The UVA wave band has the wavelength of 320-420 nm, also called as long wave black spot effect ultraviolet, and has strong penetrability, and can penetrate most transparent glass and plastic. The long-wave ultraviolet rays contained in sunlight can penetrate through an ozone layer and a cloud layer to reach the earth surface, UVA can directly reach the dermis layer of skin, and damage elastic fibers and collagen fibers, and also has the effect of damaging and aging paper fibers, cotton fibers, brocade and the like.
The UVB band has a wavelength of 275-320 nm, also known as medium-wave erythema effect UV, and medium penetration, and its shorter wavelength portion is absorbed by the transparent glass. Most of the medium-wave ultraviolet rays contained in sunlight are absorbed by the ozone layer, and only less than 2wt% can reach the earth surface, which is particularly strong in summer and afternoon.
UVC band, wavelength 200-275 nm, also known as short wave sterilization ultraviolet, its penetrability is weakest, unable to penetrate most transparent glass and plastics. Short wave ultraviolet rays contained in sunlight are almost completely absorbed by an ozone layer, but the penetration effect of the short wave ultraviolet rays can also play a role in killing microorganisms. Has been widely used in the past for the disinfection of airborne bacteria in hospital medical environments. The mould and the moths are larger than the bacteria in volume, and the physical method for killing the mould and the moths of ancient books, calligraphies and paintings by using UVC has not been applied. Experimental research shows that the UV with specific wavelength in UVC has good killing effect on mold and moths. The killing time is only a few seconds, and the irradiation of books, calligraphies, paintings and brocade is hardly affected in the time, so that the phenomena of fading and weakening of the fiber strength are avoided.
In addition, after the painting and calligraphy 5 is sterilized by the irradiation of the UVC short wave ultraviolet lamp 4, the painting and calligraphy 5 can be rolled up and stored in the painting and calligraphy cabinet 7, a plurality of compartments 10 are arranged in the painting and calligraphy cabinet 7, and the whole inside of the painting and calligraphy cabinet 7 is uniformly coated with a coating for bacteriostasis, disinsection, insect prevention and ultraviolet resistance, and the coating is prepared by mixing and grinding the following substances in percentage by weight until the granularity is controlled between 300 meshes and 600 meshes:
the coating as a preferred embodiment has the following mix ratio:
the efficacy of the various materials in the coating is described as follows:
the D-borneol can obviously inhibit the reproduction of filamentous mould after being added, and has the effect of resisting bacteria and sterilizing effectively. The addition of D-borneol to ink prepared by the ancient method in China has been described earlier. He can not influence the ink color, but also has the effects of antibiosis and corrosion prevention. Therefore, the addition of the dextrorotatory borneol in the mounting of the painting and calligraphy (old painting and calligraphy and good book repair) does not have adverse effects on paper, writing, pigment and the like.
Chlorpyrifos, a high-efficiency broad-spectrum organophosphorus insecticide. Can prevent and treat lepidoptera, coleoptera, homoptera, diptera and other pests. After adding proper organophosphorus insecticide chlorpyrifos, it can effectively kill and defend the damage of moths, cockroaches, termites and ants to painting and calligraphy.
Dimethyl fumarate has the characteristics of low toxicity, high efficiency and broad-spectrum antibacterial property. After proper dimethyl fumarate is added, the composition has obvious bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects on aspergillus flavus, aspergillus niger, penicillium, high-chain spore mould, geotrichum candidum and the like. And has antifungal ability. And the antibacterial activity of the dimethyl fumarate is not influenced by the PH value, and the dimethyl fumarate has insecticidal activity. Meanwhile, the addition amount of the dimethyl fumarate in the synthetic powder is far lower than the restriction standard of European Union.
The aloe-emodin can absorb and consume a part of ultraviolet energy, so that the influence of ultraviolet on painting and calligraphy works is reduced. After proper aloe-emodin is added, the influence of ultraviolet rays on the natural aging of painting and calligraphy and ancient books can be delayed.
The magnesium carbonate has good mildew-proof effect after the proper magnesium carbonate is added into the wheat starch. Can inhibit the growth of mould for a long time under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity, and has obvious inhibition effect. After the magnesium carbonate is added, acidic substances in paper and wheat starch can be neutralized, and the effect of reducing acid is achieved. Effectively weakening the environment of mould and fungus reproduction and having the effect of insect resistance.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, even in high-temperature and high-humidity plum rain seasons, the painting and calligraphy are placed in the painting and calligraphy cabinet 7 coated with the coating, and mildew spots cannot appear at least within 35-40 days. Furthermore, when the painting and calligraphy 5 is irradiated and sterilized by the UVC short wave ultraviolet lamp 4, a small amount of coating can be coated on the painting and calligraphy 5, so that the effects of sterilization, bacteriostasis, disinsection and insect prevention are further improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, the structure of the painting and calligraphy relic protection device in this embodiment is basically the same as that in the first embodiment, and the only difference is that the working method of the painting and calligraphy relic protection device in this embodiment is different from that in the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the UVC short wave ultraviolet lamp 4 is used to fix, and the painting and calligraphy 5 moves back and forth to perform the steps of sterilization and disinsection. Specifically, the UVC short-wave ultraviolet lamp 4 is fixed in the case cover 2, the painting and calligraphy placement box 20 is installed on the case body 1, the transmission device 3 is still installed in the case body 1, and the transmission device comprises a motor 31, a driving wheel 32, a belt 34 and a roller 35, and the specific connection mode is the same as that of the first embodiment, and is not repeated herein. The painting and calligraphy placing box 20 is fixed on a caterpillar track formed by the roller 35 and the belt 34, the motor 31 is started, the painting and calligraphy placing box 20 on the caterpillar track reciprocates back and forth, the painting and calligraphy 5 is positioned below the UVC short wave ultraviolet lamp 4, and the effects of bacteriostasis, disinsection and insect prevention are realized through irradiation. The painting and calligraphy cultural relic protection device of the embodiment can achieve the same technical effects as the first embodiment, and the specific implementation manner is the same as the first embodiment and is not repeated here.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the embodiments and scope of the present invention, and it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that equivalent substitutions and obvious variations may be made using the description and illustrations of the present invention, and are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
