Abstract
本发明公开了一种防脱发促进生发的组合物及其制备方法,所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液,普鲁兰多糖,维生素E,羟丙基甲基纤维素,樟脑,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,丙二醇,鳄梨油,水解小麦蛋白,甲基异噻唑啉酮,薄荷醇,防腐剂,L‑胱氨酸,葡糖酸锌,黄脂酸,木聚糖,水溶性果胶,去离子水,所述防脱发促进生发的组合物是经过混合、搅拌等步骤制成的。本发明通过采用黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶为补强体系,提高防脱发促进生发的组合物的防脱发率和促毛发生长率。

【技术领域】
本发明属于护发养护技术,具体涉及一种防脱发促进生发的组合物及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
随着生活节奏的加快,工作压力的加大,越来越多的人为脱发而烦恼。脱发种类繁杂、类型较多,情况各异,常见的有斑秃,早秃,脂溢性脱发三种。斑秃系局限性斑状脱发,其特点为病变处头皮正常,无炎症,无自觉症状,常于无意中发现,头部有圆形或椭圆形脱发斑,秃发区边缘的头发较松,很易拔出,斑秃的病程可持续数月至数年,大多能自愈,但也有反复发作的;早秃好发于男性青壮年,且多见于脑力劳动者,头发干燥缺乏光泽;脂溢性脱发,也多见于青壮年男性,头皮往往油腻发亮或有大量头屑,呈灰白色糠秕状,自觉搔痒,时间长久前额两侧及头顶部毛发开始对称脱落,稀疏变细,患部由于毛囊萎缩,常常导致永久性脱发。由于头发在人的仪容中起着重要的作用,同时也是人身体健康状况的指标,因此生发剂受到越来越多消费者的关注与重视。目前的生发剂可分为化学生发剂和中草药生发剂,化学生发剂的安全性值得商榷,其效果单一,中草药生发剂种类繁多,效果不一,还需要筛选适合的中草药成分。另外,目前的生发剂通常为洗剂或搽剂,使用较为不便,且功效成分在患处的停留时间短,实际疗效并不显著,给患者的治疗带来了困难。
中国专利文献“一种促生发中药喷剂及其制备方法(授权公告号:CN105999215A)”公开了一种促生发中药喷剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:中药乙醇提取液10-30%,普鲁兰多糖1-3%,维生素E0.5-1%,羟丙基甲基纤维素3-5%,樟脑1-3%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-5%,丙二醇8-12%,鳄梨油0.3-0.5%,水解小麦蛋白0.5-1%,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.2%,薄荷醇0.1-0.3%,防腐剂0.1-0.3%,L-胱氨酸0.5-1%,葡糖酸锌0.1-0.3%,余量为去离子水。该发明配伍合理,使用方便,使用舒适性与安全性好,作用时间长,疗效好,能有效促进毛发生长并抑制脱发、油脂分泌及头屑再生的促生发中药喷剂,但是其防脱发率和促毛发生长率方面还有很大的提升空间。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种防脱发促进生发的组合物及其制备方法,以在中国专利文献“一种促生发中药喷剂及其制备方法(授权公告号:CN105999215A)”公开的配方基础上,优化组分、用量、方法等,进一步提高防脱发率和促毛发生长率。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种防脱发促进生发的组合物,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液,普鲁兰多糖,维生素E,羟丙基甲基纤维素,樟脑,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,丙二醇,鳄梨油,水解小麦蛋白,甲基异噻唑啉酮,薄荷醇,防腐剂,L-胱氨酸,葡糖酸锌,黄脂酸,木聚糖,水溶性果胶,去离子水;所述黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶的质量比为(4-8):(1-2):(3-5)。
进一步地,所述黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶的质量比为6:1.5:4。
进一步地,所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液10-20份,普鲁兰多糖1-3份,维生素E0.5-1份,羟丙基甲基纤维素3-5份,樟脑1-3份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-5份,丙二醇8-12份,鳄梨油0.3-0.5份,水解小麦蛋白0.5-1份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.2份,薄荷醇0.1-0.3份,防腐剂0.1-0.3份,L-胱氨酸0.5-1份,葡糖酸锌0.1-0.3份,黄脂酸4-8份、木聚糖1-2份、水溶性果胶3-5份,去离子水60-80份。
