In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, a razor head 100 includes: a main blade 110, a soft gel structure 120 and a blade holder 130. The soft rubber structure 120 includes a soft rubber body 121 and a first protrusion set 122. The first protrusion set 122 is mounted on the soft rubber body 121. Wherein the first protrusion set 122 comprises a plurality of first protrusions 1221. The first protrusions 1221 are disposed on the flexible glue body 121 at intervals along the length direction of the flexible glue body 121. The blade bracket 130 is provided with a blade mounting groove 131 and a soft rubber mounting groove 132. The soft rubber mounting groove 132 is provided to extend along the circumferential direction of the blade mounting groove 131. The main blade 110 is mounted on the inner side wall of the blade mounting groove 131. The flexible glue structure 120 is mounted on the inner side wall of the flexible glue mounting groove 132.
The razor head 100 described above is made of soft plasticThe structure 120 is mounted on the blade holder 130, so that the shaver head 100 has good flexibility, and the comfort level in the shaving process is greatly improved, thereby being beneficial to enhancing the experience of the user in the shaving process. Meanwhile, during shaving, since the soft rubber mounting groove 132 is arranged along the circumferential extension of the blade mounting groove 131, the soft rubber body 121 may be brought into contact with the skin in advance before the main blade 110 is brought into contact with the skin. The flexible glue body 121 is provided with a first protrusion set 122, and the first protrusion set 122 includes a plurality of first protrusions 1221 that are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the flexible glue body 121. In this way, the first protrusions 1221 collide with the skin in advance than the main blade 110 during shaving, so that the beard stands completely between two adjacent first protrusions 1221 before contacting the main blade 110, thereby facilitating better beard removal by the main blade 110. In addition, the soft rubber structure 120 is mounted on the inner side wall of the soft rubber mounting groove 132, so that the soft rubber structure 120 is effectively prevented from being directly exposed on the surface of the blade bracket 130, and the soft rubber structure 120 can be more stably mounted on the blade bracket 130. For easy understanding of the length of the soft rubber body 121 in this embodiment, take fig. 4 as an example, the length of the soft rubber body 121 is L in fig. 4 0 The distance represented. In this embodiment, in particular, in order to enhance the experience of the razor head 100, the first protrusions 1221 are soft rubber.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the flexible glue body 121 includes a first fixing strip 1212, a carrier 1211 and a second fixing strip 1213 sequentially connected to each other. A plurality of the first protrusions 1221 are provided at intervals on the carrier 1211. The soft rubber mounting groove 132 includes a first split groove 1321, a second split groove 1322 and a third split groove 1323 which are sequentially communicated. The first fixing bar 1212 is mounted on the inner sidewall of the first split groove 1321. The carrier 1211 is mounted on the inner side wall of the second split groove 1322. The second fixing bar 1213 is mounted on the inner sidewall of the third split groove 1323. In this manner, the soft gel structure 120 is more tightly coupled to the blade holder 130, thereby making the overall structure of the razor head 100 more compact.
Further, referring to fig. 6, an abutting portion 125 is disposed on a side of the carrier 1211 facing away from the first protrusion set 122. The interference portion 125 is used to interfere with the blade holder 130. When the first protrusion set 122 on the carrier 1211 abuts against the skin, the carrier 1211 is the soft adhesive structure 120 and has a certain flexibility, so that the soft adhesive body 121 is bent and deformed at a side facing away from the first protrusion set 122 during shaving. In this embodiment, the supporting member 1211 is provided with the abutting portion 125, and the abutting portion 125 is in abutting fit with the blade support 130, so that the structural strength of the soft rubber body 121 is improved, and bending deformation of the soft rubber body 121 during shaving is effectively avoided. Meanwhile, the first fixing strip 1212 and the second fixing strip 1213 are respectively provided with an anti-slip strip 124. It can be seen that the first protrusions 1221 of the present embodiment have a zigzag structure, which is advantageous in increasing the friction of the soft gel structure 120 on the skin, thereby improving the feel during shaving. Meanwhile, the user rubs the skin through the first protrusions 1221 of the fold line type, so that the beard is rubbed with the third protrusion section 1224, the second protrusion section 1223 and the first protrusion section 1222 in sequence, respectively, thereby accurately finding out the position of the beard or judging whether the beard is scraped. In this embodiment, an end of the third protruding section 1224 away from the soft rubber body 121 is in an arc structure, and the third protruding section 1224 is in smooth transition engagement with the soft rubber body 121. In this manner, the third raised section 1224 is allowed to smoothly slide over the skin during shaving, resulting in an enhanced skin experience on the first raised 1221, which is beneficial for improving the comfort of the shaver head 100.
