本发明公开一种集成密封连接器,包括连接壳体,连接壳体内中部设有射频外壳,射频外壳与连接壳体同轴,射频外壳内通过第一玻璃绝缘子烧结有射频插针;射频外壳与连接壳体之间设有一组电源插针,射频外壳及电源插针均通过第二玻璃绝缘子与连接壳体烧结固定;将射频连接器与普通电源连接器进行结合,同时实现射频电源以及普通电源的连接功能,射频外壳具有良好的屏蔽作用,使两种电源在工作时互不干扰,保证工作的可靠性。

本发明涉及电连接器技术领域,具体是一种集成密封连接器。
背景技术
电连接器是用于电气连接的常用器件,电连接器一般包括射频连接器、高温连接器、滤波连接器、密封连接器等多种类型。目前,各种类型的连接器都是各自独立使用,由于实际的需要,有时电气系统中既包含射频电源也包含普通的其它电源,二者要同时使用,但是两个连接器同时使用的话体积过大,根本无法使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种集成密封连接器,该连接器可以同时连接射频电源与普通电源,体积小,集成度高,且电源之间不存在信号干扰,可靠性高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种集成密封连接器,包括连接壳体,所述连接壳体内中部设有射频外壳,射频外壳与连接壳体同轴,射频外壳内通过第一玻璃绝缘子烧结有射频插针;射频外壳与连接壳体之间设有一组电源插针,射频外壳及电源插针均通过第二玻璃绝缘子与连接壳体烧结固定。
本发明的有益效果是,将射频连接器与普通电源连接器进行结合,同时实现射频电源以及普通电源的连接功能,射频外壳具有良好的屏蔽作用,使两种电源在工作时互不干扰,保证工作的可靠性。

具体实施方式
结合图1与图2所示,本发明提供一种集成密封连接器,包括连接壳体1,连接壳体1内的中部设有射频外壳2,射频外壳2与连接壳体1同轴,射频外壳2内通过第一玻璃绝缘子2a烧结有射频插针2b;射频外壳2、第一玻璃绝缘子2a与射频插针2b共同构成射频连接器,作为优选的,本实施例包含两个在连接壳体1内对称设置的两个射频连接器;射频外壳2与连接壳体1之间设有一组电源插针3,电源插针3的数量根据具体连接的电源灵活设置,射频外壳2及电源插针3均通过第二玻璃绝缘子4与连接壳体1烧结固定。
本发明将射频连接器与普通电源连接器进行结合,同时实现射频电源以及普通电源的连接功能,射频外壳具有良好的屏蔽作用,使两种电源在工作时互不干扰,保证工作的可靠性。

1.一种集成密封连接器,包括连接壳体,其特征在于,所述连接壳体内中部设有射频外壳,射频外壳与连接壳体同轴,射频外壳内通过第一玻璃绝缘子烧结有射频插针;射频外壳与连接壳体之间设有一组电源插针,射频外壳及电源插针均通过第二玻璃绝缘子与连接壳体烧结固定。
