12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the speed reduction module is configured to reduce the playback rate of the video and comprises:
the speed reduction module is specifically configured to play the video at a second play rate, where the second play rate is smaller than the first play rate; or playing the video by sequentially using the playing speeds in a first playing speed set, wherein the playing speeds in the first playing speed set are decreased by a first preset step length or a first preset acceleration, and the playing speeds in the first playing speed set are all smaller than the first playing speed;
the third playing speed is greater than the second playing speed or the playing speed in the first playing speed set;
the playing speed in the second playing speed set is larger than the playing speed in the second playing speed or the playing speed in the first playing speed set.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the first obtaining module is configured to obtain the playing information of each subtitle in the video, and includes:
the first obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain an original play rate range, where the play rate range includes multiple play rates, and any one of the multiple play rates is a play rate at which the video is played at a double speed; and acquiring the first playing speed from the original playing speed range, wherein the first playing speed is greater than the minimum playing speed in the original playing speed range.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the second playback rate belongs to the original playback rate range;
the third playing speed belongs to the original playing speed range;
the playing rates in the first playing rate set all belong to the original playing rate range;
the playing rates in the second playing rate set all belong to the original playing rate range.
