A brake pedal (pedal for short) is a potentiometer-type sensor, and the pedal is located at different positions corresponding to different voltages. Taking the external device as an example, specifically, a diagnostic apparatus is assumed, in which an identifier for indicating whether the determination method is successfully executed is preset and is predefined, when the identifier is equal to 1, the determination method is successfully executed, and when the identifier is equal to 0, the determination method is failed to be executed. In the invention, when the vehicle control unit judges that the determination method is triggered and executed by a person through controlling the diagnostic apparatus at present, the vehicle control unit may send a failure message to the diagnostic apparatus, so that a value of an identifier used for indicating whether the determination method is successfully executed in the diagnostic apparatus is set to 0. When the maintenance personnel see that the identification in the diagnostic instrument is equal to 0, the current brake pedal can be determined to have problems in time, and therefore the brake pedal is detected and maintained.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, as a further preferable mode of the present invention, when the present invention determines in step 205 that the determining method is not triggered by human, the present invention may wait for a preset second time before returning to step 202.
The preset second time may be defined by referring to a time required for initializing the vehicle control unit, that is, an execution time required in step 201. For example, if the preset second time is equal to or greater than the execution time 1s required in step 201, the present invention waits for 1s and then returns to step 202 when it is determined in step 205 that the determination method is not triggered by human. During the waiting time of 1s, the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal provided by the invention can be recovered to the initial state, the vehicle-mounted system is recovered to the stable state, and at this time, the step 202 is executed again. The initial state refers to a state before step 202 is executed, and the stable state to which the vehicle-mounted system is restored includes, for example: after the external force for treading the brake pedal disappears, the brake pedal is restored to the original position, and the original position of the brake pedal is the position of the brake pedal before the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is triggered and executed.
In the practical application process of the invention, various abnormal conditions such as system downtime, processing delay and the like may occur, and after the abnormal conditions occur, the determination process of the initial voltage value of the brake pedal may be influenced by the abnormal conditions, so that the determination of the initial voltage value of the brake pedal cannot be normally completed. In view of this, the present invention further provides that the determining method may further include: and detecting whether a judgment result is obtained within the preset first time, wherein the judgment result comprises a first result of whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value, a second result of whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is smaller than a preset second threshold value, and a third result of determining the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal as the initial voltage value of the brake pedal.
More specifically, the first result of whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than the preset first threshold value includes: the result that the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value and the result that the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is not greater than the preset first threshold value; the second result of whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than the preset second threshold value includes: the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is smaller than a preset second threshold value, and the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is not smaller than the preset second threshold value.
In the present invention, if the determination result is not obtained within the first time, it may be directly determined that the determination of the initial voltage value of the brake pedal fails, and then step 205 is performed.
The invention provides a method for determining an initial voltage value of a brake pedal in a pure electric vehicle, which is applied to a vehicle control unit and belongs to a self-learning method of the vehicle control unit. By the method, the initial voltage value of the brake pedal in the pure electric vehicle can be accurately determined.
The invention also provides a triggering method set for the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal, which is specifically used for triggering and executing the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal, and the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and described above. As shown in fig. 3, the triggering method provided by the present invention may include:
step 301, judging whether a request sent by an external device for triggering execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is currently received. If so, step 302 is performed, and if not, step 303 is performed.

In the triggering method provided by the invention, when a request sent by an external device for triggering and executing the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is not received, the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is determined to be actively triggered and executed by a vehicle controller once by sequentially judging that the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is not successfully executed and when the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is not triggered and executed, so that the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is ensured to be actively triggered and executed once by the vehicle controller before the vehicle is triggered and executed from a production line to a diagnosis device, and the vehicle can be ensured to normally run from the production line.
Therefore, the invention can be used for determining the pedal position after the vehicle is electrified for the first time in production line, and ensures that the vehicle can normally run to an EOL (diagnosis device) before the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is determined. In the invention, the determination process of the initial voltage value of the brake pedal can be triggered by a diagnosis service (namely a vehicle control unit) or manually by means of external equipment.
Based on the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal provided by the invention in the previous text, the invention further provides a device for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal, as shown in fig. 4, the device may include:
the first judging unit 10 is configured to judge whether a maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold within a preset first time;
a second determining unit 20, configured to determine whether a voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is smaller than a preset second threshold within the preset first time;
the initial voltage value determining unit 30 is configured to determine the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal as the initial voltage value of the brake pedal when the first determining unit 10 determines that the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value within the preset first time, and the second determining unit 20 determines that the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than a preset second threshold value within the preset first time.
Optionally, the determining means may further include:
a third determining unit, configured to determine whether the determining method is triggered manually when the first determining unit 10 determines that the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is not greater than a preset first threshold within a preset first time, or when the second determining unit 20 determines that the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is not less than a preset second threshold within the preset first time, or when a determination result is not obtained within the preset first time, where the determination result includes a first result of whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than the preset first threshold, a second result of whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than the preset second threshold, or a third result of determining the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal as the initial voltage value of the brake pedal;
a result output unit, configured to output a determination failure result when the third determination unit determines that the determination method is artificially triggered;
the first determining unit 10 is further configured to, when the third determining unit determines that the determining method is not artificially triggered, perform the step of determining whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value within a preset first time again, and the second determining unit 20 is further configured to, when the third determining unit determines that the determining method is not artificially triggered, perform the step of determining whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than a preset second threshold value within the preset first time again.
Based on the triggering method provided by the invention in the previous text, the invention further provides a triggering device, wherein the triggering device is used for triggering and executing the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal, and the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal. As shown in fig. 5, the triggering device may include:
a fourth judging unit 100, configured to judge whether a request sent by an external device for triggering execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is currently received;
a triggering unit 200, configured to trigger execution of the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal when the fourth determining unit 100 determines that the request is received;
a fifth judging unit 300, configured to judge whether the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method has been successfully executed when the fourth judging unit 100 judges that the request has not been received;
a first determining unit 400, configured to determine that execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determining method is not triggered any more when the fifth judging unit 300 judges that the brake pedal initial voltage value determining method has been successfully executed;
a sixth judging unit 500, configured to judge whether the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is triggered to be executed when the fifth judging unit 300 judges that the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is not successfully executed;
a second determining unit 600, configured to determine that the execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determining method is no longer triggered when the sixth determining unit 500 determines that the execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determining method is triggered;
the triggering unit 200 is further configured to trigger the execution of the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal when the sixth determining unit 500 determines that the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal has not been triggered to be executed.

