As an embodiment of this embodiment, the sheath annular stop 1043 is an annular rib disposed on the inner wall of the lower end of the sheath 104, and the adjustment foot annular stop 1052 is an annular rib disposed on the outer wall of the end of the adjustment foot 105 located in the sheath 104; the outer ring diameter of the adjustment foot annular stop 1052 is larger than the inner ring diameter of the sheath annular stop 1043. The sheath annular stopper 1043 and the adjusting foot annular stopper 1052 of the embodiment are annular convex ribs, so that the whole circumference of the adjusting foot 105 and the sheath 104 is limited, and the possibility that the adjusting foot 105 is separated is eliminated.
To further ensure leveling stability, it is necessary to limit the rotation of adjustment foot 105 relative to sheath 104, and therefore, in this embodiment, a circumferential limiting mechanism is provided on the inner wall of sheath 104 and/or the outer wall of adjustment foot 105 for limiting the circumferential rotation of adjustment foot 105 relative to sheath 104.

Further, the circumferential limiting mechanism of the present embodiment includes a limiting concave portion disposed on the inner wall of the sheath 104 and a limiting convex portion disposed on the outer wall of the adjusting foot 105, and the limiting convex portion is limited in the limiting concave portion to limit the relative circumferential rotation of the adjusting foot and the sheath.
The limiting convex part and the limiting concave part of this embodiment are matched to realize circumferential limiting, and there are many specific structures, one of which is listed here in this embodiment, the limiting concave part is a limiting groove 1047 opened on a sheath annular stopper 1043, the limiting convex part is a limiting convex rib 1051 arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the adjusting foot 105 along the axial direction thereof, and one end of the limiting convex rib 1051 is close to or in contact with the adjusting foot annular stopper 1052; the limiting convex rib 1051 is limited in the limiting groove 1047 to limit the relative circumferential rotation of the adjusting foot and the sheath.
Further, the limiting grooves 1047 of this embodiment include a plurality of grooves, which are uniformly formed along the circumferential direction of the sheath annular stop 1043; the plurality of limiting ribs 1051 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the limiting grooves 1047.
In addition, the diameter of the inner ring of the sheath annular stopper 1043 of the embodiment is larger than the outer diameter of the adjusting pin sleeve, so when the adjusting pin 105 is installed in the sheath 104, the adjusting pin sleeve of the adjusting pin 105 is put into the upper end opening of the sheath 104 and passes through the sheath annular stopper 1043, which is simple and convenient.
The sheath 104 of the foot for the household appliance of the embodiment has the sheath annular stopper 1043 with the variable diameter, and the adjusting foot 105 also has the corresponding adjusting foot annular stopper 1052 matched with the variable diameter sheath annular stopper 1043, so that the adjusting foot 104 can be easily put in from the upper part of the sheath 104, the adjusting foot 105 can move up and down in the sheath 104, and the adjusting foot 105 cannot be separated from the lower part of the sheath 104 under the action of large force.

a hydraulic plate 101 having a liquid flow path therein;
the hydraulic nozzle 102 is arranged on the upper end face of the hydraulic plate 101, communicated with the liquid flow channel and used for connecting a hydraulic pipeline 110;
the sheath 104 is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate 101;
an adjustment foot 105 disposed within the sheath 104 and axially movable relative thereto;
an accommodating chamber is formed among the hydraulic plate 101, the sheath 104 and the adjusting foot 105;
and the hydraulic medium is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and along with the change of pressure, the hydraulic medium is compressed/expanded and flows in the liquid flow channel and the hydraulic pipeline 110 to drive the adjusting foot 105 to axially move in the sheath 104 for leveling.
According to the hydraulic principle, the bottom foot for the household appliance is adjusted automatically by the fluidity of the hydraulic medium due to different pressures generated by unevenness, and the hydraulic medium stops flowing until the bottom foot for the household appliance reaches balance, so that automatic leveling is realized.
