As a further improvement of the present technology, the length of the first rack is greater than the sum of the thickness of the incomplete gear and the width of the second rack.
The dust exhaust fan is designed to enable dust to enter the transmission cavity through the connecting hole when the dust removing strip in the lampshade cleans the dust, and the dust exhaust fan exhausts the dust entering the transmission cavity out of the lampshade.
The incomplete gear is designed to drive the fan to drive the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear to rotate through the transmission shaft when the speed of wind is relatively low; the first bevel gear drives the incomplete gear to rotate through the second bevel gear, the first telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod; at the moment, under the action of a limiting spring, the centrifugal force generated by the tooth block in the centrifugal wheel is not enough to enable the tooth block to slide outwards along the limiting groove; the centrifugal wheel does not interact with the first rack; the first rack cannot slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove; the first rack cannot drive the incomplete gear to move downwards through the positioning plate, the positioning ring and the first telescopic inner rod; the incomplete gear does not interact with the second rack; when high-speed wind pushes the driving fan to rotate, the driving fan drives the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear to synchronously and rapidly rotate through the transmission shaft; the gear block in the limiting groove on the centrifugal wheel slides outwards along the limiting groove under the action of centrifugal force, and the limiting spring is stretched; the centrifugal wheel forms a gear in the autorotation process and is meshed with the first rack; the rotation of the centrifugal wheel drives the first rack to slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove; the first rack drives the first telescopic inner rod to slide downwards in the first telescopic outer sleeve through the positioning plate and the positioning ring; meanwhile, the first bevel gear drives the first telescopic inner rod to rotate through the second bevel gear and the first telescopic outer sleeve; the first telescopic inner rod drives the incomplete gear to move downwards and rotate at the same time; the incomplete gear interacts with the second rack; the second rack slides along the third trapezoidal sliding groove and the second trapezoidal sliding groove; the second rack drives the dust removal strip to slide along the bottom of the lampshade through the connecting rod, the second telescopic outer sleeve, the second telescopic inner rod and the pressing block; the sliding of the dust removing strip scrapes off the dust at the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade; since the transmission ratio of the first bevel gear to the second bevel gear is 1: 4, when the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear synchronously rotate for one circle, the second bevel gear drives the incomplete gear to rotate for four circles through the telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod; because the outer circular surface of the incomplete gear is provided with the teeth with the radian of 270-320 degrees, when the incomplete gear rotates for one circle, the second rack and the incomplete gear do not act after the action of the second rack and the teeth on the incomplete gear is finished, and the second rack returns to the initial position instantly under the action of the second return spring; thereby ensuring that the dust removing strip forms four reciprocating sliding under the action of wind power and realizing the four reciprocating cleaning of the lampshade by the dust removing strip; when the wind speed is gradually reduced, the incomplete gear continues to rotate, and the tooth block in the centrifugal wheel shrinks into the limit groove under the action of the limit spring; the tooth block releases the limitation on the first rack; the first rack moves upwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove under the action of the first return spring to return to the initial position; the first rack drives the incomplete gear to move upwards through the positioning plate, the positioning ring and the first telescopic inner rod and interacts with the second rack; the incomplete gear drives the dedusting strip to slide along the bottom of the lampshade through a second rack, a connecting rod, a second telescopic outer sleeve, a second telescopic inner rod and a pressing block; when the dedusting strip slides back and forth for four times under the action of the incomplete gear, the incomplete gear continues to move upwards to be separated from the second rack and return to the initial position.
The design purpose of the invention that the length of the first rack is larger than the sum of the thickness of the incomplete gear and the width of the second rack is that when the first rack moves downwards to the limit, the incomplete gear is separated from the second rack, and the incomplete gear does not interact with the second rack any more.
