Abstract

本发明提供了一种粉刷石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,先将矿渣、硅酸盐水泥熟料磨细,然后按重量份将1~6份的矿渣、1~6份的硅酸盐水泥熟料、0.1~0.5份的硅灰混合制成粉刷石膏缓凝剂。本方法解决了粉刷石膏可操作性差的问题,且缓凝剂制备工艺简单、生产成本低、能耗低,能够降低对有机类石膏缓凝剂的使用,节约能源。本方法也为矿渣的资源化利用提供了一条新途径。

一种粉刷石膏缓凝剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉刷石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,可用于粉刷石膏的生产。
背景技术
石膏材料以其变形小、耐火性好和对人体无害特点,已成为现代建筑常用的新型建筑材料,其性能优异,具有安全、舒适、环保等优点。石膏建筑材料的突出缺点是凝结快,初凝时间一般仅为几分钟至十几分钟,不能满足建筑施工操作时间的要求,一般的解决方法是向石膏材料中中掺加石膏缓凝剂来延长其凝结时间。常用的石膏缓凝剂主要是有机酸类,包括柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、多聚磷酸钠及蛋白质类;虽然也能起到调节石膏材料凝结时间的作用,但这类缓凝剂生产工艺复杂、能耗高、成本高,对石膏材料的强度损失较大。因此,本发明提供了一种无机类石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,具有制备工艺简单、生产成本低的特点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种粉刷石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,可应用于粉刷石膏生产与应用,满足生产、施工的需要。
一种粉刷石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,具体方法为:
先将矿渣、硅酸盐水泥熟料磨细,然后按重量份将1~6份的矿渣、1~6份的硅酸盐水泥熟料、0.1~0.5份的硅灰混合制成粉刷石膏缓凝剂。
在上述方法中,所述矿渣的比表面积为400~550m2/kg。
在上述方法中,所述硅酸盐水泥熟料的比表面积为350~450m2/kg。
本发明的积极有益效果:本发明以矿渣、硅酸盐水泥熟料、硅灰为主要原料制成粉刷石膏缓凝剂,能够合理控制粉刷石膏材料的凝结时间,满足生产和施工需要。本方法解决了粉刷石膏可操作性差的问题,且缓凝剂制备工艺简单、生产成本低、能耗低,能够降低对有机类石膏缓凝剂的使用,节约能源。本方法也为矿渣的资源化利用提供了一条新途径。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作详细说明。本发明的实施例和对比例测试方法均按照《GBT 28627-2012抹灰石膏》标准进行。
实施例一
将2份的矿渣(比表面积416m2/kg)、4份的硅酸盐水泥熟料(比表面积397m2/kg)、0.1份的硅灰混合制成粉刷石膏缓凝剂,然后加入到建筑石膏中制成粉刷石膏;按照标准GBT 28627-2012测试粉刷石膏的凝结时间。
实施例二
将1份的矿渣(比表面积537m2/kg)、6份的硅酸盐水泥熟料(比表面积438m2/kg)、0.3份的硅灰混合制成粉刷石膏缓凝剂,然后加入到建筑石膏中制成粉刷石膏;按照标准GBT 28627-2012测试粉刷石膏的凝结时间。
实施例三
将6份的矿渣(比表面积434m2/kg)、1份的硅酸盐水泥熟料(比表面积424m2/kg)、0.4份的硅灰混合制成粉刷石膏缓凝剂,然后加入到建筑石膏中制成粉刷石膏;按照标准GBT 28627-2012测试粉刷石膏的凝结时间。
实施例四
将3份的矿渣(比表面积513m2/kg)、3份的硅酸盐水泥熟料(比表面积362m2/kg)、0.5份的硅灰混合制成粉刷石膏缓凝剂,然后加入到建筑石膏中制成粉刷石膏;按照标准GBT 28627-2012测试粉刷石膏的凝结时间。

1.一种粉刷石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,具体为:先将矿渣、硅酸盐水泥熟料磨细,然后按重量份将1~6份的矿渣、1~6份的硅酸盐水泥熟料、0.1~0.5份的硅灰混合制成粉刷石膏缓凝剂;所述矿渣的比表面积为400~550m2/kg;所述硅酸盐水泥熟料的比表面积为350~450m2/kg;所述粉刷石膏缓凝剂的掺量为5wt%。
