Further, the locator is a V-shaped locating block, an opening of the V-shaped locating block is opposite to the piston, a circumferential locating block is arranged on the inner side of the opening of the V-shaped locating block, the piston guide rail comprises a pair of angle frames which are arranged in a back-to-back mode and are separated by a certain distance, a sliding groove is formed between the two angle frames, and the piston is located in the sliding groove.

The relay thread micro-plating repairing and positioning device comprises a base 1, a clamping cylinder 2 and a cylinder support 3 for fixing the clamping cylinder 2, wherein a part support 4 with a round opening on the top surface is arranged on the base 1, an electroplating assembly 5 and an elastic connecting assembly 6 are arranged on the base 1 right below the round opening of the part support 4, a positioner 7 and a piston guide rail 8 are respectively arranged on two sides of the round opening of the part support 4, a piston 9 is arranged in the piston guide rail 8, and the telescopic end of the clamping cylinder 2 is connected with the piston 9.
The positioner 7 is a V-shaped positioning block 7, an opening of the V-shaped positioning block 7 is opposite to the piston 9, a circumferential positioning block 71 is arranged on the inner side of the opening of the V-shaped positioning block 7, the piston guide rail 8 comprises a pair of corner brackets which are arranged back to back and are spaced at a certain distance, a sliding groove is formed between the two corner brackets, and the piston is positioned in the sliding groove.
The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, and the piston is pushed to move along the chute mainly by the clamping cylinder, so that the relay is clamped, and the relay is fixed between parts. In the structure, a circumferential positioning block is arranged on the inner side of an opening of the V-shaped positioning block, and when the relay is pushed to be clamped by the V-shaped positioning block, the circumferential positioning block can block the small protruding strips to prevent the relay from rotating.

The screw-thread column to be repaired stretches into the annular electrode groove, if electrolyte overflows from the annular electrode groove, the electrolyte can be collected through the plastic overflow groove, and in addition, the annular electrode groove and the plastic overflow groove are eccentrically arranged, so that the electrolyte collected by the plastic overflow groove can be conveniently sucked out from one wider side.
In this structure, the elastic connection assembly 6 includes a sleeve 61 and a T-shaped elastic block 62, a sinking groove is formed at the top of the sleeve 61, a spring 63 is disposed along the direction of the sinking groove, the T-shaped elastic block 62 includes a vertical rod 621 and an upper circular plate 622 horizontally fixed at the top end of the vertical rod 621, and the vertical rod 621 is inserted into the sinking groove to be connected with the top end of the spring 63. In addition, in the invention, the threaded column supported by the elastic connecting component is used as a conductive stud, the sleeve is insulated, the T-shaped elastic block is conductive and externally connected with electroplating power supply equipment, the annular electrode groove is connected with one end of the electroplating power supply, and the T-shaped elastic block is connected with the other end of the electroplating power supply. In practical cases, a control switch is generally opened between the two threaded columns, when the threads need to be repaired by electroplating, 12V voltage is provided for the relay, the switch between the two threaded columns is closed, the two threaded columns are electrified, the smooth electric connection of the relay contacts and the like during the electroplating of the relay is ensured, and the electroplating work of the threaded columns to be repaired is completed.
Finally, in the embodiment of the invention, in order to stably support the clamping cylinder, a specific structure of the cylinder bracket is disclosed, the cylinder bracket 3 comprises a transverse plate 31 fixed on the side wall of the part bracket 4, a baffle plate 32 is vertically fixed on the transverse plate 31, and the clamping cylinder 2 is installed on the baffle plate 32.
