Description

Extraction method of coconut shell fiber
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textiles, in particular to a method for extracting coconut shell fibers.
Background
The coconut shell is endocarp of coconut of Palmae, and contains ash 0.61%, lignin 36.51%, cellulose 53.06%, and pentosan 29.27% (total amount). It can be used for treating yin wind cold and heat. The plant morphology is detailed in coconut husk strips. Patterns and characters are carved on the coconut shell, and even doll head images and folk artworks of various birds and rains are manufactured. The coconut shell contains a large amount of fibers, and the coconut shell fibers can be used for producing small carpets, mats, ropes, filter cloth and the like; secondly, because the coconut fibers are degradable and do not cause harm to the ecological environment, the coconut fibers can be used for processing the non-woven fabric for soil control; in addition, the coconut shell fiber has strong toughness, and can be used as a reinforcing base of the composite material instead of synthetic fiber. However, the traditional process of extracting and processing coconut fiber makes the prepared fiber coarse, heavy and uneven, so that the final application of the fiber is very limited, and a large amount of coconut shells are directly treated as garbage every year.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an extraction method of coconut shell fiber, which has the advantages of uniform extracted coconut shell fiber, less impurities and low residual fat rate, and ensures the quality of the coconut shell fiber.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a method for extracting coconut shell fiber comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the coconut shell to obtain crushed coconut shell blocks for later use;
(2) adding deionized water and lipase into a jar, uniformly mixing, heating to 45 ℃, keeping constant temperature, placing broken coconut shells into the jar, soaking for 2-3h, and filtering;
(3) adding sodium hydroxide solution into a cooking pot, adding the coconut shells filtered in the step (2), heating and pressurizing, cooking for 1-1.5h, taking out after cooking, and washing with water for 10-15 min;
(4) dissecting the coconut shells washed in the step (3) into crude fibers by using a filamentization machine, and washing for 10-15min by using water;
(5) uniformly mixing deionized water, chlorine dioxide and sodium carbonate, adding the crude fiber washed in the step (4), soaking for 30-40min, taking out, and washing for 15-20min by using hot water;
(6) and (5) dehydrating and drying the crude fiber washed in the step (5), and then loosening by using a carding machine to obtain the coconut shell fiber.
Preferably, in the step (1), the length of the coconut shell fragments is 5-7 cm.
Preferably, in the step (2), the addition amount of the lipase is 0.6-0.8% of the mass of the deionized water.
Preferably, in the step (3), the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 0.5% -1%.
Preferably, in the step (3), the heating temperature is controlled to be between 105 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the pressurizing pressure is controlled to be between 14.7 and 18.3 MPa.
Preferably, in the step (5), the hot water temperature is 80-90 ℃.
Preferably, in the step (5), the concentration of the sodium carbonate is 5% and the concentration of the chlorine dioxide is 3% -5%.
Preferably, in the step (6), the loosening method is to perform coarse loosening for 1-2 times and then perform fine loosening for 2-4 times.
Preferably, in the step (6), the dehydration drying method is vacuum drying.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) and (3) performing first degreasing through enzymolysis in the step (2), wherein in the step (3), under the condition of high-temperature and high-pressure alkali liquor immersion, fat in the coconut shells and sodium hydroxide generate sodium aliphatate dissolved in water, polysaccharides are dissolved, hemicellulose is decomposed, hydroxyl, lignin and colloid in the coconut shells are reduced, and second degreasing of the coconut shells is realized.
(2) And (3) firstly, the coconut shells are dissected into crude fibers, then the crude fibers are soaked in the solution obtained in the step (5), so that the crude fibers can be fully softened, and then, the coconut shell fibers can be degreased again by utilizing vacuum drying.
(3) The coconut fiber prepared by the method greatly reduces the residual fat rate and the residual gum rate, and the prepared fiber has uniform thickness and length and less impurities, thereby ensuring the quality of the coconut fiber.
