本发明公开了一种光氧催化废气处理装置,包括:壳体,在所述壳体下端设置有废气进风口,在所述壳体的上端设置有洁净空气出风口,在所述废气进风口与洁净空气出风口之间的壳体内从下往上依次设置有臭氧过滤棉层、活性炭纤维棉粉尘过滤袋、光触媒催化剂层、烘干层、活性炭吸附层和风机,所述风机的吸风口与废气进风口相互连通,所述风机的排风口与洁净空气出风口相互连通,在所述光触媒催化剂层四周的壳体内均匀排布有若干红外线灯管。

技术领域
本发明涉及废气处理领域,尤其涉及一种光氧催化废气处理装置。
背景技术
随着人工合成化合物越来越复杂,高浓度难降解有机废物对人类环境的危害越来越大。目前,人们使用的废气处理比较单调,一般都是通过一些简单的粉尘收纳和活性炭吸附对废气进行处理,处理效果差,净化、脱臭效果不理想,不能满足国家恶臭污染物的排放标准。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种处理效果好的光氧催化废气处理装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:光氧催化废气处理装置,包括:壳体,在所述壳体下端设置有废气进风口,在所述壳体的上端设置有洁净空气出风口,在所述废气进风口与洁净空气出风口之间的壳体内从下往上依次设置有臭氧过滤棉层、活性炭纤维棉粉尘过滤袋、光触媒催化剂层、烘干层、活性炭吸附层和风机,所述风机的吸风口与废气进风口相互连通,所述风机的排风口与洁净空气出风口相互连通,在所述光触媒催化剂层四周的壳体内均匀排布有若干红外线灯管。
本发明的优点是:上述光氧催化废气处理装置,结构新颖,采用红外线灯管和铝基蜂窝光触媒配合使废气内的难降解有机废物发生充分催化反应转变成低分子无害化合物二氧化碳和水等,除臭率最高可达99%以上,处理效果好,净化、除臭效果大大低于国家颁布的恶臭污染物排放标准。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,光氧催化废气处理装置,包括:壳体1,在所述壳体1下端设置有废气进风口2,在所述壳体1的上端设置有洁净空气出风口3,在所述废气进风口2与洁净空气出风口3之间的壳体1内从下往上依次设置有臭氧过滤棉层4、活性炭纤维棉粉尘过滤袋5、光触媒催化剂层6、烘干层7、活性炭吸附层8和风机9,所述风机9的吸风口与废气进风口2相互连通,所述风机9的排风口与洁净空气出风口3相互连通,在所述光触媒催化剂层6四周的壳体1内均匀排布有若干红外线灯管10。
工作时,启动风机9,有机废气依次经过废气进风口2、臭氧过滤棉层4、活性炭纤维棉粉尘过滤袋5、光触媒催化剂层6、烘干层7、活性炭吸附层8和风机9后通过洁净空气出风口3排出箱体1外,经过光触媒催化剂层6在红外线灯管10的作用下废气内的有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链在催化氧化的过程中转变成低分子化合物二氧化碳、水等,烘干层7可以对催化后产生的水分子进行烘干,防止时间长了导致活性炭潮湿影响吸附剩余有害杂质的性能。
上述光氧催化废气处理装置对废气进行第一重处理时,取用185纳米波段光对废气分子进行催化氧化,使破坏后的分子或原子与臭氧进行结合,使有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链在催化氧化的过程中转变成低分子化合物二氧化碳、水等。
上述光氧催化废气处理装置对废气进行第二重处理时,根据不同的废气成分配置7种以上相对应的惰性催化剂,催化剂采用蜂窝状金属网孔作为载体,全方位与光源接触,惰性催化剂在338纳米光源以下发生催化反应,放大10~30倍光源效果,使其与废气进行充分反应,缩短废气与光源接触时间,从而提高废气净化效率,催化剂还具有类似与植物光合作用,对废气进行净效果。
按照国家标准,笨的排放浓度限制标准为12mg/m3,排放速率限制标准为0.11kg/h;甲笨的排放浓度限制标准为40mg/m3,排放速率限制标准为0.69kg/h;二甲笨的排放浓度限制标准为70mg/m3,排放速率限制标准为0.22kg/h;
非甲烷的排放浓度限制标准为120mg/m3,排放速率限制标准为2.2kg/h;颗粒物的排放浓度限制标准为120mg/m3,排放速率限制标准为0.78kg/h。
处理后:笨的排放浓度检测值为0.458 mg/m3,排放速率检测值为0.00524kg/h;甲笨的排放浓度检测值为0.292mg/m3,排放速率检测值为0.00334kg/h;二甲苯的排放浓度检测值为0 mg/m3,排放速率检测值为0kg/h;非甲烷的排放浓度检测值为6.99 mg/m3,排放速率检测值为0.08kg/h;笨的排放浓度检测值为9.23 mg/m3,排放速率检测值为0.106kg/h。