进一步地,所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液15份,普鲁兰多糖2份,维生素E0.75份,羟丙基甲基纤维素4份,樟脑2份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份,丙二醇10份,鳄梨油0.4份,水解小麦蛋白0.75份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.15份,薄荷醇0.2份,防腐剂0.2份,L-胱氨酸0.75份,葡糖酸锌0.2份,黄脂酸6份、木聚糖1.5份、水溶性果胶4份,去离子水70份。
进一步地,所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
进一步地,所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,所述中药乙醇提取液通过以下方法制得:按40-50份生姜,20-30份申姜,10-20份川椒,3-5份墨旱莲,1-3份蚕沙,5-10份芦荟,15-20份桑叶,10-15份乌草,15-20份侧柏叶,40-50份红花,10-15份补骨脂,5-10份碎骨补,5-10份当归,15-20份黄芪,5-10份甘草的重量份称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量20-30倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,即得中药乙醇提取液。
进一步地,所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,浸泡期间,每隔2-3天搅拌一次。
一种根据上述的防脱发促进生发的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将按配比称取各组分后,将去离子水加热至40-50℃,加入羟丙基甲基纤维素及椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌均匀;(2)接着加入维生素E、丙二醇、鳄梨油、甲基异噻唑啉酮及薄荷醇,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温;(3)加入中药乙醇提取液,普鲁兰多糖,樟脑,鳄梨油,水解小麦蛋白,甲基异噻唑啉酮,薄荷醇,防腐剂,L-胱氨酸,葡糖酸锌,黄脂酸,木聚糖,水溶性果胶,搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)由实施例1-3和对比例5的数据可见,实施例1-3制得的防脱发促进生发的组合物的防脱发率和促毛发生长率显著高于对比例5制得的防脱发促进生发的组合物的防脱发率和促毛发生长率;同时由实施例1-3的数据可见,实施例1为最优实施例。
(2)由实施例1和对比例1-4的数据可见,黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶在防脱发促进生发的组合物使用过程中起到了协同作用,协同提高了防脱发率和促毛发生长率,这可能是:
本发明的中药乙醇提取液方中,精心筛选了多种中药组分,药源合理丰富,无任何副作用,当归、红花能养血活血,通经行脉;侧柏叶、桑叶可祛风清热除湿、抗菌消炎;乌草、生姜、申姜、川椒及蚕沙共奏助阳温通、祛风除湿,祛风除湿,活血通经开腠理,促生毛发之功;补骨脂、碎骨补可活血化瘀,促进局部血液循,营养毛发;黄芪可补气升阳、益气固表;芦荟可促进头皮血液循环及新陈代谢,为毛乳头补充营养,并促使有损伤有感染的头皮康复,减少油性头发的油脂溢出,促进新发再生;甘草则起调和诸药作用。本发明中药乙醇提取液安全性好,各组分协同配合,相得益彰,具有温热,补气血,通经络,促进血液循环,激发毛孔扩张,促进毛发生长之特效。普鲁兰多糖为胞外水溶性粘质多糖,且具有一定粘性,是本发明能均匀附着于喷涂处,长时间附着在患处,并能吸附本发明中的功效成分,从而使功效成分在患处的保留时间更长,大大延长功效成分的作用时间,提高使用效果,从而有效解决了功效成分在患处的停留时间短,实际疗效并不显著的问题;水解小麦蛋白可帮助促进那些与头发新生相关的蛋白质的表达,最终分化成各种专职细胞支持头发生长和更新,通过中药乙醇提取液、水解小麦蛋白、L-胱氨酸及葡糖酸锌几种功效组分之间的协同增效,能强化营养,增强细胞代谢功能,改善血液微循环,使毛细血管扩张,起到刺激生发和促进人体毛发生长的作用,并有效抑制脱发、油脂分泌及头屑再生;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱能使本发明喷涂后均匀分散;鳄梨油具有较强的渗透作用,能渗透发层,可加强疗效,同时可修复受损皮肤,有利于毛发重新生长;薄荷醇具有止痒、清凉、消炎等作用,还具有促渗透剂作用,能促进有效成分进入皮肤,提高使用效果;羟丙基甲基纤维素起到稳定剂助悬剂的作用,是本发明中各组分保持均一、稳定;本发明使用时具有一定的灼烧感,因此为提高使用舒适度,本发明特意加入了薄荷醇和维生素E,其中薄荷醇具有清凉作用,能降低灼烧感,维生素E起到滋润及护肤的作用,可显著降低使用后所产生的干涩及灼烧感,提高使用舒适性。但是只添加上述组分,防脱发率和促毛发生长率还有提升空间,而通过大量的试验和组合,申请人发现黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶在防脱发和促进毛发生长方面具有协同促进作用。