The bottom foot for the household appliance of the embodiment arranges the hydraulic nozzle 102 on the upper end surface of the hydraulic plate 101, so that the length of the liquid flow channel can be greatly shortened, the difficulty of processing the liquid flow channel in the hydraulic plate 101 is greatly reduced, and especially, the difficulty of processing the liquid flow channel with the throttling function in the hydraulic plate 101 is greatly reduced. This is mainly because: on one hand, the thickness of the hydraulic plate 101 is small, so that the process of processing a long liquid flow channel in the hydraulic plate is difficult; on the other hand, when the liquid flow channel with the throttling function with the smaller aperture needs to be processed, the difficulty is increased by multiple times, and the yield is lower. The bottom foot for the household appliance well solves the technical problem, reduces the manufacturing cost, and is easier to produce in large batch.

As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, in this embodiment, a pipe groove structure 1016 is further disposed on the upper end surface of the hydraulic plate 101, and the pipe groove structure 1016 includes a pipe groove communicated with the sinking groove structure 1017; the port of the hydraulic pipeline 110 is connected with the hydraulic nozzle 102, and the hydraulic pipeline 110 is limited in the pipe groove. The pipe groove of the pipe groove structure 1016 of the embodiment is communicated with the sinking groove structure 1017, and the hydraulic pipeline 110 is directly led out along the same pipe groove after being connected with the hydraulic nozzle 102 in the sinking groove structure 1017, so that smooth circulation of a hydraulic medium between the hydraulic pipeline and the hydraulic nozzle 102 is ensured, and the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.
The foot for the household appliance of this embodiment needs to lead out the hydraulic pipeline 110 from the hydraulic nozzle 102 in the middle of the hydraulic plate 101 to the edge, specifically, one end of the pipe groove of this embodiment is communicated with the sinking groove structure 1017, and the other end extends to the edge of the hydraulic plate 101. Specifically, the hydraulic nozzle 102 of the present embodiment includes two, which are symmetrically disposed about the center of the sinking groove 1017; the pipe slot structure 1016 includes two pipe slots, which are respectively disposed corresponding to the two hydraulic nozzles 102.
The liquid flow passage in this embodiment is a vertical throttling flow passage 1018 vertically arranged in the hydraulic plate, and the hydraulic nozzle 102 is vertically arranged on the upper end face of the hydraulic plate and is collinear with the vertical throttling flow passage 1018; the vertical restrictive flow passage 1018 communicates with the receiving chamber at one end and communicates with the hydraulic nozzle 102 at the other end. The arrangement mode can minimize the length of the liquid flow passage, is convenient for processing and manufacturing, and reduces the production and manufacturing cost to the maximum extent.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the hydraulic line 110 described in this embodiment is plugged onto the hydraulic nozzle 102 and fastened to the hydraulic plate 101 through the clamp 108 and the connecting member 109, so as to achieve a sealed connection between the hydraulic line 110 and the hydraulic nozzle 102.
Further, the foot for the household appliance of the embodiment further includes a flexible accommodating body 107 disposed in the accommodating chamber, the flexible accommodating body 107 has a cavity therein, the hydraulic medium is accommodated in the cavity, and the flexible accommodating body 107 deforms along with the flow of the hydraulic medium to drive the adjusting foot 105 to move along the axial direction of the sheath 104 for leveling;
the flexible accommodating body 107 comprises an opening part, and the opening part of the flexible accommodating body 107 is hermetically arranged on the hydraulic plate 101 and is communicated with the liquid flow channel; the hydraulic nozzle 102 is disposed on the upper end surface of the hydraulic plate 101 in the opening of the flexible container 107.
Further, an annular groove 1015 is arranged on the lower end surface of the hydraulic plate 101; the opening part of the flexible accommodating body 107 is fixed on the hydraulic plate 101 through the sealing protection part 103, the sealing protection part 103 extrudes the opening part to deform and enter the annular groove 1015, and the opening part keeps sealing contact with the annular groove 1015; the hydraulic nozzle 102 is arranged on the upper end surface of the hydraulic plate 101 corresponding to the inner area of the inner ring of the annular groove 1015.
The specific manner of hermetically installing the flexible accommodating body 107 on the hydraulic plate in this embodiment may adopt the manner of the first embodiment, and is not described herein again; the flexible accommodating body can be arranged on the hydraulic plate in a sealing mode through the pressure ring, and the protection ring is provided with a protection curved surface attached to the flexible accommodating body.