The design purpose of the wavy rack is that when the dust removing strip slides along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade, one end of the dust removing strip moves from the trough of the wavy rack to the crest along the tooth edge; the dust removing strip moves along the length direction of the dust removing strip under the action of the wave rack teeth; the dust removing strip drives the T-shaped sliding block to slide along the T-shaped sliding groove; the third return spring is compressed; when one end of the dust removing strip, which is in contact with the wave rack, reaches the wave crest on the wave rack, the movement of the dust removing strip is stopped, and the third return spring is compressed to the shortest extent; the dust removing strip is driven by the second rack to continuously slide along the bottom of the lampshade; one end of the dedusting strip, which is in contact with the wave rack, starts to move from the wave crest on the wave rack to the wave trough; under the action of a third return spring, the dedusting strip moves reversely along the length direction; in the process that the second rack drives the dust removing strip to slide along the bottom of the lampshade, the dust removing strip repeatedly acts with teeth on the wavy rack, and one end of the dust removing strip, which is in contact with the wavy rack, reciprocates between wave crests and wave troughs on the wavy rack; therefore, the dust removing strip can swing left and right while sliding linearly along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade; and then make the dust removal strip better more thorough to the inner wall clearance effect of lamp shade.
The centrifugal wheel mechanism is designed to drive the fan to drive the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear to rotate through the transmission shaft when the speed of wind is relatively low; the first bevel gear drives the incomplete gear to rotate through the second bevel gear, the first telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod; at the moment, under the action of a limiting spring, the centrifugal force generated by the tooth block in the centrifugal wheel is not enough to enable the tooth block to slide outwards along the limiting groove; the centrifugal wheel does not interact with the first rack; the first rack cannot slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove; the first rack cannot drive the incomplete gear to move downwards through the positioning plate, the positioning ring and the first telescopic inner rod; the incomplete gear does not interact with the second rack; the second rack can not slide along the second trapezoidal sliding groove and the third trapezoidal sliding groove; the connecting rod connected with the second rack does not move; the dust removing strip connected with the connecting rod through the second telescopic outer sleeve, the second telescopic inner rod and the pressing block does not move; the dust removing strip does not play a role in removing dust; when high-speed wind pushes the driving fan to rotate, the driving fan drives the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear to synchronously and rapidly rotate through the transmission shaft; the gear block in the limiting groove on the centrifugal wheel slides outwards along the limiting groove under the action of centrifugal force, and the limiting spring is stretched; the centrifugal wheel forms a gear in the autorotation process and is meshed with the first rack; the rotation of the centrifugal wheel drives the first rack to slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove; the first rack drives the first telescopic inner rod to slide downwards in the first telescopic outer sleeve through the positioning plate and the positioning ring; meanwhile, the first bevel gear drives the first telescopic inner rod to rotate through the second bevel gear and the first telescopic outer sleeve; the first telescopic inner rod drives the incomplete gear to move downwards and rotate at the same time; the incomplete gear interacts with the second rack; the second rack slides along the third trapezoidal sliding groove and the second trapezoidal sliding groove; the second rack drives the dust removal strip to slide along the bottom of the lampshade through the connecting rod, the second telescopic outer sleeve, the second telescopic inner rod and the pressing block; the sliding of the dust removing strip scrapes off the dust at the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade; meanwhile, one end of the dust removing strip acts on the wavy rack, and the wavy rack and the third return spring enable the dust removing strip to linearly slide along the bottom of the lampshade and swing left and right at the same time; the dust removing strips can clean dust in the lampshade more thoroughly, so that the aim of removing dust better is fulfilled; because the outer circular surface of the incomplete gear is provided with the teeth with the radian of 270-320 degrees, when the incomplete gear rotates for one circle, the second rack and the incomplete gear do not act after the action of the second rack and the teeth on the incomplete gear is finished, and the second rack returns to the initial position instantly under the action of the second return spring; in the process of resetting the dust removing strip, the dust removing strip slides linearly along the bottom of the lampshade and swings left and right under the combined action of the second reset spring and the wavy rack; therefore, secondary cleaning of the lampshade is realized in the resetting process of the dust