Further, the shaver head 100 further includes a second protrusion set 123, and the second protrusion set 123 is mounted on the soft rubber body 121And the first protrusion group 122 is spaced apart from the second protrusion group 123; the second protrusion set 123 includes a plurality of second protrusions 1231, and the plurality of second protrusions 1231 are disposed on the flexible glue body 121 along the length direction of the flexible glue body 121 at intervals. In this way, during shaving, the second protrusions 1231 collide with the skin in advance than the main blade 110, so that the beard is completely erected between two adjacent second protrusions 1231 before contacting with the main blade 110, and the beard is fully exposed, thereby being more beneficial to the main blade 110 to remove the beard better. For easy understanding of the length of the soft rubber body 121 in this embodiment, take fig. 4 as an example, the length of the soft rubber body 121 is L in fig. 4 0 The distance represented. In this embodiment, in particular, in order to improve the experience of the razor head 100, the second protrusions 1231 are soft rubber. The securing member 160 is used to abut the top blade 150 against the blade support 130. The positioning piece 136 passes through the first positioning hole 151, so that the top blade 150 is positioned on the blade bracket 130, and the top blade 150 is limited to move in the plane of the vertical positioning piece 136, so that the top blade 150 is effectively prevented from loosening all around in the use process; the first clamping part 137 and the second clamping part 162 are clamped and matched, so that the fixing piece 160 is arranged on the blade support 130, and the top blade 150 is abutted to the blade support 130 through the fixing piece 160, so that the top blade 150 is effectively limited to move along the direction of the positioning piece 136, the top blade 150 is more stably arranged on the blade support 130, and the temple trimming effect of the shaver head 100 is greatly improved. When the positioning members 136 are more than two, and the more than two positioning members 136 respectively pass through the first positioning holes 151 on the top blade 150, the top blade 150 cannot move in the plane of the vertical positioning members 136, but cannot rotate around the positioning members 136, so that the top blade 150 is more stably positioned on the blade support 130. When the positioning member 136 is one, the first positioning hole 151 may be designed to have a non-circular hole structure, such as a square hole, an oval hole, a polygonal hole, etc., in order to prevent the top blade 150 from rotating. In this embodiment, more than one second positioning hole 161 is provided on the fixing member 160, the second positioning holes 161 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning members 136, and the positioning members 136 can penetrate into the second positioning holes 161.

The flexible member 170 is provided with at least two third protrusions 171 spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the flexible member 170. As such, in the temple-trimming process, the temples stand between the adjacent two third protrusions 171 by the third protrusions 171 abutting against the skin, thereby facilitating the top blade 150 to be in sufficient contact with the temples. In order to facilitate understanding of the length of the flexible member 170, taking fig. 10 as an example, the length of the flexible member 170 is L in fig. 10 1 The distance represented.
Further, the blade holder 130 is provided with at least two fourth protrusions 139 along the length direction of the blade holder 130, the third protrusions 171 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the fourth protrusions 139, and the third protrusions 171 and the fourth protrusions 139 are correspondingly matched to clamp the cutting edge of the top blade 150. In this way, the third protrusion 171 and the fourth protrusion 139 clamp the edge of the top blade 150 during the temple trimming process, thereby being more beneficial to improving the temple trimming effect of the shaver head 100. In order to facilitate understanding of the length of the blade holder 130, taking fig. 3 as an example, the length of the blade holder 130 is L in fig. 3 2 The distance represented.
In one embodiment, blade mount surface 138 is provided on blade support 130. The blade holder 130 is further provided with a holder carrying surface 1381. The fixture bearing surface 1381 is configured to bear the fixture 160, and the fixture bearing surface 1381 is disposed at an acute angle to the blade mounting surface 138. In order to facilitate understanding that the insert mounting surface 138 is disposed at an acute angle to the mount-carrying surface 1381, for example, fig. 3 shows that the insert mounting surface 138 and the mount-carrying surface 1381 form an angle θ shown in fig. 3, which is smaller than 90 ° and larger than 0 °. Meanwhile, the first clamping portion 137 includes a first clamping slot 1371 and a second clamping slot 1372. The first slot 1371 and the second slot 1372 are disposed on the blade bracket 130 at intervals. The second clamping portion 162 includes a first clamping block 1621 and a second clamping block 1622. The first clamping block 1621 and the second clamping block 1622 are disposed on the fixing member 160 at intervals, and when the first clamping block 1621 is clamped into the first clamping slot 1371 and the second clamping block 1622 is clamped into the second clamping slot 1372, the fixing member 160 is mounted on the blade bracket 130. Thus, the fixing member 160 is more stably mounted on the blade holder 130.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the razor head 100 further includes a clip member 180. The number of primary blades 110 is plural. A plurality of cutter holders 1311 are spaced apart on the inner sidewall of the cutter mounting groove 131. The main blades 110 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the blade holders 1311. The main blade 110 is mounted on the blade holder 1311. The clamping members 180 are respectively clamped with the blade holders 1311. In this way, the main blade 110 is stably mounted on the blade holder 130, which is advantageous for improving structural stability of the razor head 100. Specifically, in this embodiment, there are two clamping members 180, and the two clamping members 180 are respectively clamped at two ends of the tool rest 1311.
