Although the needle-shaped heating element has a sharper tip and a relatively good penetration effect, it has problems in that: the side wall heat conduction can only be utilized, but the side wall heat conduction area is limited, so that the heating effect is relatively poor.
In summary, the sheet-shaped and needle-shaped heating elements in the existing smoking set have the problems that the heating contact surface is limited, local or edge parts of tobacco products cannot be heated, the tobacco utilization rate is low, the heating element structure is not stable enough, and breakage is easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a heating element used in the field of low-temperature non-combustion and an electronic smoking set provided with the heating element. The heating element can improve the heating efficiency and effect of the electronic smoking set on tobacco, and improve the stability, reliability and convenience of the heating element.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a heating element composed of a main body portion and a tip portion located at one end of the main body portion, the tip portion having a tapered shape; the main body portion is formed of a plurality of side surfaces so that the cross section thereof is polygonal, and is provided with a resistance heating portion which may be, for example, a heating resistance substrate or a heating resistance wire, and may be provided in a manner of a tab, a plug, a core or a casting.

Preferably, the main body portion is further provided with a temperature control portion so as to perform appropriate temperature control of the resistance heating portion.
Preferably, the body portion and the tip portion of the heating element are of unitary, non-detachable construction. With this structure, the manufacturing of the heating element is facilitated to be simplified.
Preferably, the main body and the tip are detachably separated. More preferably, the body portion and the tip portion are connected to each other using a threaded connection, a snap connection, or a magnetic connection.
Preferably, the resistive heating portion is disposed on the outer surface of the main body portion in a glaze sealing manner, and compared with the prior art, the glaze sealing manner is conducive to realizing smoothness of the outer surface of the heating element, so that friction resistance during penetration can be further reduced, and tobacco powder wall hanging can be further avoided.

Although the heating elements shown in fig. 1-3 are shown as a unitary, non-detachable, solid structure, the body portion 1 and the tip portion 2 may alternatively be detachably connected to each other, for example, by a threaded connection, a snap-fit connection, or a magnetic connection. The detachable split structure can increase the degree of freedom of the use of the heating element, for example, when the body portion 1 or the tip portion 2 is damaged, a user can conveniently replace the damaged portion by the detachable structure; when the heating effect of the main body 1 is not suitable or ideal, a user can conveniently replace the suitable main body 1 through a detachable structure; when maintenance cleaning of the heating element is required, the user can conveniently disassemble the main body portion and the tip portion through the detachable structure so as to more thoroughly clean the heating element. In addition, the heating element can also adopt a hollow structure, and the hollow structure is beneficial to saving materials and reducing cost.
The heating element shown in fig. 2-3 is a casting type, the main body part 1 is cast once, a groove for placing the resistance heating part 3 is arranged on the side wall of the main body part, and a temperature control line 4 (namely a temperature control part) is arranged in the hollow along the axis. The resistance heating part 3 can adopt heating resistance substrates, the arrangement mode of the substrates can be one circle as shown in the figure or can be multiple circles, but a certain distance is kept to prevent overheating. The heating resistor substrates and the temperature control wires on the side surfaces are respectively and directly connected with the battery.

Since the main body 1 is made of a high-temperature resistant insulating material, and the resistance heating portion 3 is made of a metal material, the two materials may be mixed and not reacted, and the resistance heating portion 3 may be placed as an inner core in the main body 1, and the inner core resistance heating portion of the main body is annular in this embodiment.

As shown in fig. 9, the heating element is a core type, and the resistance heating portion 3 is a core of the main body portion 1. Since the main body 1 is made of a high-temperature resistant insulating material, and the resistance heating portion 3 is made of a metal material, the two materials can be mixed and do not react, and the resistance heating portion 3 can be placed as an inner core in the main body 1, and the inner core resistance heating portion of the main body in this embodiment has a curved triangle shape.