removing strip; when the centrifugal wheel drives the first rack to move downwards to the limit position, the first return spring is stretched to the limit position, the whole second rack passes over the centrifugal wheel and does not act with the centrifugal wheel any more, and the second rack does not continue to move downwards any more; at the moment, the centrifugal wheel just rotates for a circle, the incomplete gear is separated from the second rack and does not interact with the second rack, the second rack and the dust removing strip finally return to the initial position under the action of the second return spring, the dust removing strip does not slide back and forth along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade, and the dust removing process is finished; since the transmission ratio of the first bevel gear to the second bevel gear is 1: 4, when the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear synchronously rotate for one circle, the second bevel gear drives the incomplete gear to rotate for four circles through the telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod; thereby ensuring that the dust removing strip forms four reciprocating sliding under the action of wind power and realizing the four reciprocating cleaning of the lampshade by the dust removing strip; when the wind speed is gradually reduced, the incomplete gear continues to rotate, and the tooth block in the centrifugal wheel shrinks into the limit groove under the action of the limit spring; the tooth block releases the limitation on the first rack; the first rack moves upwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove under the action of the first return spring to return to the initial position; the first rack drives the incomplete gear to move upwards through the positioning plate, the positioning ring and the first telescopic inner rod and interacts with the second rack; the incomplete gear drives the dedusting strip to slide along the bottom of the lampshade through a second rack, a connecting rod, a second telescopic outer sleeve, a second telescopic inner rod and a pressing block; the dedusting strip swings left and right under the action of the wavy rack; when the dust removing strip slides back and forth for four times under the action of the incomplete gear, the incomplete gear is separated from the second rack; the dedusting strip finally returns to the initial position under the action of a second return spring; dust brought up by the dust removing strips in the lampshade is discharged out of the lampshade by the dust discharge fan through the connecting holes; until the wind gradually slows down and stops; driving the fan to stop rotating; the centrifugal wheel, the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear and the incomplete gear stop rotating.
When the speed of wind is relatively low, the fan is driven to drive the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear to rotate through the transmission shaft; the first bevel gear drives the incomplete gear to rotate through the second bevel gear, the first telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod; at the moment, under the action of a limiting spring, the centrifugal force generated by the tooth block in the centrifugal wheel is not enough to enable the tooth block to slide outwards along the limiting groove; the centrifugal wheel does not interact with the first rack; the first rack cannot slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove; the first rack cannot drive the incomplete gear to move downwards through the positioning plate, the positioning ring and the first telescopic inner rod; the incomplete gear does not interact with the second rack; the second rack can not slide along the second trapezoidal sliding groove and the third trapezoidal sliding groove; the connecting rod connected with the second rack does not move; the dust removing strip connected with the connecting rod through the second telescopic outer sleeve, the second telescopic inner rod and the pressing block does not move; the dust removing strip does not play a role in removing dust.
When high-speed wind pushes the driving fan to rotate, the driving fan drives the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear to synchronously and rapidly rotate through the transmission shaft; the gear block in the limiting groove on the centrifugal wheel slides outwards along the limiting groove under the action of centrifugal force, and the limiting spring is stretched; the centrifugal wheel forms a gear in the autorotation process and is meshed with the first rack; the rotation of the centrifugal wheel drives the first rack to slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove; the first rack drives the first telescopic inner rod to slide downwards in the first telescopic outer sleeve through the positioning plate and the positioning ring; meanwhile, the first bevel gear drives the first telescopic inner rod to rotate through the second bevel gear and the first telescopic outer sleeve; the first telescopic inner rod drives the incomplete gear to move downwards and rotate at the same time; the incomplete gear interacts with the second rack; the second rack slides along the third trapezoidal sliding groove and the second trapezoidal sliding groove; the second rack drives the dust removal strip to slide along the bottom of the lampshade through the connecting rod, the second telescopic outer sleeve, the second telescopic inner rod and the pressing block; the sliding of the dust removing strip scrapes off the dust at the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade; meanwhile, one