Example four
As shown in fig. 15 to 17, a foot for a home appliance of the present embodiment includes:
a hydraulic plate 101 having a liquid flow passage therein, the hydraulic plate 101 having a connection hole 1019 communicating with the liquid flow passage;
a hydraulic nozzle 102 installed on the connection hole 1019 for connecting a hydraulic line;
the sheath 104 is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate 101;
an adjustment foot 105 disposed within the sheath 104 and axially movable relative thereto;
an accommodating chamber is formed among the hydraulic plate 101, the sheath 104 and the adjusting foot 105;
and the hydraulic medium is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and along with the change of pressure, the hydraulic medium is compressed/expanded and flows in the liquid flow channel and the hydraulic pipeline to drive the adjusting foot 105 to axially move in the sheath 104 for leveling.

This is mainly because: on one hand, the thickness of the hydraulic plate 101 is small, so that the process of processing a long liquid flow channel in the hydraulic plate is difficult; on the other hand, when the liquid flow channel with the throttling function with the smaller aperture needs to be processed, the difficulty is increased by multiple times, and the yield is lower. Furthermore, when the foot for the household appliance is required to throttle the hydraulic medium, a throttling flow channel may be provided inside the hydraulic nozzle 102.
Therefore, the bottom foot for the household appliance well solves the problems of difficulty in processing the liquid flow channel in the hydraulic plate 101 and low yield, reduces the manufacturing cost of the bottom foot, and is easier to produce in large batch.
As a preferable mode of this embodiment, the liquid flow passage is a throttle flow passage 10110 for limiting the flow rate of the hydraulic medium, and the diameter of the connection hole 1019 is larger than the bore diameter of the throttle flow passage 10110. In this way, a throttling effect is achieved while ensuring that the hydraulic nozzle 102 is easy to install.
Further, the foot for the household appliance of the embodiment further includes a flexible accommodating body 107 disposed in the accommodating chamber, the flexible accommodating body 107 has a cavity therein, the hydraulic medium is accommodated in the cavity, and the flexible accommodating body 107 deforms along with the flow of the hydraulic medium to drive the adjusting foot 105 to move along the axial direction of the sheath 104 for leveling; the flexible container 107 includes an opening, and the opening of the flexible container 107 is hermetically mounted on the hydraulic plate 101 and is communicated with the liquid flow channel.
Furthermore, a sinking groove 10112 is formed on the lower end surface of the hydraulic plate 101, an opening portion of the flexible accommodating body 107 surrounds the sinking groove 10112, and the liquid flow channel is communicated with the sinking groove 10112; the length of the liquid flow passage can be further shortened by the arrangement of the sinking groove 10112 of the foot for the household appliance.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the hydraulic nozzle 102 has a throttling channel inside, the hydraulic nozzle 102 is mounted on the connection port 1019, and the throttling channel inside the hydraulic nozzle 102 is communicated with the liquid channel to limit the flow rate of the hydraulic medium.
The sealed connection between the hydraulic nozzle 102 of the foot of the household appliance and the connection port 1019 of the hydraulic plate 101 is also the basis for stable flow of the hydraulic medium, and therefore, the present embodiment exemplifies the following sealed connection manners, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the sealed connection manner between the hydraulic nozzle 102 and the connection port 1019 of the hydraulic plate 101 of the present embodiment is not limited to the following sealed connection manners:
in a first mode, the hydraulic nozzle 102 and the connection hole 1019 described in this embodiment are connected in a sealing manner by interference fit.
Mode two, the connecting hole 1019 in set up the internal thread, set up the external screw thread on the connecting end of hydraulic pressure mouth 102, hydraulic pressure mouth 102 sets up sealed glue or sealing strip with the threaded connection department of connecting hole 1019 to carry out the sealed fastening connection between hydraulic pressure mouth 102 and connecting hole 1019.
In a third aspect, the hydraulic nozzle 102 and the connection hole 1019 are connected by thermal welding or ultrasonic welding in a sealing and fastening manner.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, in this embodiment, the upper end of the sheath 104 is flanged outward to form a mounting plane 1042, and the mounting plane 1042 is attached to and fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the hydraulic plate 101; and avoidance ports for accommodating the hydraulic nozzle 102 are respectively formed in the positions of the mounting plane 1042 and the hydraulic plate 101 corresponding to the connecting hole 1019.
