Abstract
本发明公开了一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构,包括底部架,所述底部架的顶面中部具有放置凹槽,上筒体的底部嵌套在放置凹槽中,上筒体的底面外侧壁卡置在放置凹槽的内侧壁上,上筒体的顶部固定有上盖体,上盖体的顶面中部固定有旋转电机,旋转电机的输出轴向下伸出上盖体并固定有旋转叶轮,上筒体的底板中部具有螺接通孔,永磁铁连接块螺接在螺接通孔中,永磁铁连接块的顶面固定有永磁铁块,永磁铁块处于上筒体的底板上方,上筒体的底板上成型有进料通孔;它通过底部自吸式进行吸附,而通过缓冲弹簧进行减震效果,其可以将灰尘中的铁削与灰尘分离进行处理,其效果好,效率高,方便后续的垃圾回收处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构。
背景技术
现有的铁质品机加工厂区中,其加工产生的铁质粉末或铁削一般与其他灰尘等通过人工扫垃圾的方式扫入垃圾桶中,其无法分类,使得很多铁削与灰尘混合在一起,影响后续的垃圾处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构,它通过底部自吸式进行吸附,而通过缓冲弹簧进行减震效果,其可以将灰尘中的铁削与灰尘分离进行处理,其效果好,效率高,方便后续的垃圾回收处理。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构,包括底部架,所述底部架的顶面中部具有放置凹槽,上筒体的底部嵌套在放置凹槽中,上筒体的底面外侧壁卡置在放置凹槽的内侧壁上,上筒体的顶部固定有上盖体,上盖体的顶面中部固定有旋转电机,旋转电机的输出轴向下伸出上盖体并固定有旋转叶轮,上筒体的底板中部具有螺接通孔,永磁铁连接块螺接在螺接通孔中,永磁铁连接块的顶面固定有永磁铁块,永磁铁块处于上筒体的底板上方,上筒体的底板上成型有进料通孔,底部架的底面中部具有吸尘槽,吸尘槽的顶面成型有竖直过渡通孔,竖直过滤通孔与进料通孔相通,底部架的外侧壁固定有环形支撑板,环形支撑板的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧的底端固定在底部水平支撑块的顶面上,底部架插套在底部水平支撑块的中心通孔中,底部水平支撑块的底面的前部和后部均固定有脚轮;
所述上筒体的中部固定有中间隔板,中间隔板将上筒体分隔成上腔体和下腔体,中间隔板的一端固定有斜向导向板,斜向导向板的底端靠近上筒体的侧壁,斜向导向板的上端远离上筒体的侧壁,斜向导向板与上筒体的侧壁形成进风通道,进风通道的上端与上腔体相通。
所述上腔体中设有连接框体,连接框体的外侧壁固定在上腔体的内侧壁上,上过滤网板固定在连接框体中,上过滤网板覆盖连接框体的中部空槽。
所述中间隔板的上方的上筒体的内侧壁上固定有吹风板,吹风板的底面具有多个吹风孔,吹风孔与吹风板的内部具有的空腔相通,吹风板的顶部通接有进气管,进气管的上端伸出上筒体的侧壁具有的侧通孔并通接上筒体的上部外壁上固定有微型真空泵的出气端。
所述上筒体的上部外侧壁上固定有控制主机,控制主机中安装有蓄电池和控制主板,蓄电池通过连接线与控制主板电连接,微型真空泵的连接线与控制主板电连接,控制主机上固定有开关通过连接线与控制主板电连接。
所述上筒体的中部外侧壁固定有手推部。
所述竖直过滤通孔的顶端的放置凹槽的底面上嵌套有主密封圈,主密封圈压靠在上筒体的底面上。
所述环形支撑板的底面固定有凸起柱,底部水平支撑块的顶面上固定有套体,凸起柱插套在套体中,缓冲弹簧插套在对应的套体和凸起柱中。
所述侧通孔中插套有弹性密封套,弹性密封套的外侧壁固定在侧通孔的内侧壁上,进气管插套并卡置在弹性密封套的内侧壁上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它通过底部自吸式进行吸附,而通过缓冲弹簧进行减震效果,其可以将灰尘中的铁削与灰尘分离进行处理,其效果好,效率高,方便后续的垃圾回收处理。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构,包括底部架10,所述底部架10的顶面中部具有放置凹槽11,上筒体20的底部嵌套在放置凹槽11中,上筒体20的底面外侧壁卡置在放置凹槽11的内侧壁上,上筒体20的顶部固定有上盖体21,上盖体21的顶面中部固定有旋转电机22,旋转电机22的输出轴向下伸出上盖体21并固定有旋转叶轮221,上筒体20的底板中部具有螺接通孔24,永磁铁连接块25螺接在螺接通孔24中,永磁铁连接块25的顶面固定有永磁铁块251,永磁铁块251处于上筒体20的底板上方,上筒体20的底板上成型有进料通孔12,底部架10的底面中部具有吸尘槽13,吸尘槽13的顶面成型有竖直过渡通孔14,竖直过滤通孔14与进料通孔12相通,底部架10的外侧壁固定有环形支撑板15,环形支撑板15的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧1,缓冲弹簧1的底端固定在底部水平支撑块16的顶面上,底部架10插套在底部水平支撑块16的中心通孔中,底部水平支撑块16的底面的前部和后部均固定有脚轮161;
所述上筒体20的中部固定有中间隔板29,中间隔板29将上筒体20分隔成上腔体和下腔体,中间隔板29的一端固定有斜向导向板291,斜向导向板291的底端靠近上筒体20的侧壁,斜向导向板291的上端远离上筒体20的侧壁,斜向导向板291与上筒体20的侧壁形成进风通道100,进风通道100的上端与上腔体相通。