end of the dust removing strip acts on the wavy rack, and the wavy rack and the third return spring enable the dust removing strip to linearly slide along the bottom of the lampshade and swing left and right at the same time; the dust removing strips can clean dust in the lampshade more thoroughly, so that the aim of removing dust better is fulfilled; because the outer circular surface of the incomplete gear is provided with the teeth with the radian of 270-320 degrees, when the incomplete gear rotates for one circle, the second rack and the incomplete gear do not act after the action of the second rack and the teeth on the incomplete gear is finished, and the second rack returns to the initial position instantly under the action of the second return spring; in the process of resetting the dust removing strip, the dust removing strip slides linearly along the bottom of the lampshade and swings left and right under the combined action of the second reset spring and the wavy rack; therefore, secondary cleaning of the lampshade is realized in the resetting process of the dust removing strip; when the centrifugal wheel drives the first rack to move downwards to the limit position, the first return spring is stretched to the limit position, the whole second rack passes over the centrifugal wheel and does not act with the centrifugal wheel any more, and the second rack does not continue to move downwards any more; at the moment, the centrifugal wheel just rotates for a circle, the incomplete gear is separated from the second rack and does not interact with the second rack, the second rack and the dust removing strip finally return to the initial position under the action of the second return spring, the dust removing strip does not slide back and forth along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade, and the dust removing process is finished; since the transmission ratio of the first bevel gear to the second bevel gear is 1: 4, when the centrifugal wheel and the first bevel gear synchronously rotate for one circle, the second bevel gear drives the incomplete gear to rotate for four circles through the telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod; thereby ensuring that the dust removing strip forms four reciprocating sliding under the action of wind power; the dust removing strip stops returning to the initial position to stop moving after cleaning the lampshade for four times in a short time, so that the influence of the reciprocating motion of the dust removing strip on the light of the street lamp is avoided, and the lighting effect of the street lamp is not influenced.
When the wind speed is gradually reduced, the incomplete gear continues to rotate, and the tooth block in the centrifugal wheel shrinks into the limit groove under the action of the limit spring; the tooth block releases the limitation on the first rack; the first rack moves upwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove under the action of the first return spring to return to the initial position; the first rack drives the incomplete gear to move upwards through the positioning plate, the positioning ring and the first telescopic inner rod and interacts with the second rack; the incomplete gear drives the dedusting strip to slide along the bottom of the lampshade through a second rack, a connecting rod, a second telescopic outer sleeve, a second telescopic inner rod and a pressing block; the dedusting strip swings left and right under the action of the wavy rack; when the dust removing strip slides back and forth for four times under the action of the incomplete gear, the incomplete gear is separated from the second rack; the dedusting strip finally returns to the initial position under the action of a second return spring; dust brought up by the dust removing strips in the lampshade is discharged out of the lampshade by the dust discharge fan through the connecting holes; until the wind gradually slows down and stops; driving the fan to stop rotating; the centrifugal wheel, the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear and the incomplete gear stop rotating; the lamp shade is cleaned again, so that the lighting effect of the street lamp is better.
Compared with the traditional street lamp, the street lamp realizes automatic dust removal by utilizing wind energy, and greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the street lamp; workers do not need to climb to the top of the lamp post for maintenance, and the danger possibly caused by ascending of maintenance personnel is avoided; the centrifugal wheel can identify the wind speed, if the wind speed is low, the centrifugal wheel does not interact with the first rack, the dust removing strip does not move, and the dust removing strip does not play a dust removing role; if the wind speed is high, the centrifugal wheel interacts with the first rack, so that the dust removing strip reciprocates for four times in the lampshade to clean the inner wall of the lampshade; when the wind speed is reduced, the dust removing strip cleans the lampshade again in a reciprocating way in the incomplete gear resetting process, so that the dust removing effect of the lampshade is better; the dedusting strip slides along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade under the action of the second rack and swings left and right at the same time, so that more stubborn dust in the lampshade is cleaned, the dedusting effect in the lampshade can meet the dedusting requirement to the maximum extent, and the lampshade can be dedusted to a better use effect; the invention has simple structure and better use effect.