The opening of the flexible container 107 according to this embodiment is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the hydraulic plate 101 via a pressing ring 111 to communicate with the liquid flow channel. Clamping ring 111 the cover establish on the opening, clamping ring 1111 seals with the deformation of hydraulic pressure board 101 coextrusion opening. In the embodiment, when the flexible accommodating body 108 is sealed and mounted, the opening portion can be firstly clamped and sleeved on the pressing ring 111, only the pressing ring 111 needs to be fixedly mounted, and in the fastening process, the pressing ring 111 extrudes the opening portion to realize sealing and mounting.
In an embodiment of this embodiment, a hydraulic plate groove is formed in the bottom surface of the hydraulic plate 101, and the opening of the flexible accommodating body 107 is sealed by filling the opening into the hydraulic plate groove through compression deformation of the compression ring 111. In this way, the opening of the flexible accommodating body 107 is extruded and deformed to be filled into the groove of the liquid pressing plate in the fastening pressing ring 111, so that sealing can be realized, the structure is simple, and sealing is reliable and effective.
The pressing ring 111 of the present embodiment is fixed on the hydraulic plate 101 by a fixing device, and specifically, may be fixedly connected by bolts/screws. The pressing ring 111 is provided with a pressing ring mounting hole, and the bolt/screw penetrates through the pressing ring mounting hole and is fastened on the mounting hole of the hydraulic plate 111.
In this embodiment, an annular pressing table is arranged on an inner ring of the pressing ring 111, an opening portion of the flexible accommodating body 107 penetrates through the channel to be limited on the annular pressing table, the pressing ring 111 is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate 101, and the annular pressing table extrudes the opening portion to keep sealing contact with the hydraulic plate 101.
The flexible container 107 of the present embodiment includes a container body including a collapsible bellows structure 1071 and a cambered end 1072 that transitions between a reduced diameter structure 1073 and the bellows structure 1071; the foot for household appliances of the present embodiment further includes a protection ring 112 for protecting the flexible accommodating body 108, and one end of the protection ring 112 is provided with a protection curved surface which is matched with the cambered end 1072 to prevent the flexible accommodating body 107 from being damaged by pressure.
The other end of the protection ring 112 of this embodiment is provided with an embedded groove 1121, and the pressing ring 111 is embedded in the embedded groove 1121 of the protection ring 112, so that the following technical effects are achieved:
1. the compression ring and the protection ring of the embodiment are installed in an embedded mode, the limiting effect can be achieved, the complex limiting structure is avoided being arranged, and the installation is simple and stable.
2. The foot for the household appliance has the advantages that under the condition of extremely high impact pressure (when the household appliance or an article using the foot for the household appliance is dropped or lifted and suddenly placed), the protection ring and the pressing binding surface of the flexible accommodating body do not have any gap, so that the problems of expansion, breakage and the like of the flexible accommodating body are avoided, and the reliability is improved.
3. The compression ring and the protection ring of the embodiment are installed in an embedded mode, the installation height of the compression ring and the protection ring is reduced, the overall height of the bottom feet for the household appliance is reduced, the compression ring and the protection ring are installed on the household appliance and have small influence on the overall gravity center of the household appliance, the support stability of the household appliance is better facilitated, and the shock absorption effect is better for the shock in the working process of the household appliance (such as the dehydration shock of a washing machine).
The depth of the insertion groove 1121 of the present embodiment is greater than the thickness of the pressing ring 111, so that the pressing ring 111 can be completely inserted into the insertion groove 1121, and the installation height is reduced to the maximum extent, so as to reduce the overall height of the foot for the home appliance. Meanwhile, when the bottom foot of the household appliance is in an uneven state, the flexible accommodating body 107 is subjected to different pressures, the hydraulic medium flows, the flexible accommodating body 107 stretches and retracts to drive the adjusting foot 105 to axially move in the sheath 104 for leveling, the stretching and retraction of the flexible accommodating body 107 inevitably acts on the protection ring 112, and the protection ring 112 axially moves under the embedding limit of the embedding groove 1112 and the pressing ring 111.
The outer circumference of the protection ring 112 is completely wrapped by the pressing ring 111, and only the protection ring 112 is pressed into the adjusting pin 105, so that the reliability and the attaching stability are greatly improved. Therefore, after the protection ring 112 of the present embodiment is pressed into the adjustment leg 105, the adjustment leg 105 can always and stably move axially, the movement is smooth and reliable, the whole foot for the household appliance is more stable by the protection ring 112 and the adjustment leg, and the protection ring 111 and the pressing ring 112 can also have a certain amount of movement up and down.
