Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种传输数据的方法、网络设备和终端设备,该方法包括网络设备生成指示信息,其中,该指示信息用于指示终端设备不进行LBT直接在信道资源上传输上行数据,该信道资源是由该网络设备通过说前先听LBT抢占的非授权频谱资源,该信道资源中传输下行数据结束时刻至调度终端设备开始传输上行数据的时刻之间的第一时间间隔小于或等于预设时间间隔;该网络设备向该终端设备发送该指示信息。本发明实施例中不需要进行LBT,直接在信道资源上发送上行数据,避免了在传输上行数据时再次进行LBT的过程,提高了数据的传输效率。