黄脂酸,具有抗细菌、霉菌感染、抗炎、抗氧化的作用,并且能大大刺激头皮表皮的吸收效果,同时其具有弱酸性和油状性质,具有分散效果和稳定木聚糖以及中药提取物的效果,从而增加吸收效率,增加了促毛发生长率;水溶性果胶可以有效的结合黄脂酸,避免在其在头皮表层快速失活,从而增加其在皮肤表层的停留时间,同时其可以固定发根,使中药成分能够直达发根,提高防脱发率和毛发生长率;木聚糖为水溶性半纤维,其能够与水溶性果胶形成网状结构,覆盖在毛发根部的表皮上,增加粘附时间,提高作用时间,从而促进毛发生长,并且通过黄脂酸进行抗氧化和灭菌效果,避免细菌滋生,进一步改善头发发根的生长环境,平衡油脂分泌,改善pH值,减少脱发率。
(3)由对比例6-8的数据可见,黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶的重量比不在(4-8):(1-2):(3-5)范围内时,制得的组合物的促毛发生长率以及防脱发率改善的数值与实施例1-3的数值相差甚大,远小于实施例1-3的数值,与现有技术(对比例5)的数值相当。本发明黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶作为补强体系,实施例1-3控制制备防脱发促进生发的组合物时通过添加黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶的重量比为(4-8):(1-2):(3-5),实现在补强体系中利用黄脂酸能大大刺激头皮表皮的吸收效果,同时其具有弱酸性和油状性质,具有分散效果和稳定木聚糖以及中药提取物的效果,从而增加吸收效率,增加了促毛发生长率;水溶性果胶可以有效的结合黄脂酸,避免在其在头皮表层快速失活,从而增加其在皮肤表层的停留时间,同时其可以固定发根,使中药成分能够直达发根,提高防脱发率和毛发生长率;木聚糖为水溶性半纤维,其能够与水溶性果胶形成网状结构,覆盖在毛发根部的表皮上,增加粘附时间,提高作用时间,从而促进毛发生长;黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶构成的补强体系在本发明的防脱发促进生发的组合物中,提高防脱发促进生发的组合物的促毛发生长率以及防脱发率。
【具体实施方式】
为便于更好地理解本发明,通过以下实例加以说明,这些实例属于本发明的保护范围,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
在实施例中,一种防脱发促进生发的组合物,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液10-20份,普鲁兰多糖1-3份,维生素E0.5-1份,羟丙基甲基纤维素3-5份,樟脑1-3份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-5份,丙二醇8-12份,鳄梨油0.3-0.5份,水解小麦蛋白0.5-1份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.2份,薄荷醇0.1-0.3份,防腐剂0.1-0.3份,L-胱氨酸0.5-1份,葡糖酸锌0.1-0.3份,黄脂酸4-8份、木聚糖1-2份、水溶性果胶3-5份,去离子水60-80份。
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。所述中药乙醇提取液通过以下方法制得:按40-50份生姜,20-30份申姜,10-20份川椒,3-5份墨旱莲,1-3份蚕沙,5-10份芦荟,15-20份桑叶,10-15份乌草,15-20份侧柏叶,40-50份红花,10-15份补骨脂,5-10份碎骨补,5-10份当归,15-20份黄芪,5-10份甘草的重量份称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量20-30倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,即得中药乙醇提取液。所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,浸泡期间,每隔2-3天搅拌一次。
