Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a multifunctional skin cleaner comprises a main member 1, wherein a first cylindrical brush 2 for removing adhesive plaster marks, a second cylindrical brush 3 for scrubbing perineum and a driving device for driving the cylindrical brush to rotate are arranged on the main member 1, the rotation axes of the first cylindrical brush 2 and the second cylindrical brush 3 are positioned on the same straight line, and the driving device is positioned between the first cylindrical brush 2 and the second cylindrical brush 3; the brush also comprises an inner sleeve 4 and an outer sleeve 5 which can move and retract along the extending direction, wherein the inner sleeve 4 and the outer sleeve 5 are arranged on the main component 1, and the two sleeves can be sleeved outside the two column-shaped brushes respectively.
