背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或者两者兼有引起。糖尿病长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损伤、功能障碍。
目前,常规治疗糖尿病的药物,主要是口服降糖药和胰岛素,但其均有不同程度的毒副反应,给糖尿病患者带来新的病痛。为此,我们提出一种调理高血糖的配方茶。

一种调理高血糖的配方茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、提取:将水加热至50-70℃,配方茶的原料,保温20-60min,用300目滤布过滤得茶汤,其中茶叶与水的质量比为1-20:1000;
S2、浸泡:对提取完成后的茶叶原料进行浸泡,浸泡时间为30-60min;
S3、晾晒:浸泡完成后将茶叶原料进行平铺,然后进行晾晒;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的原料纯天然,无任何添加剂,是一种天然绿色保健养生茶,所选原料均来自国家卫计委批准的“药食同源”原料目录,其安全性高,不会对人体产生毒副作用,解决了常规治疗糖尿病的药物,主要是口服降糖药和胰岛素,但其均有不同程度的毒副反应,给糖尿病患者带来新病痛的问题。

一种调理高血糖的配方茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、提取:将水加热至50-70℃,配方茶的原料,保温20-60min,用300目滤布过滤得茶汤,其中茶叶与水的质量比为1-20:1000;
S2、浸泡:对提取完成后的茶叶原料进行浸泡,浸泡时间为30-60min;
S3、晾晒:浸泡完成后将茶叶原料进行平铺,然后进行晾晒;
S4、烘干:对晾晒完成后的茶叶使用烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-30min;
S5、包装:对烘干完成后的茶叶进行粉碎混合,然后进行分装,分装后按3.5克包装,得到成品。

本发明采用黄精、蒲公英、红茶、绿茶、枸杞、山楂、小蓟、决明子、山药泥、茯苓、薄荷等药食同源的原材,按照中医君臣佐使配比,五色养五脏的选材对肝、心、脾、肺、肾进行综合调理,具有明显的降糖的功效,有效预防糖尿病的各种并发症,且绿色天然安全,不会对人体产生毒副作用,对高血糖具有很好的调节作用,坚持服用能有效降低血糖,有效减少降糖西药的摄入,而且长期服用也不会产生耐药性,效果显著,成本低廉,能够满足高血压人群的需求,经过临床试验,服用上述方法制成的黄蒲茶,每天1袋,开水冲泡服用,15天血糖平稳下降,2个月血糖稳定,减停所有降糖药。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调理高血糖的配方茶,其特征在于:所述配方茶的主要原料及重量份分别是:黄精5份、蒲公英4份、红茶2份、绿茶2份、枸杞3份、山楂3份、小蓟2份、决明子2份、山药3份、茯苓3份、薄荷1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种调理高血糖的配方茶,其特征在于:所述配方茶的主要原料及重量份分别是:黄精3份、蒲公英2份、红茶1份、绿茶1份、枸杞3份、山楂2份、小蓟1份、决明子2份、山药3份、茯苓3份、薄荷1份。
4.一种调理高血糖的配方茶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
