post screw rod component is connected with the other end of the movable base, one end of the second transmission shaft is connected with the third worm wheel screw rod lifter, and the other end of the second transmission shaft is connected with one end of the fourth worm wheel screw rod lifter, the upper beam motor is arranged at the end part of the other end of the upper beam, and a motor shaft of the upper beam motor is connected with the other end of the fourth worm-gear lead screw lifter; the upper roll assembly comprises an upper main shaft, a first upper main bearing seat, a second upper main bearing seat and a concave wheel, the upper main shaft is positioned between the upper beam assembly and the movable main lower base assembly, one end of the upper main shaft is connected with the first upright post screw assembly through the first upper main bearing seat, the other end of the upper main shaft is connected with the second upright post screw assembly through the second upper main bearing seat, the end part of one end of the upper main shaft is connected with the concave wheel, and the end part of the other end of the upper main shaft is in transmission connection with a motor shaft of the upper roll motor; the lower roll assembly comprises a lower main shaft, a first lower main bearing seat, a second lower main bearing seat and a cam, the lower main shaft is positioned between the upper beam assembly and the movable main lower bearing seat assembly, one end of the lower main shaft is connected with the first upright post screw assembly through the first lower main bearing seat, the other end of the lower main shaft is connected with the second upright post screw assembly through the second lower main bearing seat, the end part of one end of the lower main shaft is connected with the cam, the end part of the other end of the lower main shaft is in transmission connection with a motor shaft of the lower roll motor, and the cam is matched with the concave wheel;
the second fixing device comprises a second base, the second base is arranged on the plane and located at one end, close to the connecting seat, of the first base, and clamping devices matched with the cam and the concave wheel are arranged on the upper sides of the two ends of the second base.

The hydraulic press for forming an irregular curved plate according to claim 1, wherein the first base is disposed in an L-shape, the first base comprises a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat, the connecting seat is disposed on an upper side of one end of the first mounting seat, the other end of the first mounting seat is connected to one end of the second mounting seat, the second support is disposed on an upper side of one end of the second mounting seat, and the first support is disposed on an upper side of the other end of the second mounting seat.

The hydraulic press for forming an irregular curved plate according to claim 1, wherein the movable base is perpendicular to the third mounting base, one end of the third mounting base is rotatably connected to the other end of the first telescopic roller, the upper rolling motor and the lower rolling motor are both mounted on the upper side of the other end of the third mounting base, and the other end of the third mounting base is connected to the middle of the movable base through a first support rod.
4. The hydraulic press apparatus for forming an irregularly curved plate of claim 1 further comprising:
the supporting component is arranged on the upper side of one end of the first base and comprises a second supporting rod and a third supporting rod, the second supporting rod is perpendicular to the first base, the lower end of the second supporting rod is connected with one end of the first base, the upper end of the second supporting rod is connected with one end of the bracket base, the third supporting rod is arranged in a tilting mode, one end of the third supporting rod is connected with the middle of the first base, and the other end of the third supporting rod is connected with the upper end of the second supporting rod.

The hydraulic press apparatus for forming an irregularly-curved plate according to claim 1, wherein each of said clamping devices comprises a first clamping assembly and a second clamping assembly, said first clamping assembly and said second clamping assembly being mounted on said second base, said first clamping assembly being mated with said second clamping assembly.

The hydraulic press for forming irregular curved plates according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of first clamping members are provided on the first clamping assembly on a side thereof adjacent to the second clamping assembly, and a plurality of first hand wheels are provided on the first clamping assembly and connected to the plurality of first clamping members respectively; one side, close to the first clamping component, of the second clamping component is provided with a plurality of second clamping components, the second clamping component is provided with a plurality of second hand wheels, and the second hand wheels are respectively connected with the second clamping components.

The hydraulic press for forming an irregular curved plate according to claim 1, wherein the first upright post screw assembly comprises a first pressing plate, a first screw and four first upright posts, the first pressing plate is arranged at the lower end of the third worm screw lifter, the upper end of the first screw is connected with the output end of the third worm screw lifter, the upper ends of the four first upright posts are respectively connected with the first pressing plate, the middle parts of the four first upright posts are respectively connected with the lower end of the first screw, and the lower ends of the four first upright posts are respectively connected with one end of the movable base; the second upright post screw rod component comprises a second pressing plate, a second screw rod and a fourth second upright post, the second pressing plate is arranged at the lower end of the fourth worm gear screw rod lifter, the upper end of the second screw rod is connected with the output end of the fourth worm gear screw rod lifter, the upper end of the second upright post is respectively connected with the second pressing plate, the middle part of the second upright post is respectively connected with the lower end of the second screw rod, and the lower end of the second upright post is respectively connected with the other end of the movable base.

9. The hydraulic press apparatus for forming an irregularly curved plate according to claim 7, wherein one end of said second drive shaft is connected to said first screw, and the other end of said second drive shaft is connected to said second screw.
10. The hydraulic press apparatus for forming irregular curved plates according to claim 7, wherein said second drive shaft is provided with a synchronous lifting clutch.