一种根据上述的防脱发促进生发的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将按配比称取各组分后,将去离子水加热至40-50℃,加入羟丙基甲基纤维素及椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌均匀;(2)接着加入维生素E、丙二醇、鳄梨油、甲基异噻唑啉酮及薄荷醇,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温;(3)加入中药乙醇提取液,普鲁兰多糖,樟脑,鳄梨油,水解小麦蛋白,甲基异噻唑啉酮,薄荷醇,防腐剂,L-胱氨酸,葡糖酸锌,黄脂酸,木聚糖,水溶性果胶,搅拌均匀,即得。
下面通过更具体的实施例加以说明。
实施例1
一种防脱发促进生发的组合物,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液15份,普鲁兰多糖2份,维生素E0.75份,羟丙基甲基纤维素4份,樟脑2份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份,丙二醇10份,鳄梨油0.4份,水解小麦蛋白0.75份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.15份,薄荷醇0.2份,防腐剂0.2份,L-胱氨酸0.75份,葡糖酸锌0.2份,黄脂酸6份、木聚糖1.5份、水溶性果胶4份,去离子水70份。
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。所述中药乙醇提取液通过以下方法制得:按45份生姜,25份申姜,15份川椒,4份墨旱莲,2份蚕沙,7.5份芦荟,17.5份桑叶,12.5份乌草,17.5份侧柏叶,45份红花,12.5份补骨脂,7.5份碎骨补,7.5份当归,17.5份黄芪,7.5份甘草的重量份称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量25倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,即得中药乙醇提取液。所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,浸泡期间,每隔2.5天搅拌一次。
一种根据上述的防脱发促进生发的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将按配比称取各组分后,将去离子水加热至45℃,加入羟丙基甲基纤维素及椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌均匀;(2)接着加入维生素E、丙二醇、鳄梨油、甲基异噻唑啉酮及薄荷醇,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温;(3)加入中药乙醇提取液,普鲁兰多糖,樟脑,鳄梨油,水解小麦蛋白,甲基异噻唑啉酮,薄荷醇,防腐剂,L-胱氨酸,葡糖酸锌,黄脂酸,木聚糖,水溶性果胶,搅拌均匀,即得。
实施例2
一种防脱发促进生发的组合物,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液10份,普鲁兰多糖3份,维生素E0.5份,羟丙基甲基纤维素5份,樟脑1份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份,丙二醇8份,鳄梨油0.5份,水解小麦蛋白0.5份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2份,薄荷醇0.1份,防腐剂0.3份,L-胱氨酸0.5份,葡糖酸锌0.3份,黄脂酸4份、木聚糖2份、水溶性果胶3份,去离子水80份。
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。所述中药乙醇提取液通过以下方法制得:按40份生姜,30份申姜,10份川椒,5份墨旱莲,1份蚕沙,10份芦荟,15份桑叶,15份乌草,15份侧柏叶,50份红花,10份补骨脂,10份碎骨补,5份当归,20份黄芪,5份甘草的重量份称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量30倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,即得中药乙醇提取液。所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,浸泡期间,每隔2天搅拌一次。
一种根据上述的防脱发促进生发的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

一种防脱发促进生发的组合物,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液20份,普鲁兰多糖1份,维生素E1份,羟丙基甲基纤维素3份,樟脑3份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份,丙二醇12份,鳄梨油0.3份,水解小麦蛋白1份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1份,薄荷醇0.3份,防腐剂0.1份,L-胱氨酸1份,葡糖酸锌0.1份,黄脂酸8份、木聚糖1份、水溶性果胶5份,去离子水60份。