The incomplete gear 33 of the present invention is designed to drive the fan 60 to rotate the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 through the transmission shaft 52 when the speed of the wind is relatively low; the first bevel gear 53 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate through the second bevel gear 45, the first telescopic outer sleeve 36 and the first telescopic inner rod 34; at this time, due to the action of the limiting spring 58, the centrifugal force generated by the tooth block 57 in the centrifugal wheel 54 is not enough to make the tooth block 57 slide outwards along the limiting groove 55; the centrifugal wheel 54 does not interact with the first rack 47; the first rack 47 cannot slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove 50; the first rack 47 cannot move downwards without the incomplete gear 33 through the positioning plate 40, the positioning ring 39 and the first telescopic inner rod 34; the incomplete gear 33 does not interact with the second rack 19; when high-speed wind pushes the driving fan 60 to rotate, the driving fan 60 drives the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 to synchronously and rapidly rotate through the transmission shaft 52; the tooth block 57 in the limit groove 55 on the centrifugal wheel 54 slides outwards along the limit groove 55 under the action of centrifugal force, and the limit spring 58 is stretched; the centrifugal wheel 54 forms a gear in the rotation process and is meshed with the first rack 47; the rotation of the centrifugal wheel 54 drives the first rack 47 to slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove 50; the first rack 47 drives the first telescopic inner rod 34 to slide downwards in the first telescopic outer sleeve 36 through the positioning plate 40 and the positioning ring 39; meanwhile, the first bevel gear 53 drives the first telescopic inner rod 34 to rotate through the second bevel gear 45 and the first telescopic outer sleeve 36; the first telescopic inner rod 34 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate while moving downwards; the incomplete gear 33 interacts with the second rack 19; the second rack 19 slides along the third trapezoidal sliding groove 12 and the second trapezoidal sliding groove 8; the second rack 19 drives the dust removing strip 28 to slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13 through the connecting rod 16, the second telescopic outer sleeve 21, the second telescopic inner rod 22 and the pressing block 24; the sliding of the dust removing strip 28 scrapes off the dust on the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade 13; since the gear ratio of the first bevel gear 53 to the second bevel gear 45 is 1: 4, when the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 rotate for one circle synchronously, the second bevel gear 45 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate for four circles through the telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod 34; because the outer circular surface of the incomplete gear 33 is provided with the teeth with the radian of 270 degrees to 320 degrees, when the incomplete gear 33 rotates for one circle, after the action of the second rack 19 and the teeth on the incomplete gear 33 is finished, the second rack 19 and the incomplete gear 33 do not act, and the second rack 19 instantly returns to the initial position under the action of the second return spring 30; thereby ensuring that the dust removing strips 28 form four times of reciprocating sliding under the action of wind power and realizing the reciprocating four times of cleaning of the lampshade 13 by the dust removing strips 28; when the wind speed gradually slows down, the incomplete gear 33 continues to rotate, and the tooth block 57 in the centrifugal wheel 54 contracts into the limit groove 55 under the action of the limit spring 58; the tooth block 57 releases the restriction on the first rack 47; the first rack 47 moves upward along the first trapezoidal sliding groove 50 under the action of the first return spring 51 to return to the initial position; the first rack 47 drives the incomplete gear 33 to move upwards through the positioning plate 40, the positioning ring 39 and the first telescopic inner rod 34 and interact with the second rack 19; the incomplete gear 33 drives the dedusting strip 28 to slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13 through the second rack 19, the connecting rod 16, the second telescopic outer sleeve 21, the second telescopic inner rod 22 and the pressing block 24; after the dusting strip 28 has slid back and forth four times again under the influence of the incomplete gear 33, the incomplete gear 33 continues to move upwards, out of engagement with the second toothed rack 19 and back to the initial position.
The present invention is designed such that the length of the first rack 47 is greater than the sum of the thickness of the incomplete gear 33 and the width of the second rack 19, so that when the first rack 47 moves to the limit downward, the incomplete gear 33 is disengaged from the second rack 19 and the incomplete gear 33 no longer interacts with the second rack 19.