Of course, the flexible container of the present embodiment may also adopt the sealing manner disclosed in the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE five
The domestic appliance of this embodiment is with footing includes: a hydraulic plate 101 having a liquid flow passage therein; the sheath 104 is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate 101; an adjustment foot 105 disposed within the sheath 104 and axially movable relative thereto; an accommodating chamber is formed among the hydraulic plate 101, the sheath 104 and the adjusting foot 105; a flexible accommodating body 107, which accommodates a hydraulic medium therein and is disposed in the accommodating chamber; under the action of pressure, the flexible accommodating body 107 stretches and retracts to drive the adjusting foot 105 to axially move in the sheath 104 for leveling; the rubber gasket 106 is fixed at the bottom of the adjusting foot 105, and the bottom of the rubber gasket 106 is provided with designed lines 1061, so that the friction force to the ground is improved, and the stability is enhanced.
EXAMPLE six
The embodiment also provides a household appliance with the feet for the household appliances, which comprises a shell, wherein a plurality of the feet for the household appliances are arranged at the bottom of the shell, and the hydraulic medium filled in the feet for the household appliances can circulate among the feet for the household appliances for leveling.
Preferably, at least two domestic appliance feet are communicated through a communication device to realize the communication of the hydraulic medium between the domestic appliance feet.
The embodiment of the invention takes a washing machine as an example, explains the principle and the method for realizing the automatic leveling of the washing machine by the bottom foot for the household appliance, and after the washing machine is installed, the horizontal heights of the bottom feet for different household appliances are different due to uneven ground, and the bottom foot for the household appliance positioned at a pit on the ground is low. It can be seen that the feet for household appliances located high bear the weight of the washing machine first and are subjected to a large weight, while the feet for household appliances located low bear a small weight due to the dummy legs or the bearing of a small weight.
The adjusting foot of the bottom foot for the household appliance at the high position moves upwards under high pressure, the volume compression of the hollow cavity of the flexible containing body filled with the hydraulic medium is reduced due to the reduction of the height of the whole bottom foot, the hydraulic medium is forced to enter the throttling hole or the valve hole into the bottom foot for the household appliance at the low position through the high-pressure pipe, the hydraulic medium in the flexible containing body of the bottom foot for the household appliance at the low position is more and more, and the flexible containing body expands to push the adjusting foot to extend.
When the hydraulic pressure of the feet at the high position is the same as that of the feet at the low position, the hydraulic medium does not flow through the high-pressure pipe any more, and the relative positions of the adjusting feet and the bottom plate of the washing machine do not change any more, so that the automatic adjustment of the washing machine is completed.
In the washing or spin-drying process of the washing machine, the hydraulic medium can flow slowly and self-level, so that the vibration noise of the washing machine is greatly reduced.
The hydraulic medium of this embodiment can select to adopt hydraulic oil, and mobility is good, and the composition is stable.
In addition, the feet for the household appliances of the embodiments of the invention can also be applied to household appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, indoor air conditioners and the like except washing machines.
It should be noted that: the above-described embodiments of the present invention may be implemented individually or in combination of a plurality of embodiments.

a hydraulic plate having a liquid flow passage therein;
the hydraulic nozzle is arranged on the upper end face of the hydraulic plate, is communicated with the liquid flow channel and is used for connecting a hydraulic pipeline;
the sheath is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate;
the adjusting foot is arranged in the sheath and can move axially relative to the sheath;
an accommodating chamber is formed among the hydraulic plate, the sheath and the adjusting foot;
the hydraulic medium is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and along with the change of pressure, the hydraulic medium is compressed/expanded and flows in the liquid flow channel and the hydraulic pipeline to drive the adjusting foot to axially move in the sheath for leveling; the liquid flow channel is a vertical throttling flow channel vertically arranged in the hydraulic plate, and the hydraulic nozzle is vertically arranged on the upper end face of the hydraulic plate and is collinear with the liquid flow channel; one end of the liquid flow passage is communicated with the accommodating chamber, and the other end of the liquid flow passage is communicated with the hydraulic nozzle;
