Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "for example" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A video information transmission method, comprising,
under the state of receiving an externally input video request, reading a video permission matched with the video request according to the video request;
inquiring target data matched with the video request according to the video permission;
and forming a transmission signal output according to the target data and the sound signal matched with the target data.
2. The video information transmission method according to claim 1, wherein the video right includes an initial right, and the executing of the target data matched with the video request according to the video right specifically includes:
reading the image picture in each current acquisition area under the state that the video authority is the initial authority;
acquiring a first type of target figure image matched with the initial authority according to the image picture;
connecting a video acquisition device matched with the first type of target person image in a state of acquiring the first type of target person image;
and reading the target image acquired by the video acquisition device and the sound signal matched with the target image.
3. The video information transmission method according to claim 1, wherein the video rights include basic rights, and the executing of the target data matched with the video request according to the video rights query specifically includes:
playing the video request under the state that the video authority is the basic authority, and reading the image picture in each current acquisition area under the state that the video request is passed;
acquiring a second type target figure image matched with the initial authority according to the image picture;
connecting a video acquisition device matched with the second type of target figure image in the state of acquiring the second type of target figure image;
and reading the target image acquired by the video acquisition device and the sound signal matched with the target image.
4. The method for transmitting video information according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the step of obtaining the first type of target person image matching the initial right according to the image picture comprises:
performing image cutting processing on the image picture to form a first target person cut image under the condition that a first type of target person matched with the initial authority exists in the image picture;
forming the first type of target person image according to the first target person segmentation image; or,
the step of acquiring the second type of target person image matched with the initial authority according to the image picture comprises the following steps:
performing image cutting processing on the image picture to form a second target person cutting image under the condition that a second type of target person matched with the initial authority exists in the image picture;
and forming the second type target person image according to the second target person cutting image.
5. A video information transmission system, comprising,
the reading unit reads the video permission matched with the video request according to the video request in a state of receiving the video request input from the outside;
the query unit is used for querying target data matched with the video request according to the video permission;
and the transmission signal forming unit forms a transmission signal output according to the target data and the sound signal matched with the target data.
6. The video information transmission system according to claim 5, wherein said video right includes an initial right, said inquiry unit includes,
the first image display device reads the image picture in each current acquisition area under the state that the video authority is the initial authority;
the first adaptive device acquires a first type of target figure image matched with the initial authority according to the image picture;
the first connecting device is used for connecting the video acquisition device matched with the first type of target person image in the state of acquiring the first type of target person image;
the first reading device reads the target image collected by the video collecting device and the sound signal matched with the target image.
7. The video information transmission system according to claim 5, wherein the video rights include basic rights, and the query unit specifically includes:
the second image display device plays the video request under the state that the video authority is the basic authority, and reads the image picture in each current acquisition area under the state that the video request is passed;
the second adaptive device acquires a second type target figure image matched with the initial authority according to the image picture;
the second connecting device is used for connecting the video acquisition device matched with the second type of target figure image in the state of acquiring the second type of target figure image;
and the second reading device is used for reading the target image acquired by the video acquisition device and the sound signal matched with the target image.
8. The video information transmission system according to claim 6 or 7, wherein said first adapting means comprises:
the first cutter is used for performing image cutting processing on the image picture to form a first target person cutting image under the condition that a first type of target person matched with the initial authority exists in the image picture;
a first image former that forms the first type of target person image from the first target person cut image; or,
the second adapting means comprise the first adapting means comprise,
the second cutter is used for performing image cutting processing on the image picture to form a second target person cutting image under the condition that a second type of target person matched with the initial authority exists in the image picture;
and a first image former for forming the second type of target person image from the second target person cut image.
9. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method of video information transmission as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method for video information transmission according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