The design purpose of the wavy rack 14 is that when the dedusting strip 28 slides along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade 13, one end of the dedusting strip 28 moves from the trough of the wavy rack 14 to the crest along the tooth edge; the dedusting strip 28 moves along the length direction of the dedusting strip 28 under the action of the teeth of the wavy rack 14; the dedusting strip 28 drives the T-shaped sliding block 26 to slide along the T-shaped sliding groove 25; the third return spring 27 is compressed; when the end of the dust removing strip 28 in contact with the wave rack 14 reaches the wave crest on the wave rack 14, the movement of the dust removing strip 28 stops, and the third return spring 27 is compressed to the shortest extent; the dust removing bar 28 is driven by the second rack 19 to continuously slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13; the end of the dusting strip 28 in contact with the rack 14 begins to move from the crest to the trough of the rack 14; under the action of the third return spring 27, the dedusting strip 28 moves reversely along the length direction; in the process that the second rack 19 drives the dust removing strips 28 to slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13, the dust removing strips 28 repeatedly act on the teeth on the wavy rack 14, and one end, in contact with the wavy rack 14, of the dust removing strips 28 reciprocates between wave crests and wave troughs on the wavy rack 14; thereby realizing that the dedusting strips 28 linearly slide along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade 13 and swing left and right; thereby making the inner wall cleaning effect of the lampshade 13 better and more thorough by the dust removing strip 28.
The centrifugal wheel mechanism 61 of the present invention is designed to drive the fan 60 to rotate the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 through the transmission shaft 52 when the wind speed is relatively low; the first bevel gear 53 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate through the second bevel gear 45, the first telescopic outer sleeve 36 and the first telescopic inner rod 34; at this time, due to the action of the limiting spring 58, the centrifugal force generated by the tooth block 57 in the centrifugal wheel 54 is not enough to make the tooth block 57 slide outwards along the limiting groove 55; the centrifugal wheel 54 does not interact with the first rack 47; the first rack 47 cannot slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove 50; the first rack 47 cannot move downwards without the incomplete gear 33 through the positioning plate 40, the positioning ring 39 and the first telescopic inner rod 34; the incomplete gear 33 does not interact with the second rack 19; the second rack 19 cannot slide along the second trapezoidal sliding groove 8 and the third trapezoidal sliding groove 12; the engagement rod 16 connected to the second rack 19 does not move; the dust removal strip 28 connected with the connecting rod 16 through the second telescopic outer sleeve 21, the second telescopic inner rod 22 and the pressing block 24 does not move; the dust removal strips 28 do not play a role in removing dust; when high-speed wind pushes the driving fan 60 to rotate, the driving fan 60 drives the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 to synchronously and rapidly rotate through the transmission shaft 52; the tooth block 57 in the limit groove 55 on the centrifugal wheel 54 slides outwards along the limit groove 55 under the action of centrifugal force, and the limit spring 58 is stretched; the centrifugal wheel 54 forms a gear in the rotation process and is meshed with the first rack 47; the rotation of the centrifugal wheel 54 drives the first rack 47 to slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove 50; the first rack 47 drives the first telescopic inner rod 34 to slide downwards in the first telescopic outer sleeve 36 through the positioning plate 40 and the positioning ring 39; meanwhile, the first bevel gear 53 drives the first telescopic inner rod 34 to rotate through the second bevel gear 45 and the first telescopic outer sleeve 36; the first telescopic inner rod 34 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate while moving downwards; the incomplete gear 33 interacts with the second rack 19; the second rack 19 slides along the third trapezoidal sliding groove 12 and the second trapezoidal sliding groove 8; the second rack 19 drives the dust removing strip 28 to slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13 through the connecting rod 16, the second telescopic outer sleeve 21, the second telescopic inner rod 22 and the pressing block 24; the sliding of the dust removing strip 28 scrapes off the dust on the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade 13; meanwhile, one end of the dust removing strip 28 acts on the wavy rack 14, and the wavy rack 14 and the third return spring 27 enable the dust removing strip 28 to linearly slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13 and simultaneously swing left and right; the dust removing strips 28 can clean the dust in the lampshade 13 more thoroughly, so that the purpose of removing the dust