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。所述中药乙醇提取液通过以下方法制得:按50份生姜,20份申姜,20份川椒,3份墨旱莲,3份蚕沙,5份芦荟,20份桑叶,10份乌草,20份侧柏叶,40份红花,15份补骨脂,5份碎骨补,10份当归,15份黄芪,10份甘草的重量份称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量20倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,即得中药乙醇提取液。所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,浸泡期间,每隔3天搅拌一次。
一种根据上述的防脱发促进生发的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将按配比称取各组分后,将去离子水加热至40℃,加入羟丙基甲基纤维素及椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌均匀;(2)接着加入维生素E、丙二醇、鳄梨油、甲基异噻唑啉酮及薄荷醇,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温;(3)加入中药乙醇提取液,普鲁兰多糖,樟脑,鳄梨油,水解小麦蛋白,甲基异噻唑啉酮,薄荷醇,防腐剂,L-胱氨酸,葡糖酸锌,黄脂酸,木聚糖,水溶性果胶,搅拌均匀,即得。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备防脱发促进生发的组合物的原料中缺少黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶。
对比例2
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备防脱发促进生发的组合物的原料中缺少黄脂酸。
对比例3
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备防脱发促进生发的组合物的原料中木聚糖。
对比例4
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备防脱发促进生发的组合物的原料中缺少水溶性果胶。
对比例5
采用中国专利文献“一种防脱发促进生发的组合物及其制备方法(授权公告号:CN105999215A)”的实施例1的工艺制备防脱发促进生发的组合物。
对比例6
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备防脱发促进生发的组合物的原料中黄脂酸10份、木聚糖0.5份、水溶性果胶7质量份。
对比例7
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备防脱发促进生发的组合物的原料中黄脂酸3份、木聚糖3份、水溶性果胶7质量份。
对比例8
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备防脱发促进生发的组合物的原料中黄脂酸2份、木聚糖3份、水溶性果胶2质量份。
共选取110例病患,年龄40-50岁,病程6个月-1年。前2个月未用过生发类药物及糖皮质激素等。
使用方法:将患处用清水洗干净后,取本发明的组合物直接喷涂于患处即可,每两天喷涂一次,二个月为1个疗程,使用1个疗程。对实施例和对比例的产品进行评价,等级分为1-5。防脱发率5表示毛发停止脱落,1表示基本无作用。促生长率5表示新发全部生长良好,4表示新发再生>70%,3表示新发再生>50%,2表示新发再生>30%,1表示新发生长<30%。计算平均得分,列于下表。
由上表可知:(1)由实施例1-3和对比例5的数据可见,实施例1-3制得的防脱发促进生发的组合物的防脱发率和促毛发生长率显著高于对比例5制得的防脱发促进生发的组合物的防脱发率和促毛发生长率;同时由实施例1-3的数据可见,实施例1为最优实施例。
(2)由实施例1和对比例1-4的数据可见,黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶在防脱发促进生发的组合物使用过程中起到了协同作用,协同提高了防脱发率和促毛发生长率,这可能是:
本发明的中药乙醇提取液方中,精心筛选了多种中药组分,药源合理丰富,无任何副作用,当归、红花能养血活血,通经行脉;侧柏叶、桑叶可祛风清热除湿、抗菌消炎;乌草、生姜、申姜、川椒及蚕沙共奏助阳温通、祛风除湿,祛风除湿,活血通经开腠理,促生毛发之功;补骨脂、碎骨补可活血化瘀,促进局部血液循,营养毛发;黄芪可补气升阳、益气固表;芦荟可促进头皮血液循环及新陈代谢,为毛乳头补充营养,并促使有损伤有感染的头皮康复,减少油性头发的油脂溢出,促进新发再生;甘草则起调和诸药作用。本发明中药乙醇提取液安全性好,各组分协同配合,相得益彰,具有温热,补气血,通经络,促进血液循环,激发毛孔扩张,促进毛发生长之特效。普鲁兰多糖为胞外水溶性粘质多糖,且具有一定粘性,是本发明能均匀附着于喷涂处,长时间附着在患处,并能吸附本发明中的功效成分,从而使功效成分在患处的保留时间更长,大大延长功效成分的作用时间,提高使用效果,从而有效解决了功效成分在患处的停留时间短,实际疗效并不显著的问题;水解小麦蛋白可帮助促进那些与头发新生相关的蛋白质的表达,最终分化成各种专职细胞支持头发生长和更新,通过中药乙醇提取液、水解小麦蛋白、L-胱氨酸及葡糖酸锌几种功效组分之间的协同增效,能强化营养,增强细胞代谢功能,改善血液微循环,使毛细血管扩张,起到刺激生发和促进人体毛发生长的作用,并有效抑制脱发、油脂分泌及头屑再生;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱能使本发明喷涂后均匀分散;鳄梨油具有较强的渗透作用,能渗透发层,可加强疗效,同时可修复受损皮肤,有利于毛发重新生长;薄荷醇具有止痒、清凉、消炎等作用,还具有促渗透剂作用,能促进有效成分进入皮肤,提高使用效果;羟丙基甲基纤维素起到稳定剂助悬剂的作用,是本发明中各组分保持均一、稳定;本发明使用时具有一定的灼烧感,因此为提高使用舒适度,本发明特意加入了薄荷醇和维生素E,其中薄荷醇具有清凉作用,能降低灼烧感,维生素E起到滋润及护肤的作用,可显著降低使用后所产生的干涩及灼烧感,提高使用舒适性。但是只添加上述组分,防脱发率和促毛发生长率还有提升空间,而通过大量的试验和组合,申请人发现黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶具有上述的协同促进作用。

1.一种防脱发促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液10-20份,普鲁兰多糖1-3份,维生素E0.5-1份,羟丙基甲基纤维素3-5份,樟脑1-3份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-5份,丙二醇8-12份,鳄梨油0.3-0.5份,水解小麦蛋白0.5-1份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.2份,薄荷醇0.1-0.3份,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3份,L-胱氨酸0.5-1份,葡糖酸锌0.1-0.3份,黄脂酸4-8份、木聚糖1-2份、水溶性果胶3-5份,去离子水60-80份;所述黄脂酸、木聚糖、水溶性果胶的质量比为(4-8):(1-2):(3-5);
所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将按配比称取各组分后,将去离子水加热至40-50℃,加入羟丙基甲基纤维素及椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌均匀;(2)接着加入维生素E、丙二醇、鳄梨油、甲基异噻唑啉酮及薄荷醇,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温;(3)加入中药乙醇提取液,普鲁兰多糖,樟脑,鳄梨油,水解小麦蛋白,甲基异噻唑啉酮,薄荷醇,苯甲酸钠,L-胱氨酸,葡糖酸锌,黄脂酸,木聚糖,水溶性果胶,搅拌均匀,即得;
所述中药乙醇提取液通过以下方法制得:按40-50份生姜,20-30份申姜,10-20份川椒,3-5份墨旱莲,1-3份蚕沙,5-10份芦荟,15-20份桑叶,10-15份乌草,15-20份侧柏叶,40-50份红花,10-15份补骨脂,5-10份碎骨补,5-10份当归,15-20份黄芪,5-10份甘草的重量份称取各原料后,加入为原料总质量20-30倍的65%乙醇水溶液,浸泡至少一周后,过滤,灭菌,即得中药乙醇提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,以质量份为单位,包括如下原料:中药乙醇提取液15份,普鲁兰多糖2份,维生素E0.75份,羟丙基甲基纤维素4份,樟脑2份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份,丙二醇10份,鳄梨油0.4份,水解小麦蛋白0.75份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.15份,薄荷醇0.2份,苯甲酸钠0.2份,L-胱氨酸0.75份,葡糖酸锌0.2份,黄脂酸6份、木聚糖1.5份、水溶性果胶4份,去离子水70份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防脱发促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,浸泡期间,每隔2-3天搅拌一次。