进一步的说,所述上腔体中设有连接框体292,连接框体292的外侧壁固定在上腔体的内侧壁上,上过滤网板293固定在连接框体292中,上过滤网板293覆盖连接框体292的中部空槽。
进一步的说,所述中间隔板29的上方的上筒体20的内侧壁上固定有吹风板30,吹风板30的底面具有多个吹风孔31,吹风孔31与吹风板30的内部具有的空腔32相通,吹风板30的顶部通接有进气管33,进气管33的上端伸出上筒体20的侧壁具有的侧通孔34并通接上筒体20的上部外壁上固定有微型真空泵35的出气端。
进一步的说,所述上筒体20的上部外侧壁上固定有控制主机36,控制主机36中安装有蓄电池和控制主板,蓄电池通过连接线与控制主板电连接,微型真空泵35的连接线与控制主板电连接,控制主机36上固定有开关通过连接线与控制主板电连接。
进一步的说,所述上筒体20的中部外侧壁固定有手推部203。
进一步的说,所述竖直过滤通孔14的顶端的放置凹槽11的底面上嵌套有主密封圈2,主密封圈2压靠在上筒体20的底面上。
进一步的说,所述环形支撑板15的底面固定有凸起柱151,底部水平支撑块16的顶面上固定有套体162,凸起柱151插套在套体162中,缓冲弹簧1插套在对应的套体162和凸起柱151中。
进一步的说,所述侧通孔34中插套有弹性密封套37,弹性密封套37的外侧壁固定在侧通孔34的内侧壁上,进气管33插套并卡置在弹性密封套37的内侧壁上。
本实施例中,通过旋转电机22运行,实现吸气,通过吸尘槽13将灰尘等吸入后,而灰尘进入下腔体中通过永磁铁块251吸附,从而将铁削等吸附在永磁铁块251中,而大颗粒灰尘也积累在下腔体中,倾倒时,将上筒体20从底部架10中用力拔出,永磁铁连接块25卸下,即可将灰尘倒掉,而铁削等吸附在永磁铁块251中,从而实现分离,方便后续处理。
同时,其中间隔板29的上平面具有的灰尘可以通过微型真空泵35吹气使得吹风板30对着中间隔板29的上平面吹起,将灰尘推入下腔体中,方便处理。

1.一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构,包括底部架(10),其特征在于:所述底部架(10)的顶面中部具有放置凹槽(11),上筒体(20)的底部嵌套在放置凹槽(11)中,上筒体(20)的底面外侧壁卡置在放置凹槽(11)的内侧壁上,上筒体(20)的顶部固定有上盖体(21),上盖体(21)的顶面中部固定有旋转电机(22),旋转电机(22)的输出轴向下伸出上盖体(21)并固定有旋转叶轮(221),上筒体(20)的底板中部具有螺接通孔(24),永磁铁连接块(25)螺接在螺接通孔(24)中,永磁铁连接块(25)的顶面固定有永磁铁块(251),永磁铁块(251)处于上筒体(20)的底板上方,上筒体(20)的底板上成型有进料通孔(12),底部架(10)的底面中部具有吸尘槽(13),吸尘槽(13)的顶面成型有竖直过渡通孔(14),竖直过滤通孔(14)与进料通孔(12)相通,底部架(10)的外侧壁固定有环形支撑板(15),环形支撑板(15)的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧(1),缓冲弹簧(1)的底端固定在底部水平支撑块(16)的顶面上,底部架(10)插套在底部水平支撑块(16)的中心通孔中,底部水平支撑块(16)的底面的前部和后部均固定有脚轮(161);
所述上筒体(20)的中部固定有中间隔板(29),中间隔板(29)将上筒体(20)分隔成上腔体和下腔体,中间隔板(29)的一端固定有斜向导向板(291),斜向导向板(291)的底端靠近上筒体(20)的侧壁,斜向导向板(291)的上端远离上筒体(20)的侧壁,斜向导向板(291)与上筒体(20)的侧壁形成进风通道(100),进风通道(100)的上端与上腔体相通;
所述环形支撑板(15)的底面固定有凸起柱(151),底部水平支撑块(16)的顶面上固定有套体(162),凸起柱(151)插套在套体(162)中,缓冲弹簧(1)插套在对应的套体(162)和凸起柱(151)中;
所述上腔体中设有连接框体(292),连接框体(292)的外侧壁固定在上腔体的内侧壁上,上过滤网板(293)固定在连接框体(292)中,上过滤网板(293)覆盖连接框体(292)的中部空槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构,其特征在于:所述中间隔板(29)的上方的上筒体(20)的内侧壁上固定有吹风板(30),吹风板(30)的底面具有多个吹风孔(31),吹风孔(31)与吹风板(30)的内部具有的空腔(32)相通,吹风板(30)的顶部通接有进气管(33),进气管(33)的上端伸出上筒体(20)的侧壁具有的侧通孔(34)并通接上筒体(20)的上部外壁上固定有微型真空泵(35)的出气端。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构,其特征在于:所述上筒体(20)的上部外侧壁上固定有控制主机(36),控制主机(36)中安装有蓄电池和控制主板,蓄电池通过连接线与控制主板电连接,微型真空泵(35)的连接线与控制主板电连接,控制主机(36)上固定有开关通过连接线与控制主板电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种底面吸附式机加工用环保吸尘机构,其特征在于:所述上筒体(20)的中部外侧壁固定有手推部(203)。