better is achieved; because the outer circular surface of the incomplete gear 33 is provided with the teeth with the radian of 270 degrees to 320 degrees, when the incomplete gear 33 rotates for one circle, after the action of the second rack 19 and the teeth on the incomplete gear 33 is finished, the second rack 19 and the incomplete gear 33 do not act, and the second rack 19 instantly returns to the initial position under the action of the second return spring 30; in the process of resetting the dust removing strip 28, under the combined action of the second reset spring 30 and the wavy rack 14, the dust removing strip 28 linearly slides along the bottom of the lampshade 13 and swings left and right; therefore, secondary cleaning of the lampshade 13 in the resetting process of the dust removing strip 28 is realized; when the centrifugal wheel 54 drives the first rack 47 to move downwards to the extreme position, the first return spring 51 is stretched to the extreme position, the whole second rack 19 passes through the centrifugal wheel 54 and is not acted with the centrifugal wheel 54 any more, and the second rack 19 does not move downwards any more; at this time, the centrifugal wheel 54 rotates exactly one turn, the incomplete gear 33 is separated from the second rack 19 and no interaction occurs, the second rack 19 and the dedusting strip 28 finally return to the initial position under the action of the second return spring 30, the dedusting strip 28 no longer slides back and forth along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade 13, and the dedusting process is finished; since the gear ratio of the first bevel gear 53 to the second bevel gear 45 is 1: 4, when the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 rotate for one circle synchronously, the second bevel gear 45 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate for four circles through the telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod 34; thereby ensuring that the dust removing strips 28 form four times of reciprocating sliding under the action of wind power and realizing the reciprocating four times of cleaning of the lampshade 13 by the dust removing strips 28; when the wind speed gradually slows down, the incomplete gear 33 continues to rotate, and the tooth block 57 in the centrifugal wheel 54 contracts into the limit groove 55 under the action of the limit spring 58; the tooth block 57 releases the restriction on the first rack 47; the first rack 47 moves upward along the first trapezoidal sliding groove 50 under the action of the first return spring 51 to return to the initial position; the first rack 47 drives the incomplete gear 33 to move upwards through the positioning plate 40, the positioning ring 39 and the first telescopic inner rod 34 and interact with the second rack 19; the incomplete gear 33 drives the dedusting strip 28 to slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13 through the second rack 19, the connecting rod 16, the second telescopic outer sleeve 21, the second telescopic inner rod 22 and the pressing block 24; the dedusting strips 28 swing left and right under the action of the wavy rack 14; when the dust removing strip 28 slides back and forth four times under the action of the incomplete gear 33, the incomplete gear 33 is separated from the second rack 19; the dusting strip 28 finally returns to the initial position under the action of the second return spring 30; the dust carried by the dust removing strip 28 in the lampshade 13 is discharged out of the lampshade 13 by the dust discharge fan 59 through the connecting hole; until the wind gradually slows down and stops; the fan 60 is driven to stop rotating; the centrifugal wheel 54, the first bevel gear 53, the second bevel gear 45 and the incomplete gear 33 stop rotating.
The specific implementation mode is as follows: when the speed of the wind is relatively small, the fan 60 is driven to drive the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 to rotate through the transmission shaft 52; the first bevel gear 53 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate through the second bevel gear 45, the first telescopic outer sleeve 36 and the first telescopic inner rod 34; at this time, due to the action of the limiting spring 58, the centrifugal force generated by the tooth block 57 in the centrifugal wheel 54 is not enough to make the tooth block 57 slide outwards along the limiting groove 55; the centrifugal wheel 54 does not interact with the first rack 47; the first rack 47 cannot slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove 50; the first rack 47 cannot move downwards without the incomplete gear 33 through the positioning plate 40, the positioning ring 39 and the first telescopic inner rod 34; the incomplete gear 33 does not interact with the second rack 19; the second rack 19 cannot slide along the second trapezoidal sliding groove 8 and the third trapezoidal sliding groove 12; the engagement rod 16 connected to the second rack 19 does not move; the dust removal strip 28 connected with the connecting rod 16 through the second telescopic outer sleeve 21, the second telescopic inner rod 22 and the pressing block 24 does not move; the dusting strips 28 do not function as a dusting.