Claims (10)

1. A method of determining an initial brake pedal voltage value, the method comprising:
judging whether the maximum voltage value of a brake pedal in a preset first time is greater than a preset first threshold value or not, and judging whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal in the preset first time is less than a preset second threshold value or not, wherein the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is the difference value between the maximum voltage value and the minimum voltage value of the brake pedal in the preset first time;
and if the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value within the preset first time and the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than a preset second threshold value, determining the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal as the initial voltage value of the brake pedal.
2. The determination method according to claim 1, wherein before determining whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value within a preset first time and determining whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than a preset second threshold value within the preset first time, the determination method further comprises:
initializing a vehicle control unit; after the initialization of the vehicle control unit is completed, the steps of judging whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value within a preset first time and judging whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than a preset second threshold value within the preset first time are executed.

The determination method according to claim 1, wherein when it is determined that the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is not greater than a preset first threshold value within a preset first time, or when it is determined that the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is not less than a preset second threshold value within the preset first time, or when no determination result is obtained within the preset first time, the determination result includes a first result of whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than the preset first threshold value, a second result of whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than the preset second threshold value, and a third result of determining the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal as the initial voltage value of the brake pedal, the determination method further comprising:
judging whether the determination method is artificially triggered or not;
if yes, outputting a determination failure result;
if not, returning to the step of judging whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value within a preset first time and judging whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than a preset second threshold value within the preset first time.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein when it is determined that the method of determination is not artificially triggered, the method of determination further comprises:
and after waiting for a preset second time, returning to execute the steps of judging whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than a preset first threshold value within a preset first time, and judging whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than a preset second threshold value within the preset first time.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein said determining whether the determination is artificially triggered comprises:
judging whether the received trigger information for triggering the execution of the determination method comes from an external device;
if yes, judging that the determining method is artificially triggered;
if not, judging that the determining method is triggered autonomously.

A triggering method, wherein the triggering method is used for triggering execution of a brake pedal initial voltage value determination method, wherein the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method according to any one of claims 1 to 5; the triggering method comprises the following steps:
judging whether a request sent by external equipment for triggering execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is received currently;
if the request is received, triggering to execute the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method;
if the request is not received, judging whether the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is successfully executed;
determining that execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is no longer triggered if the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method has been successfully executed;
if the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is not successfully executed, judging whether the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is triggered to be executed or not;
determining that the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is not triggered to be executed any more if the brake pedal initial voltage value determination method is triggered to be executed;
and triggering to execute the initial brake pedal voltage value determination method if the initial brake pedal voltage value determination method is not triggered to be executed.
7. The triggering method according to claim 6, wherein the judging whether a request sent by an external device for triggering the execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determining method is currently received comprises:
and when the system is detected to be powered on, judging whether a request sent by external equipment for triggering the execution of the brake pedal initial voltage value determining method is received currently.
8. A brake pedal initial voltage value determination apparatus, characterized in that the determination apparatus comprises:
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal in a preset first time is greater than a preset first threshold value or not;

a third determining unit, configured to determine whether the determining device is triggered manually, when the first determining unit determines that the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is not greater than a preset first threshold within a preset first time, or when the second determining unit determines that the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is not less than a preset second threshold within the preset first time, or when a determination result is not obtained within the preset first time, where the determination result includes a first result of whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than the preset first threshold, a second result of whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than the preset second threshold, or a third result of determining the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal as the initial voltage value of the brake pedal;
a result output unit configured to output a determination failure result when the third determination unit determines that the determination device is artificially triggered;
the first judging unit is further configured to, when the third judging unit judges that the determining device is not manually triggered, perform the step of judging whether the maximum voltage value of the brake pedal is greater than the preset first threshold value within the preset first time again, and the second judging unit is further configured to, when the third judging unit judges that the determining device is not manually triggered, perform the step of judging whether the voltage fluctuation value of the brake pedal is less than the preset second threshold value within the preset first time again.

the triggering unit is further configured to trigger execution of the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal when the sixth judging unit judges that execution of the method for determining the initial voltage value of the brake pedal is not triggered.
