As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention relates to a detection device for packaging bags, which comprises a frame 1, an upper press roller 2, a lower press roller 3, an upper electric contact 4, a lower electric contact 5, two upper press blocks 6, two press roller springs 7, two guide rollers 8, more than one photoelectric eye 9, an electric eye mounting frame 10 and a control circuit board (not shown in the figure).
The frame 1 comprises a base 11 and two opposite upright posts 12. The lower ends of the two upright posts 12 are vertically fixed on the base 11, and a chute 121 is formed in the middle of each upright post 12.
The two ends of the upper pressing roller 2 and the lower pressing roller 3 are respectively and movably sleeved in the sliding groove 121 of the upright post 12 of the frame 1, the upper pressing roller 2 is positioned above the lower pressing roller 3, a gap for the packaging bag to pass through is formed between the middle part of the upper pressing roller 2 and the middle part of the lower pressing roller 3, the upper electric contact 4 is respectively arranged at the two ends of the upper pressing roller 2, the lower electric contact 5 is respectively arranged at the two ends of the lower pressing roller 3, and the upper electric contact 4 is in contact with the lower electric contact 5. The two guide rollers 8 are both arranged on the frame 1 and respectively positioned in front of and behind the upper press roller 2.
The two upper pressing blocks 6 are respectively fixed in the sliding grooves 121 of the upright posts 12 of the frame 1 and are positioned above the upper pressing roller 2, and two ends of the pressing roller spring 7 respectively lean against the ends of the upper pressing blocks 6 and the upper pressing roller 2, so that the upper electric contact 4 and the lower electric contact 5 form electric contact.

And the third function: detecting whether the width (or depth) of the folded edge of the packaging bag is normal. The implementation mode is as follows: the principle of infrared induction is that the opposite irradiation or reflection of the upper and lower photoelectric eyes 9 or the light emitted by the emission of a single photoelectric eye is utilized, and when the bottom edge folding is abnormal, the opposite irradiation or reflection cannot be generated, so that an alarm is generated.