When high-speed wind pushes the driving fan 60 to rotate, the driving fan 60 drives the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 to synchronously and rapidly rotate through the transmission shaft 52; the tooth block 57 in the limit groove 55 on the centrifugal wheel 54 slides outwards along the limit groove 55 under the action of centrifugal force, and the limit spring 58 is stretched; the centrifugal wheel 54 forms a gear in the rotation process and is meshed with the first rack 47; the rotation of the centrifugal wheel 54 drives the first rack 47 to slide downwards along the first trapezoidal sliding groove 50; the first rack 47 drives the first telescopic inner rod 34 to slide downwards in the first telescopic outer sleeve 36 through the positioning plate 40 and the positioning ring 39; meanwhile, the first bevel gear 53 drives the first telescopic inner rod 34 to rotate through the second bevel gear 45 and the first telescopic outer sleeve 36; the first telescopic inner rod 34 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate while moving downwards; the incomplete gear 33 interacts with the second rack 19; the second rack 19 slides along the third trapezoidal sliding groove 12 and the second trapezoidal sliding groove 8; the second rack 19 drives the dust removing strip 28 to slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13 through the connecting rod 16, the second telescopic outer sleeve 21, the second telescopic inner rod 22 and the pressing block 24; the sliding of the dust removing strip 28 scrapes off the dust on the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade 13; meanwhile, one end of the dust removing strip 28 acts on the wavy rack 14, and the wavy rack 14 and the third return spring 27 enable the dust removing strip 28 to linearly slide along the bottom of the lampshade 13 and simultaneously swing left and right; the dust removing strips 28 can clean the dust in the lampshade 13 more thoroughly, so that the purpose of removing the dust better is achieved; because the outer circular surface of the incomplete gear 33 is provided with the teeth with the radian of 270 degrees to 320 degrees, when the incomplete gear 33 rotates for one circle, after the action of the second rack 19 and the teeth on the incomplete gear 33 is finished, the second rack 19 and the incomplete gear 33 do not act, and the second rack 19 instantly returns to the initial position under the action of the second return spring 30; in the process of resetting the dust removing strip 28, under the combined action of the second reset spring 30 and the wavy rack 14, the dust removing strip 28 linearly slides along the bottom of the lampshade 13 and swings left and right; therefore, secondary cleaning of the lampshade 13 in the resetting process of the dust removing strip 28 is realized; when the centrifugal wheel 54 drives the first rack 47 to move downwards to the extreme position, the first return spring 51 is stretched to the extreme position, the whole second rack 19 passes through the centrifugal wheel 54 and is not acted with the centrifugal wheel 54 any more, and the second rack 19 does not move downwards any more; at this time, the centrifugal wheel 54 rotates exactly one turn, the incomplete gear 33 is separated from the second rack 19 and no interaction occurs, the second rack 19 and the dedusting strip 28 finally return to the initial position under the action of the second return spring 30, the dedusting strip 28 no longer slides back and forth along the bottom of the inner wall of the lampshade 13, and the dedusting process is finished; since the gear ratio of the first bevel gear 53 to the second bevel gear 45 is 1: 4, when the centrifugal wheel 54 and the first bevel gear 53 rotate for one circle synchronously, the second bevel gear 45 drives the incomplete gear 33 to rotate for four circles through the telescopic outer sleeve and the first telescopic inner rod 34; thereby ensuring that the dust removing strips 28 form four times of reciprocating sliding under the action of wind force; the dust removing strips 28 stop moving back to the initial position after cleaning the lampshade 13 for four times in a short time, so that the influence of the reciprocating motion of the dust removing strips 28 on the street lamp light is avoided, and the lighting effect of the street lamp is not influenced.
